Part 3a Summary of political Zionism and the State of Israel
It is interesting to note that since my last blog post so much has been happening around the world. It truly does seem as though time is speeding up.
I will not go into great detail about Political Zionism and the birth of the State of Israel. Other than putting down how when key things occured to do with Israel the church was affected as well and still is being affected today it just goes to show how the two are indeed linked spiritually.
1890s Formation of Zionism
During the late 1890s there was a strong desire among Jewish people to find a homeland for them to live in safely.
This desire to find a homeland for the Jewish people was born out of the rise of nationalism in the European nations and in Russia and along with this rise in nationalism came the rise of antisemitism. The Jews wanted to find a safe place for their people to live even if it meant it being in another country. Not necessarily it having to be in Palestine to begin with.
However I believe God had other ideas, as it was time for the Jewish people to go back to their ancient land.
So the desire grew to bring the Jewish people back to their ancient homeland of Israel which was called Palestine at the time.
Out of this desire to find a homeland for the Jewish people the movement of Zionism was born.
Changes in the church
Leading up to this period of time many changes began to take place in the church. These were listed in Part 3 of this current series of blogs.
Chief of these were the changes in the understanding of the deity of Christ and the understanding of His second coming how this will take place. The rise of different denominations and sects or cults came out of this.
1948 State of Israel came into being
Two world wars later and due to the Holocaust it was decided to allow the people of Israel their own homeland in their ancient land this was voted upon by the UN in the year of 1947.

After Israel became a fledgling State it seemed as though all hell broke loose. That after she became a State the nations seemed to turn against her in particular the Arab nations and they went to war against her. They have been warring with her ever since her inception.
Though they went to war against Israel thinking that they would be able to overthrow her for she was small. God was on her side fighting against her foes and they were not able to succumb her. She is still in place today in defiance of what man and the devil tried to do to thwart God's will for her existence.
This is very important to know that it is God'w will for the State of Israel to be in existence and for the people to return to their land at this point in time. I will flesh this out more in part 3b.
Rise of the false teaching on the New Order of the Latter Rain which became a movement.
At the same time Israel became a State, there was a rise in false teaching in the Pentecostal / Charismatic Churches this came to be known as the New Order of the Latter Rain movement.

This movement went underground for a number of years but has reared it's ugly head again during the 80s gaining momentum through the false revivals in the 1990s and on into this century and it is getting stronger by the day.
It has taken many nations and people captive through their false teaching on the church government being given back to the church in the form of the apostles and prophets.
This is the growing apostasy that Paul writes of in 1 Timothy 4 & 6, 2 Timothy 3 & 4, and in 2 Thessalonians 2.
This is the rise of false teachers that Peter speaks of in 2 Peter 2 and Jude speaks of in Jude 1 and John warns of in his epistles the rise of the antichrist spirit and the rise of false christs and prophets that Jesus warns us about in the gospels.

What is the New Apostolic Paradigm (aka Apostolic Paradigm, Paradigm Shift)?
These people are change agents they think they are bringing the kingdom of heaven to the earth. They are not instead they are furthering satan's kingdom and it does involve Israel as I gave posts on the NAR involvement with Israel in my last blog.
They are birthing a false unity within the church with Rome. I will add another section to this post which will be Part 3c.
This part will be on the difference between true and false unity. I will deal with the church joining with Rome and where that is leading and how we should avoid this. I will write about what is true unity in this part as well.

The NAR are very big into the signs and wonders and even the children are being affected by this poison.
I believe the verses at the end of Revelation 9 could be referring to the people who have been brought up on this stuff for they are not walking in the Holy Spirit.
They are doing these things through another spirit an unclean one. They are practicing sorcery and they will end up cursing God Himself for the judgments that He will send upon them and their sorceries will not be able to stop these judgments.
Revelation 9:20-21
20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:
21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.
They could even be among those who worship the beast and serve the beast. This is how they will react to God's just judgments.

This passage in Isaiah is talking about Jerusalem, how the very young and women are ruling over the city and God will raise Himself up to judge the people. I believe this can apply to what is going on in the church today the apostate church.
For women lead them as teachers and pastors or prophets within the NAR movement and the NAR worship the youth to the point they bow down before them and put them into positions of authority.
God will indeed rise Himself up to judge this apostate church and the women within the church who are teaching error. They are also more concerned about being fashion statements than being honourable women of God.

1967 The six day war and the winning back of Jerusalem
and the rise of the Messianic movements
Then when Jerusalem was taken back by the Jews in 1967. This was during the six day war.

The Israeli Relinquishment of the Temple Mount
We saw the beginning of the Jesus People and out of this move came the Messianic Jewish movement as a lot the young people who came to Christ out of the Jesus movement were Jewish.
I have put a lot of links to do with different Messianic groups and the NAR in Part 3 Rise of Political Zionism so will not go into it again here.
Political Zionism moves from the Jews to the Christians Political Zionism moved from the Jewish people to the Christian church and it was taken up by the people within the churches who supported Israel. I gave several posts on this in my blog on Political Zionism so won't go into this further.
In a way the attention of the Christians moved from Jesus to Israel in other words they replaced Jesus with Israel they moved from the New Covenant who is Christ back to the Old Covenant. Though it is not the written form of the Old Covenant the scriptures of Moses and the Prophets, it is the oral traditions based on the Talmud.
I won't say anything more on these things as I want to focus on why it is necessary to have Political Zionism and the State of Israel in relation to the return of Christ.
Before I go into the next part of 3b, I will write about how God does use people to achieve His purposes. Even if what He plans to achieve could take a long period of time.
What I am talking about is based on a precedent in the Old Testament of how God moved the Ark from Shiloh to Jerusalem. Which was the place of His choosing to have His name worshipped.
This precedent of God achieving His sovereign will is seem again in our own times ie in how God formed the State of Israel to bring about the Great Tribulation and the return of His Son who is the Ark of the New Covenant.
Back in the days of Samuel the last judge of Israel God judged the house of Eli the corrupt priest and his sons. He wanted to move the Ark of the Covenant from Shiloh to the place of His choosing to have His name worshiped which was to be Jerusalem.
So God allowed the Philistines to capture the Ark and caused both Eli and his sons to die. He had the Ark in the land of the Philistines for seven months and finally it was sent back to Israel. Where God had the Ark kept in the house of Abinadab 1 Samuel 7:1 and there it stayed for nearly 40 plus years.
How long was the ark of the covenant at Abinadab’s house?
This was to allow for the birth of David, his growing up before God and his anointing by Samuel to be king. His serving in the House of Saul and Saul's persecution of him until Saul and his sons were killed in battle.Then David was anointed twice more once by Judah then by all of Israel to be king so he was thrice anointed, he then ruled in Hebron for seven years until he finally captured Jerusalem and ruled there for thirty three years.
He brought the Ark of the Covenant up to Jerusalem, not without some issues as he didn't have it carried up at first by the priests but by an ox cart.

Then David wanted to build a house for the Lord he was given plans for this house by God but God said it was for his son Solomon to build the house as David was a man of war and Solomon was to be a man of peace.

Why didn’t God allow David to build the temple
You can read all of this in the books 1 & 2 Samuel and the first ten chapters of 1 Kings to get an overview of all of this.
Both of these men David and Solomon were to symbolize the role of Christ as a king to bring in His kingdom through warfare and to rule the earth in peace from Jerusalem. This will come about at His second coming
What I am trying to say it took God forty years or more to move the Ark from Shiloh to have the king of His choosing to be raised up from the tribe of Judah. Who was to be ancestor of the King of Kings Jesus Himself who was to come from this royal dynasty.So God likewise planned to have Israel come about through a movement called Zionism. So that He can set everything in place in readiness for the second coming of His Son.
All of these events have taken over a hundred years to date to bring things about in accordance with God's plans and time schedule as set out in the books of heaven. Or if you want to put it another way for the times and epochs that are in Father's hands to come about.
God did this by allowing a movement called Zionism to come about to work towards bringing the Jews back to their ancient homeland.
The First World War desert campaign under General Allenby and the ANZACS (ANZACS stand for Australia and New Zealand Army Corps) helped win back Jerusalem from the Ottoman Turks, through their light horse charge to win the wells of Beersheba thereby having control of the water.
As the Ottoman empire was weakening and it was now time for Palestine to come under British control as the result of the Balfour declaration.
This is to get it ready the land for the people to return to it.
Then the Holocaust happened during the Second World War this was allowed by the Lord so that the world would be willing to allow the people of Israel to return to the land that God gave to them through the Patriarchs. So the vote was taken by the UN to allow the people of Israel a homeland.
Their homeland came into effect from 14 May 1948. I must remind you dear reader that while the State of Israel was formed so it seemed in a day. It has been progressively working towards this goal of coming into being since the late 1890s.
Also dear reader don't forget that Zion aka Jerusalem didn't travail at this point the people did. That is the people who are Israelis by descent did but Jerusalem did not. Neither did she bring forth the man child from heaven who is Christ Himself. He is not yet seated in the temple on Mt Zion in Jerusalem ruling over the whole earth. Jesus is the manchild referred to in Isaiah 66, Revelation 12 shows the connection.

6 A voice of noise from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of the Lord that rendereth recompence to his enemies.
Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of a man child.
Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.

Revelation 12:1-6
1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:
2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.
3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.

Jesus was born in a human body and dwelt among the people of Israel already at His first coming. So when Zion travails and brings forth the manchild she will be bringing forth a man fully grown.
That man child being Christ who will be coming from heaven as though He is being birthed from heaven through the cries of His people and the earth itself going through birth pangs to bring Him forth, Romans 8 speaks about creation groaning.
Romans 8:14-25
14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

In order for Jesus to come back to this earth His people have to be back in their land and living in the city of Jerusalem for God to bring the nations up against her to attack her. So that the people can call for God to save them and this time round they will accept His Son to come and save them.
Zechariah 12:2-14
2 Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.
3 And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.
4 In that day, saith the Lord, I will smite every horse with astonishment, and his rider with madness: and I will open mine eyes upon the house of Judah, and will smite every horse of the people with blindness.
5 And the governors of Judah shall say in their heart, The inhabitants of Jerusalem shall be my strength in the Lord of hosts their God.
6 In that day will I make the governors of Judah like an hearth of fire among the wood, and like a torch of fire in a sheaf; and they shall devour all the people round about, on the right hand and on the left: and Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place, even in Jerusalem.
7 The Lord also shall save the tents of Judah first, that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem do not magnify themselves against Judah.
8 In that day shall the Lord defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of the Lord before them.
9 And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.
10 And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.
11 In that day shall there be a great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon.

13 The family of the house of Levi apart, and their wives apart; the family of Shimei apart, and their wives apart;
14 All the families that remain, every family apart, and their wives apart.
Before all of this can take place, the end time prophecies that have been prophesied concerning Israel and Jerusalem in the Old Testament and in the New Testament have to be fulfilled.
We are living in these prophetic times and we will see some of these things start to be fulfilled in our time if not all things.
If we don't live to see them being fulfilled in their entirety our children will do so. For by the time of their fulfilment us older ones may be with the Lord already. Though Jesus did say that the generation who will be alive at the time of His appearing will live to see it So we may live to see the prophecies pertaining to the second coming of Christ come to pass.
Israel has been attacked from the time she became a state and the State of Israel has managed to survive all attacks against it as a people and a State and in spite of the opposition and attacks upon them from every quarter on the world's stage. She has managed to survive all these unprovoked attacks upon her to become a modern State.
There are other things that are taking place on the world scene that on the surface could look bad for Israel yet God is allowing this too.
He is allowing satan to have his way on the earth in many different ways. He has taken His hand of protection off different things in society that now there is a higher rise of anarchy in society, more lawlessness and rise of immorality especially sexual immorality. The old pagan ways are being re awakened and witchcraft and sorcery are now on the rise even within the apostate churches.
With the Middle East the Arab nations are wanting to take Israel out and take over her land and city of Jerusalem. The New World Order mob want to start a war between the Jews and Arabs so that they hope will both wipe each other out so that they in turn will take over the land and city of Jerusalem.
The enemy is rising up for this battle between the Jews and the Arabs. Things are starting to be put into place for a false kingdom of satan ie the antichrist false messiah to come into being through what is now happening in Israel.
The world was ready to allow the people of Israel to return to their homeland in 1948 after the horrors of the Holocaust.
For the Third Temple to be built the world has to be ready and willing for this to take place too. The Third Temple is very important for it is going to play a key role in end time events. More on this in my next point
Before the true kingdom of Christ aka the kingdom of heaven can come into being the false kingdom of satan will need to rise up first and take over the world.
So this leads to my next point
Part 3b Why is it necessary to have political Zionism and the State of Israel today?
That is a good question why is it necessary for political Zionism and the State of Israel to be in place?
It is necessary for the following reasons:
⦁As I have already mentioned above, Israel has to be in its own land ie the people have to have returned to their own land after being in exile for so long.
Jerusalem as a city has to be inhabited too for the Jews to be in a situation where they cannot escape out of and have to call upon the name of Jesus to save them as a nation and people.
The land and city have to be under semi occupation / captivity like they were when Rome occupied Judea at the time of Christ.
Israel will have to be in the same place they were at when Jesus was born among them and did His ministry among them before dying on the cross, rising again and ascending to heaven.
In fact parts of Israel and Judah are under captivity today by the Palestinians living in different parts of Israel such as Hebron, Bethlehem, Nazareth, Gaza, parts of the Galilee and Judea etc. These parts that are occupied by the Palestinians belong to the tribe of Judah which is the tribe that Jesus belongs to see Joshua chapter 15 for the tribal inheritance of Judah and Zechariah 2:12 that states that the tribe of Judah is the portion of the Lord.
Zechariah 2:12
12 And the Lord shall inherit Judah his portion in the holy land, and shall choose Jerusalem again.
In other words satan is occupying through the Palestinians the Lord's own tribal portion.
If you are wondering why Jesus is called the Lion of the Tribe of Judah. It is is because He is from the tribe of Judah because He is a descendant of King David. Who is from the tribe of Judah, he is a descendant of Judah one of the twelve sons of Jacob later renamed Israel son of Isaac son of Abraham.
At His first coming it was not yet time for Jesus to rule on the earth as king for the simple reason before He can rule on the earth as a King. The gospel good news of salvation had to go throughout all the earth first.
To give men an opportunity to come to faith in God through His Son Jesus Christ and receive forgiveness for their sins through accepting His atoning death on the cross for sin. To accept that only through His blood can sinners be made clean.
The time we are living in now is the right time for Jesus to come back to earth from heaven to take up His kingdom on earth which will be based in Jerusalem. For by now the gospel has been / or almost totally spread throughout the whole earth.

Revelation 16:12-16

Here is a brief historical overview of what happened to Jerusalem after just over a hundred years after Jesus rose from the dead and ascended to heaven. To sit at the right hand of His Father in heaven.
At the time of the fall of Jerusalem at around 135 AD God allowed the city of Jerusalem to be destroyed, the land to be called Palestina instead of Israel and the people to be taken into captivity with no Jew being allowed to live in renamed Jerusalem by Hadrian in pain of death. The temple artefacts were taken to Rome to be paraded with the Jews in a triumphal parade by Hadrian.
The sale of these artefacts was used in the building of the Roman Circus Maximus on the property of where the house of Nero once stood. There could be still some things that belonged to the second temple in the Vatican vaults today.
⦁ At the time of the people of Judah being sent into exile again there was an uprising with people following a false Messiah figure because the Christian Jews didn’t want to follow this false messiah they were cut off and disowned by their countrymen and they were no longer regarded as being Jewish.
This revolt was the reason for Hadrian invading Jerusalem putting many Jews to death or sending many more into exile, through being made slaves to be scattered across the earth.
Hadrian renamed Jerusalem by calling it Aelia Capitolina, the name being a combination of his own name and that of the Roman god Jupiter Capitolinus.
He started to build a temple to Jupiter in place of the Jewish Holy Temple, Israel was renamed Palestine to insult the Jews to rub salt into the wounds.
This is the wounding done by God an incurable wound Jeremiah 30:12-15 for their house was left to them desolate exactly as Jesus said it would be in Luke 19:41-44, Luke 21:5-6, Matthew 23:37-39.

Before I go into what is happening today with Israel and Jerusalem. I will put in a parable that Jesus spoke against the Jewish leaders, the priests and rabbis.
Mark 12:1-12
1 And he began to speak unto them by parables. A certain man planted a vineyard, and set an hedge about it, and digged a place for the winefat, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country.
2 And at the season he sent to the husbandmen a servant, that he might receive from the husbandmen of the fruit of the vineyard.
3 And they caught him, and beat him, and sent him away empty.
4 And again he sent unto them another servant; and at him they cast stones, and wounded him in the head, and sent him away shamefully handled.
5 And again he sent another; and him they killed, and many others; beating some, and killing some.
6 Having yet therefore one son, his wellbeloved, he sent him also last unto them, saying, They will reverence my son.
7 But those husbandmen said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and the inheritance shall be ours.'
8 And they took him, and killed him, and cast him out of the vineyard.
9 What shall therefore the lord of the vineyard do? he will come and destroy the husbandmen, and will give the vineyard unto others.
10 And have ye not read this scripture; The stone which the builders rejected is become the head of the corner:
11 This was the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?
12 And they sought to lay hold on him, but feared the people: for they knew that he had spoken the parable against them: and they left him, and went their way.
Like everyone else I used to think that this parable referred to the church ie the gospel going to the gentiles. That they would be the ones to whom the vineyard had been given to and the Lord had destroyed the husbandmen of the vineyard and gave it to the Gentile church.
I was thinking on this parable the other day and I looked at it again. Looking at the times we are living in I now believe we have had the interpretation of the parable all wrong.
This parable is not referring to the age of the gospel going out to all of the nations and the reference to the Lord destroying the husbandmen was not referring to Jerusalem being destroyed by the Romans in AD 135 and the Jews being scattered and sent into exile.
However I believe the real meaning of the parable is given below and when you join it with the parable out of Luke 13 you can see that this new understanding is correct.
That the Jews threw Jesus over the wall and had Him killed by the Gentiles by them hanging Him on the tree.
As far as the Jews are concerned Jesus is still dead they don't believe that He has risen from the dead. As they didn't see Him again after He rose from dead.
Jesus even said that the disciples will see Him but the world won't which would include the Jews the Pharisees, scribes and elders.
John 14:16-31
16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
19 Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.
20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.
21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

John 16:16-22.27-28
16 A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me, because I go to the Father.
17 Then said some of his disciples among themselves, What is this that he saith unto us, A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me: and, Because I go to the Father?
18 They said therefore, What is this that he saith, A little while? we cannot tell what he saith.
19 Now Jesus knew that they were desirous to ask him, and said unto them, Do ye enquire among yourselves of that I said, A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me?

It was the Pharisees, Scribes and tribal elders who paid the Roman guards for their silence about what happened to them at the tomb when Christ rose from the dead they spread the lie that Jesus is still dead and in the grave. Or to say that His disciples came and stole His body away to make people think that He is still alive. This story could still be circulating today among the Jewish people as well.To this day the Jews or more correctly the descendants of the Pharisees, scribes and tribal elders through the rabbis are still trying to prove this lie that Jesus is still dead and buried. Which they won't be able to do for He is alive and in heaven seated at Father's right hand.
Matthew 28:1-15
1 In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre.
2 And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it.
3 His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow:
4 And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men.
5 And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.
6 He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.
7 And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you.
8 And they departed quickly from the sepulchre with fear and great joy; and did run to bring his disciples word.
9 And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him.
10 Then said Jesus unto them, Be not afraid: go tell my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there shall they see me.
11 Now when they were going, behold, some of the watch came into the city, and shewed unto the chief priests all the things that were done.
12 And when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave large money unto the soldiers,
13 Saying, Say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept.
14 And if this come to the governor's ears, we will persuade him, and secure you.
15 So they took the money, and did as they were taught: and this saying is commonly reported among the Jews until this day.
Yes God did allow for Jerusalem to be destroyed and the Jews scattered among the nations while the gospel went forth throughout the world.
I now believe that Jesus is referring to the end of the age and the coming Kingdom of heaven coming to earth in the person of Himself as king of all Kings to take up His inheritance on the earth.
When you look at this parable of the Vineyard in Mark 12 in this light it does indeed make sense that it is referring to the end of the age and how this next point is relevant.
In Luke 13 Jesus also said that people will come from east to west to sit in His kingdom to eat at the table with the Patriarchs and the prophets while the heirs of the kingdom will be shut out.
This event has not taken place yet obviously for the Patriarchs and the prophets are not yet returned to the earth nor has anyone eaten at the table referred to in Luke 13. The simple reason being Jesus Himself is not yet on the earth.
I believe that this parable is the second part of the one Jesus spoke against the Jewish religious leaders and elders in Mark 12. That the two accounts compliment each other they dovetail together.
Jesus tells it how it is that those who should inherit the kingdom along with Him at His return. He was referring to the Pharisees, scribes, and tribal elders. They will not be able to inherit the kingdom. They will watch on as the believers in Christ will come from east and west to sit at table with the Patriarchs and the prophets while they themselves will miss out and be shut out of the kingdom.
Those who believe in Christ whether Jew or Gentile will inherit the kingdom and will share it with Christ. While those who should be joining in with Jesus in His kingdom will miss out. This includes the descendants of the Pharisees, scribes and elders who rejected Jesus nearly 2000 years ago.
The descendants of these people who do repent and call upon the name of Jesus will indeed enter into the kingdom with Him and will enter into the joy of their Lord and will receive their inheritance with Him.
These will be the remnant that God will save and who will be the ones to call for Him to come and save them when the nations invade Jerusalem.
Luke 13:22-30
22 And he went through the cities and villages, teaching, and journeying toward Jerusalem.
23 Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them,
24 Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.
25 When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:
26 Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets.
27 But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.
28 There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.
29 And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God.
30 And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last.
Israel will go through a false golden age of peace and prosperity but it will be short lived. This is true today Israel is sort of going through a golden period. This is leading up to the time of the false peace treaty, the rise of the false messiah and the Great Tribulation.

Everything will be going their way for a brief period of time and this will be especially during the false peace period of the first half of Daniel's 70th week.
They will think that God will be on their side once the temple is built and the priesthood is re established with the temple rituals and sacrifices in place. Though not all will be going their way for the two witnesses will be in Jerusalem warning about the coming Day of Vengeance the Day of the Lord aka the Day of Christ.
They will be calling for people to repent and get their lives right with God. They will be hated and abused and people will attempt to take them out but God will cause fire to come out their mouths to devour those people who come against them.
The Jews today are not yet be ready to receive Jesus as their messiah they want to take His inheritance that is why they don't acknowledge the truth that He is alive.
As I wrote above as far as they are concerned Jesus is dead and buried that is why they hate being reminded that He is indeed very much alive.
For He is God how can you kill God? You cannot for He is an eternal Spirit who lives. Yes the Jews had murder in their hearts towards Christ they put His body to death, but they didn't put His Spirit to death. For Jesus said to His Father into thy hands I commit my Spirit.
John 19:30
30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.
Luke 23:46
46 And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost
He is very much alive for He rose again on the third day. How can you say that they murdered someone who is alive? You cannot.
Jesus forgave them from the cross that forgiveness is there for them still if they want it.
Luke 23:33-34
33 And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left.
34 Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.
As the Jews wanted the inheritance of the Son of God without having God or having to answer to God to be accountable. They will be willing to receive anyone coming in their own name who will fight for Israel and give back to them their temple without God being there. (Unfortunately through the false messiah they will get more than what they bargained for.)That is why the Jewish leaders the rabbis want the Israeli people to think that Jesus is still dead. That is why they have duped Christians into accepting the Talmud, the cabala mystical occult understanding of the bible based on oral tradition which is the wisdom of the sages. As well as forbidding the church to share the gospel with the Jewish people.
That is why people are being told not to witness to the Jews and being told that the Jews are already saved because they have the Old Covenant. I have dealt with the two covenant theory in my other blogs that the Jews are saved by the Old Covenant and the Gentiles are saved by the New Covenant.
The Jews have written a new bible which they are selling but it is only the old testament without the new testament. It is a big book with commentaries from rabbis and sages it is based on Talmudic Judaism it is also a history of the forming of the State of Israel.
This bible may be a good study bible and a good historical record of Israel becoming a State. However it will not be suitable for anyone who is young in the faith for it will lead them away from Jesus.
As this bible does not focus on Jesus's first coming by not having the New Testament. It is only focusing on the Old Testament and it implies that the messiah is still yet to come. This book is based on the Talmud and possibly the Cabala as well.
It is not a bible I would recommend for Christians because it will be hostile to Christ. This sort of book will lull people into a false sense of security that Israel is entering into a golden age but it will be a false dawn. In reality it is entering into a brief period of darkness before the true dawn.

The golden age will become a terrible time of darkness and tribulation like never seen before or will be again.

The Jews will have to flee for their lives and hide in the mountains and in places that God has assigned for them to be hidden among the nations.
This is still yet in the not too distant future that is coming nearer by the day.

What is happening in Israel today that will lead into this awful time of the Great Tribulation upon the earth
It is not so much Israel that is being contested about but it is Jerusalem.
Here is some interesting information about when Israel was formed as a nation by the UN in 1948 concerning Jerusalem.
The people of Israel were allowed to return to their homeland but they were not allowed to call Jerusalem their capital city as the UN wanted to keep it a as a neutral city neither owned by Jew or Arab but a city to be managed by the world.
When you read these articles below you will understand why the world and the Palestinians are upset about President Trump saying that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel and why his moving of the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem is causing such a stir.

Some people think that by building the Third Temple it will help bring about world peace. Yes it will bring about a false world peace through the false messiah. There is only One who can bring in true lasting world peace and He will come at the call of His people to defeat the false messiah and his false prophet. His name is Jesus.

Just like the world had to reach a place where it was ready and willing to allow the Jews to come back to their ancient homeland of Israel albeit it came in through a UN vote. This did come about after the horrific slaughter and imprisonment of six million Jews in Hitler's death camps.
So too the world will be forced to come to a place to be ready and willing to allow the Jews to build a house of worship to Yahweh the God of Israel a Third Temple. I believe that this may only come about after a war between the Jews and the Arabs this will be a localized war such as Psalm 83 describes.
That Israel will prove to be undefeatable as they will have superior military fire power. When this does happen a peace broker will arise to broker a peace between the warring factions.
He will thrash out a peace covenant with the Jews and the remaining Arabs and this false peace covenant will be done through trickery and perhaps a trade off will take place concerning Jerusalem to be given into Gentile hands in some way so that the Jews can build their Third Temple.
There are some who are looking to President Trump to be the one to help Israel build this Third Temple. There are some people who see him as a messiah type figure. The Jews are not looking for a saviour to save them from their sins.
They are looking for a powerful leader like King David they want a person who is powerful on the world scene in a political / military way to lead them and to fight their battles on the world scene.

- He will have his sidekick the false prophet set up a statue to himself to make people worship it this could be the abomination of desolation.
- Then he will make people have a mark taken in allegiance to him which could be linked to a computer an Artificial Intelligence computer that will allow him to control everyone by this mark.
- So much so that no one can buy or sell, or travel or do anything without his knowledge or control.
- Again this will be done by his sidekick the false prophet. Who in order to enforce the beast (antichrist's) power the false prophet will do great lying signs and wonders even calling fire down from heaven to deceive the people especially the Jews who are always seeking for a sign.

God is the owner of Jerusalem. This is the city that He chose to put His name. I have written about this at great length in my post on God choosing Jerusalem as the place He would put His name.

In the last days before the return of Christ God will make His city a cup of trembling and a burdensome stone.
Zechariah 12:2-3
2 Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.
3 And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.
This city of Jerusalem will be the city that everyone will be fighting over and this will be the seat of the enemy's power when the antichrist sits in the temple to be worshiped as God.
In the light of events that are happening in Israel you must understand that Israel and Jerusalem must be inhabited by the Jewish people for them to call Jesus to come and save them.
Those who say that Israel is not important or that the Jews are not the true descendants of the twelve tribes of Israel are nuts.
For God knows who are of the tribes of Israel and He will make sure that these are the people who are now living in the land of Israel today and who will be safely kept by him hidden in nations around the world during the time of the Great Tribulation. To be brought back to Israel by the nations when Christ returns.
He will make an end of the nations but He will not make an end of His people period.
For in fact in Zechariah chapter 10 it states that God will bring His people from all lands back to Israel and He will enlarge the borders that will take in modern day Lebanon, and Gilead.
The first part of the verses is partly fulfilled the Jews have come back to their ancient homeland but the second part has not been fulfilled yet for Jesus has not yet returned to divide the land between the twelve tribes. They have not taken the whole amount of land that God had promised to them that He will give to them through Abraham Genesis 15 and 17.

So whatever the name of this person will be in either the Greek or Hebrew alphabet the numbers that match the letters of his name will add up to 666.
⦁ People in order to buy or sell, to travel, do business, to eat would have to take this mark to show their allegiance to the beast and as food and water will be scarce and controlled by the leaders of the New World Order they will be forced if possible to take this mark.
The food will be scarce due to the judgments of God coming upon the earth against the satanic beast that will be ruling the earth from Jerusalem in the Third temple.

However they will be worshiping a counterfeit evil Christ the devil who will be disguised as an angel of light will be making people think they are seeing Jesus and worshiping him through Contemplative prayer and worship.
This is not the true Jesus but a false one and those who are caught up in this false political Zionism will end up being swept into the religion of the antichrist and will end up taking his mark which will lead them to the Lake of fire see Revelation 14:9-11 and Isaiah 66:23-24. These people are those who don’t have their names in the Lamb’s book of Life.
⦁ A lot of people in churches today are not born again that is why they will take the mark and why their names are not in the Lamb’s book of life.
There is no preaching against sin or calling people to repentance in a lot of churches today. For they don’t believe it is necessary for people as individuals to be saved or believe in a personal saviour.
They are more concerned with winning nations to Christ and saving cultures. Christ didn’t commission us to go and save nations or cultures He told us to make disciples of nations teaching them all that He has taught us and baptising them in the name of Father, Son and Holy Spirit and all authority is His on earth and in heaven. He also told us to preach repentance for remission of sins in His name.

Nor do some of these people in the apostate churches believe in hell nor do they believe in the atoning work of Jesus on the cross they mock His blood they believe all will be saved even if they sin and live like the devil.
This is humanism where man is god, God is made in the image of man not man in the image of God and this is self-worship idolatry of self, witchcraft and sorcery and this is Universalism to the core.
The kingdom they are building is of the earth it is temporal it is not from heaven nor is it eternal.
⦁ This rebellion against the Most High God of Israel and His Son Jesus = Spiritual death in the Lake of Fire as already mentioned.
⦁ God is separating those believers who support the true Jesus and follow true biblical Zionism from those who support the false Jesus and follow the false political Zionism.
I believe it is necessary for God to allow a counterfeit version of the nation of Israel to be in place and to show that even though the enemy is at work God is still working behind the scenes to restore all things to Israel in readiness for His Son’s coming.
⦁ In other words God is allowing satan to have his way in the world but God is using satan as His vessel to accomplish His Holy purposes on the earth,
What is true unity?
John 17:11-28
11 And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.
12 While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.
13 And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves.
14 I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

⦁ Man’s idea of unity is totally opposed to God’s idea of unity. Man’s idea of unity originates from the earth and earthly wisdom while God’s idea of unity comes from within the God head and heaven itself.
⦁ When Jesus prayed for His disciples to have unity within themselves like He and His Father had He was referring to His disciples being in unity like the God head and agreeing with God and His word to be in agreeance with the written spoken word and with Jesus Himself as the word made flesh.
What God says in His word we must be in agreement with that and obedient to His word. By obeying His word God will love us and abide in us.
I often pray that Jesus will abide in me as the Living word and this is how I will know Him and to know His will by reading His word, by praying and by listening to His Holy Spirit to develop the mind of Christ by having my mind renewed daily through the word to have it washed by the word of God.
⦁ If we go against God’s word and His will as revealed in the word then we are siding with satan and man against God.
God changes not nor does He go against what is revealed about Him in the scriptures. Those who are for God are in union with Him by standing with Him on His word and agree with Him about what He says about salvation that it is through His Son Jesus and about what He says about Israel and Jerusalem and the sinful state of mankind.
⦁ Those who are truly born again will be in unity with each other and the word of God. Though there may be some differences due to what has been taught in their churches over the centuries but on the main doctrines of Who Christ is and about salvation we should be in agreeance.
Should there be differences and God wants us to come to an agreement about the return of the Lord Jesus Christ He will make it clear to us from His word what is right and what to avoid.
If we are really born again of the true Holy Spirit there will be love and unity among us for we will be of the Lord’s family and His Spirit will be leading and guiding us into all truth, for He is the Spirit of Truth.
As the scripture states can two walk together unless they agree.
Amos 3:3
3 Can two walk together, except they be agreed?
We cannot walk with God in unity if we disagree with His ways and go against His holy words as revealed in the scriptures. If we don't agree with God then we are in rebellion against Him. Jesus taught His Father's doctrine not His own and many were astounded at His teaching and wisdom.
Luke 2:40-49
40 And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him.
41 Now his parents went to Jerusalem every year at the feast of the passover.

Jesus is the prophet that God was to raise up after Moses. As I wrote about this in another post I won't say more on this other than we need to listen to Him.
For to ignore His words it will be dangerous to do so.

Now to what unity is not.

This wisdom is of the earth and how this wisdom is satanic. This wisdom shows that satan is only interested in the things of men and is opposed to God to try and put a stumble block in the way of the Lord to hinder His work on the earth.
James 3:13-16
Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.
14 But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.

⦁ These articles are to do with the false ecumenical unity which is opposed to God it is of the earth and of the devil. For it will lead to the coming of the false messiah and the formation of the One World Religion it will lead many to hell. It is not of God but of man joined with satan.
⦁ Ecumenical unity of denominations with the Vatican + unity with the world’s major faiths with the Vatican = formation of the One World Religion under satan and the antichrist.
The false ecumenical unity is a dangerous movement for this movement says we must have unity no matter what the cost so that the church appears to be in unity all denominations in unity with one another.
However what they are doing is in fact really joining in unity with Rome and the false gospel and false christ that the Vatican follows which is not the true gospel or the true Christ of the bible who is God the Son the second person of the Godhead.
The cost of being part of this unity is the discarding of the doctrines of the bible the discarding of the word of God in it and eventually the discarding of God Himself and His way of redemption through Jesus.
This cost is high and it will lead to rebellion against God it will lead to lawlessness and witchcraft and sorcery and idolatry it will lead to self worship and it will lead to immorality and eventually to spiritual death which will be the Lake of Fire for those who choose to go down this path. This is the broad way that leads to destruction indeed and many well known evangelicals are choosing to lead their flocks down this path of destruction.

There is a well known minister advocating that Christians should unhitch themselves from the Old Testament. He doesn't see that the Old Testament has any worth for the Christian nor does he feel that it is relevant for today.
Truly this belief is of the doctrines of demons and it is an easy slide down the slippery slope to hell.

This is lawlessness at work for the Old Testament prophets proclaimed about the coming of Jesus as the Messiah and what He would go through. They are the foundations of the church.
Ephesians 2:13-22

If we didn't have the Old Testament as our bedrock then how would we know about sin, God's plan of salvation through the Messiah coming from the Jewish people and His coming to this earth again.
How would we know about God's justice, His just judgments and righteous ways? How would we know how to live morally at all? How would we know about the dangers of idolatry and to know what is the right way to worship and please God.
Exodus 20:1-17

It is through Jesus that we can boldly approach the throne of Grace in Heaven as He is out High Priest. Without the Old Testament how would we understand about the role of the High Priest or the importance of the Atonement from sin through the poured out blood of Christ upon the tree?

The Old Testament is just as relevant today as it was in the time of Jesus after all it is all about Him.
In fact He opened the minds of the disciples to understand what the prophets and Moses and the Psalms said about His suffering as the Messiah. If we didn't have the Old Testament then how would we know that we are following the right Messiah?

44 And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.

This move has already started a split in the church in New Zealand. I have read the articles in the Christchurch Press and though they speak about what people think and say not one person says anything about what God thinks, feels or says in His word or takes it seriously at all if they do speak about the bible. So you can see where this false unity will end up. It will end up in the Lake of fire that is the reward of those who join with the beast and the false prophet. It is a very dangerous path to tread indeed.
