Before getting into this next blog post. I would like to do some housekeeping.

Firstly I want to say thank you to all of those who are reading my blog and receiving email notifications of the blog. I really appreciate your time in reading the blog posts. I hope they have been informative, helpful and uplifting as well as encouraging that they have helped you grow in your knowledge of God and His word and the second coming of Jesus in relation to Jerusalem and Israel.

If you don't know the Lord Jesus yet I pray that through the blogs you will come to know Him and make a life changing decision to follow Him.

Secondly I want to apologize to those who have written a comment and wonder why I have not responded to your comments. The simple reason is this I have been unable to read the comments they have not come through to me for some reason either on the blog itself or via email.

I have modified some things on the blog so maybe from now on I will be able to read any comments.

For some reason I am still not able to read comments that have been posted on my blog posts. They are just not coming through to me.

So thank you for commenting but please accept my apology for not replying to your comments.

I have decided to add this part in my series on the trumpet and vials judgments of Revelation.

I felt the series will be incomplete without writing about the harlot that rides the beast in the book of Revelation.

So without further ado I will get right into this segment.

Part 1E

The Harlot and the Beast

As this first part is very long I have decided to break it down into two parts.

The first part Part 1E will deal with the first five points and Part 2E will deal with the last three points as point 6E will be a bit lengthy while the last two points will be not so lengthy.

Rather than tire the reader with a long read I have decided to do this breaking this post on the Harlot and the Beast into two parts.

Who is the Harlot?
What will the characteristics of the Harlot be?
What is the Beast?
What will the characteristics of the beast be?
What will the combination of the beast and the Harlot make? In other words who is the harlot riding?

Part 2E The Harlot and the Beast of Revelation

Will the formation of the false world religion and false political system that is being formed today at the grassroots level become the harlot and the beast duo? In other words will the government of the apostles and prophets within the NAR make up the bedrock of this system and will the new interest in socialism among young people be part of this too?
Will God call His people out of the Harlot before the Tribulation or during the Tribulation
What will harlot and the beast's end be?

1 E Who is the Harlot?

We will begin with looking at who is this harlot that is spoken of in Revelation. I will put down the scriptures that relate to her out of Revelation 17 & 18 and Isaiah 47.

Then in point 2 I will look at the characteristics of this harlot what she is like.

Revelation 17:1-7, 15, 18

1 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:

2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.

3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:

5 And upon her forehead was a name written, Mystery, Babylon The Great, The Mother Of Harlots And Abominations Of The Earth.

6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.

7 And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.

15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.

Revelation 18:1-24

1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.

2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.

4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.

6 Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.

7 How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.

8 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.

9 And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning,

10 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.

11 And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:

12 The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble,

13 And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.

14 And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.

15 The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,

16 And saying, Alas, alas that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!

17 For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every ship master, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,

18 And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!

19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.

20 Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her.

21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

22 And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee;

23 And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.

24 And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.

Isaiah 47:1-15

1 Come down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon, sit on the ground: there is no throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called tender and delicate.

2 Take the millstones, and grind meal: uncover thy locks, make bare the leg, uncover the thigh, pass over the rivers.

3 Thy nakedness shall be uncovered, yea, thy shame shall be seen: I will take vengeance, and I will not meet thee as a man.

4 As for our redeemer, the Lord of hosts is his name, the Holy One of Israel.

5 Sit thou silent, and get thee into darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called, The lady of kingdoms.

6 I was wroth with my people, I have polluted mine inheritance, and given them into thine hand: thou didst shew them no mercy; upon the ancient hast thou very heavily laid thy yoke.

7 And thou saidst, I shall be a lady for ever: so that thou didst not lay these things to thy heart, neither didst remember the latter end of it.

8 Therefore hear now this, thou that art given to pleasures, that dwellest carelessly, that sayest in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me; I shall not sit as a widow, neither shall I know the loss of children:

9 But these two things shall come to thee in a moment in one day, the loss of children, and widowhood: they shall come upon thee in their perfection for the multitude of thy sorceries, and for the great abundance of thine enchantments.

10 For thou hast trusted in thy wickedness: thou hast said, None seeth me. Thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it hath perverted thee; and thou hast said in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me.

11 Therefore shall evil come upon thee; thou shalt not know from whence it riseth: and mischief shall fall upon thee; thou shalt not be able to put it off: and desolation shall come upon thee suddenly, which thou shalt not know.

12 Stand now with thine enchantments, and with the multitude of thy sorceries, wherein thou hast laboured from thy youth; if so be thou shalt be able to profit, if so be thou mayest prevail.

13 Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels. Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from these things that shall come upon thee.

14 Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: there shall not be a coal to warm at, nor fire to sit before it.

15 Thus shall they be unto thee with whom thou hast laboured, even thy merchants, from thy youth: they shall wander every one to his quarter; none shall save thee.

There has been much speculation as to who the Harlot is. Some think it is the Catholic church on it own while others think it is another religious system that has nothing to do with the Catholic church but will come about during the Tribulation.

Personally I believe it is the Catholic Church system that will make up the cornerstone of this false religion along with Islam, Judaism and all of the world's religions along with apostate Christianity.

I believe these things will join together with all other occult pagan practices but I will write more on this in point 1E of Part 2E on the Harlot and the Beast of Revelation.

Before I go onto point 2 I will say that the Harlot is just that a harlot this system whores with everything going. It is a mystery religion that dupes people into joining her by offering them a hint of mystery, lying to them that they will have light by seeking out her hidden mysteries. While at the same time it is drawing them into darkness.

It is an evil system.

Now I will move onto point 2.
2 E What will the characteristics of the Harlot be?
We will look at the scripture verses above to see what the harlot's character or nature will be.

I will write them down and from the picture given from the verses and seen in the list it shows that the harlot is not a very pleasant entity.

The Harlot's nature.
Revelation 17

She makes many drunk with the wine of her formication she is a seductress. Rev 17:2
She is wealthy and clothed with her rich finery. Rev 17:4
Her wine cup is full of abomination and the filfithness of her formincations. Rev 17:4
She is the abomination of the earth Rev 17:5
She is hard hearted murderess for she if full of the blood of the saints and the blood of the martyrs of Jesus.Rev 17:6
This Harlot is not a person but a great city that seduces the kings of the whole earth to commit formications with her through trade, political / religious alliances.
This city is not alone for the harlot also has many names and many idolatrous children. Rev 17:5

Revelation 18

The kings of the earth had commited formication with her and she has made the merchants rich with her delicacies, thereby causing them all to become drunk with the wine of the wrath of her formications. Rev 18:2
She is full of pride, self glorification, she thinks that she is a Queen and is undefeatable for she says she will see no sorrow. Rev 18:7
She traded not only in the usual things people trade in such as precious stones gold, silver, wood, iron, brass, spices etc she also traded in slaves and the souls of men this is not talking about slavery it is talking about taking captive the souls of men. They are in bondage to her. In other words they sell their soul to serve her and get rich through her. In doing this they also commit blasphemy against the God of heaven and murder. Rev 18:12-13
For in her the blood of the saints and prophets and all that are slain in the earth are found in her Rev 18:24.

Isaiah 47

She is known as the lady of kingdoms, in other words she is the ruler of the world. Isaiah 47:5
She doesn't believe she will be made a widow or childless, she believes that no one can defeat her
Isaiah 47:8
She is full of witchcrafts, ie sorceries and enchantments. Isaiah 47:9
She is full of wickedness, she thinks no one sees her evil doings. She thinks that she is God invincible for she says I AM there is no one else beside her.
She has taken God's name for herself, for God's name when He revealed Himself to Moses at the burning bush was I AM. So Babylon is taking God's name of I AM and trying to take His glory for herself. Isaiah 47:10.
She will try and prevent her destruction by her many sorceries but they will not help her when her day of sudden destruction comes upon her from God Almighty. Isaiah 47:11-15

From these three passages above we can see how wicked mistress Babylon is but wait until we see the beast and his characteristics and how evil that is. Imagine what the two will be like when they are joined they will be terrible to behold.

We will now turn our attention to the beast and his characteristics in the next two points.

3E What is the Beast?
To answer that question I will put in some scriptures to do with the beast. Some scriptures I will leave out but will put them in with the point to do with the beast the harlot is riding and give further explanation with them.

From the passage in Revelation after satan comes to the earth Revelation 12, he gives his power, seat and authority to the beast. So the true nature of the beast is that of satan he has satan's nature, power and authority to rule over the earth. This beast is a terrible one indeed.
The beast of Daniel and Revelation are one and the same they are the final end time kingdom that will bring about great woe upon the earth.  This period of the Great Tribulation will be worse than any other period of time that has been recorded in history and such a time will never be seen again

For everything that is evil will take place on the earth without restraint for God's hand of protection will be lifted off the earth.

The visible official church will become fully apostate and will form the one world religion and they will follow the beast and will worship him.

While the true saints will become the invisible church and they will either be hidden by God to be still alive at the return of Jesus or they will be persecuted and put to death put to death for their faith in Jesus.

This beast will be controlled by satan and so it will not be a man ruling the earth but it will be a man totally given over to satan who will be ruling the earth. In other words satan in a body of a man will be ruling and it will be an evil time indeed where no life is spared not even those who follow him or worship him. He will put them to death too.

He will destroy everything that God considers good or beautiful.

He will destroy the earth and the people on it as well as trying to destroy Israel, Jerusalem and the temple anything to do with God he will try and destroy and in the process of his doing this he will rail against and blaspheme the Most High God of Israel. It will be satan doing this against God through a deranged man. Satan will be doing this because he would have been kicked out of heaven never more allowed to come before the throne of God Revelation 12. More on this further down the page.

So he will come down to earth to destroy if he can everything that belongs to God.

With the Palestinians we are seeing this devilish nature at work where they want to destroy the people of Israel and try and lay claim to the land that rightfully belongs to the Israeli people. For it was given to them by God with an oath and through a covenant to the Patriarchs Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

They are teaching their children lies that the land belongs to them and they are trying to liberate it from the Jews.

The land will not be liberated by them for they will never have this land. In fact the land will only be released from captivity it is under when Jesus returns and the year of His return will be the year of Jubilee beginning with the Day of Yom Kippur aka Day of Atonement.

So you can imagine how much worse this will be under the Beast than what the Palestinians are currently doing.

For the Beast will try and destroy any evidence that God has ownership of the land of Israel and city of Jerusalem with the temple itself. He will make these things out to be his just as he tried to take the throne of God in heaven satan will take the throne of God the Temple of God in Jerusalem but he won't hold it for long. For the rightful owner of this throne will come from heaven at the call of His people to take what is rightfully his through inheritance from satan.

Now to the scriptures to do with the beast and what he will be like.
Daniel 7:1-28

1 In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters.

2 Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea.

3 And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.

4 The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it.

5 And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh.

6 After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it.

7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.

8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.

9 I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.

10 A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened.

11 I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame.

12 As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time.

13 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.

14 And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

15 I Daniel was grieved in my spirit in the midst of my body, and the visions of my head troubled me.

16 I came near unto one of them that stood by, and asked him the truth of all this. So he told me, and made me know the interpretation of the things.

17 These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth.

18 But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.

19 Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass; which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet;

20 And of the ten horns that were in his head, and of the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look was more stout than his fellows.

21 I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them;

22 Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.

23 Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.

24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.

25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

26 But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end.

27 And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.

28 Hitherto is the end of the matter. As for me Daniel, my cogitations much troubled me, and my countenance changed in me: but I kept the matter in my heart.

Even though these two passages of Daniel 9 and 11 speak about an evil king many people see this king as being the antichrist to come.

Therefore these two passages can be used in conjunction with the passages on the beast. As the beast is in reality a person who gains absolute power in other words a world leader or king.

So that is why I am including this passage from Daniel 9 and 11 as well.
Daniel 9:21-27

21 Yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation.

22 And he informed me, and talked with me, and said, O Daniel, I am now come forth to give thee skill and understanding.

23 At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came forth, and I am come to shew thee; for thou art greatly beloved: therefore understand the matter, and consider the vision.

24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.

26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Daniel 11:21-45

21 And in his estate shall stand up a vile person, to whom they shall not give the honour of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries.

22 And with the arms of a flood shall they be overflown from before him, and shall be broken; yea, also the prince of the covenant.

23 And after the league made with him he shall work deceitfully: for he shall come up, and shall become strong with a small people.

24 He shall enter peaceably even upon the fattest places of the province; and he shall do that which his fathers have not done, nor his fathers' fathers; he shall scatter among them the prey, and spoil, and riches: yea, and he shall forecast his devices against the strong holds, even for a time.

25 And he shall stir up his power and his courage against the king of the south with a great army; and the king of the south shall be stirred up to battle with a very great and mighty army; but he shall not stand: for they shall forecast devices against him.

26 Yea, they that feed of the portion of his meat shall destroy him, and his army shall overflow: and many shall fall down slain.

27 And both of these kings' hearts shall be to do mischief, and they shall speak lies at one table; but it shall not prosper: for yet the end shall be at the time appointed.

28 Then shall he return into his land with great riches; and his heart shall be against the holy covenant; and he shall do exploits, and return to his own land.

29 At the time appointed he shall return, and come toward the south; but it shall not be as the former, or as the latter.

30 For the ships of Chittim shall come against him: therefore he shall be grieved, and return, and have indignation against the holy covenant: so shall he do; he shall even return, and have intelligence with them that forsake the holy covenant.

31 And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate.

32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.

33 And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, many days.

34 Now when they shall fall, they shall be holpen with a little help: but many shall cleave to them with flatteries.

35 And some of them of understanding shall fall, to try them, and to purge, and to make them white, even to the time of the end: because it is yet for a time appointed.

36 And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done.

37 Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.

38 But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces: and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things.

39 Thus shall he do in the most strong holds with a strange god, whom he shall acknowledge and increase with glory: and he shall cause them to rule over many, and shall divide the land for gain.

40 And at the time of the end shall the king of the south push at him: and the king of the north shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, and with horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries, and shall overflow and pass over.

41 He shall enter also into the glorious land, and many countries shall be overthrown: but these shall escape out of his hand, even Edom, and Moab, and the chief of the children of Ammon.

42 He shall stretch forth his hand also upon the countries: and the land of Egypt shall not escape.

43 But he shall have power over the treasures of gold and of silver, and over all the precious things of Egypt: and the Libyans and the Ethiopians shall be at his steps.

44 But tidings out of the east and out of the north shall trouble him: therefore he shall go forth with great fury to destroy, and utterly to make away many.

45 And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him.

Zechariah 11:15-17

15 And the Lord said unto me, Take unto thee yet the instruments of a foolish shepherd.

16 For, lo, I will raise up a shepherd in the land, which shall not visit those that be cut off, neither shall seek the young one, nor heal that that is broken, nor feed that that standeth still: but he shall eat the flesh of the fat, and tear their claws in pieces.

17 Woe to the idol shepherd that leaveth the flock! the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm shall be clean dried up, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened.

Revelation 13:1-18

1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.

6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.

7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

9 If any man have an ear, let him hear.

10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,

14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

4E What will the characteristics of the Beast be?
I will look at the scriptures from Daniel, Zechariah and Revelation going through the verses that are relevant to showing what this evil beast's characteristics are like.
Daniel 7

This fourth beast is different from the other three beasts in Daniel's vision and he is also terrible for he will trample underfoot and devour all those on the earth. He has iron teeth and brazen claws Daniel 7:7, 19 In other words he is terrible to behold and none can stand before him.
There are ten horns on this beast one of which will be small and insignificant. However this will not last long for he will gain power and will pluck up three other horns to replace them with himself Daniel 7:8
This horn also has eyes of a man and a mouth that speaks great boasts Daniel 7:8,11,20
He will wage war on the saints of God and wear them out Daniel 7:22, 25
This beast is a fourth kingdom to come upon the earth. It will be different from other kingdoms and it will devour them and trample them down Daniel 7:23 see also Revelation 17:7-11
The ten horns are ten kings and one will rise up he will be different from the other horns and will subdue three kings Daniel 7:24 see also Revelation 17:12-14,16
He will speak great things against God, he will change times and laws he will be able to do this for three and half years Daniel 7:25

Daniel 9

He destroys the city of Jerusalem along with the sanctuary Daniel 9:26
He makes a covenant for a week which equals 7 years in bible prophecy, he then breaks it halfway through Daniel 9:27
He breaks the covenant midway through through stopping the sacrifices and oblations and he sets up an abomination that makes desolate Daniel 9:27

Daniel 11

He is a vile person that takes his kingdom through deceit comes to power peaceably and with flatteries. He will make deals and be made strong with a small amount of people backing him Daniel 11:21, 23.
He will do things which his forefathers didn't do he makes peace and scatters favors among people. He will also go to war against another king the king of the south. He is a warlike leader he has no fear Daniel 11:24-25.
Though it appears he and this other king must come to some sort of agreement for they sit at a table to do mischief and speak lies to each other Daniel 11:27.
He will return to his land with great riches but his heart will be against the holy covenant Daniel 11:28.
He will dialogue with those who hate the holy covenant and they will pollute the holy sanctuary, they will take away the sacrifices and also will set up the abomination that desolates Daniel 11:30-31.
He will corrupt those who do wickedly against the covenant through flatteries Daniel 11:32. In other words he will win those who are in rebellion against God and His covenant through smooth talk.
He will magnify himself and speak great swelling words against all gods including the true God of Israel he will have no regard for Him Daniel 11:36.
He worships the god of fortresses and wealth and follows a god that not even his fathers knew. In other words he will worship a different god to the one of his people. Daniel 11:37, 39.
Rumours from the north and the east will trouble this king will invade Israel but he will meet his end and none will help him Daniel 11:44-45.

Zechariah 11

He is also a foolish shepherd. His arrogance makes him a fool. Zechariah 11:15
He doesn't care about the sheep / the people that he is shepherd over, he doesn't seek out the lost, nor does he visit the young, he doesn't feed those under his care, nor does he heal those who are sick. Zechariah 11:16
He also destroys the wealthy and lives off of them by devouring them. Zechariah 11:16
The beast is an idol shepherd. In other words he wants to be worshiped as God. God declares a woe upon this shepherd who doesn't care for the flock. He will end up with a withered arm and blinded right eye Zechariah 11:17

Revelation 13

He has on his heads the name of blasphemy Revelation 13:1
He looks similar to the three beasts of Daniel 7:4-6 combined, he has the body of a leopard, the feet of a bear and mouth of a lion. To this beast was given by the dragon (devil) his power and his seat and great authority. Revelation 13:2 In other words the devil gave this beast his supernatural power and authority.
One of the beast's heads was wounded with a deadly wound but somehow comes back to life again. Revelation 13:3
The whole world will wonder at this marvel that one of the heads of the beast died and has come back to life again and will worship the dragon (the devil) who gives the beast his power and they will worship this beast by saying who can fight against it? Revelation 13:4
He was given a great mouth to speak great things and blasphemies and great power was given to him for three and half years. Revelation 13:5
This beast will speak arrogantly against God, His name and His tabernacle and those who are in heaven. In other words he will have no respect for God or angels Revelation 13:6
He will wage war against the saints and put them to death. Also power will be given to him to have authority or control over all those who dwell on the earth Revelation 13:7
People will worship him whose names are not in the Lamb's book of life. Revelation 13:8

To sum up this beast who rules the last kingdom that will come at the end of the age of man before the return of Christ.

This beast will be a terrible, cruel, merciless, vindictive beast. He will destroy all that oppose him especially the Israeli people and the bible believing Christians he will have a deep hatred for. He will persecute them especially and wear them out as well as put them to death. In other words it will be open season on the Jews and the Christians.

He will think that he is invincible and that he is God for he will want to be worshiped as God. He will have no respect or fear of God for he will speak great swelling words against God. He will be arrogant and full of pride.

He will think that he has the right to change times and laws and that no one can stand before him or wage war against him. He will rule with deceit and he will form a peace treaty with Israel through deceit and trickery. He is a war like king and he is one who has and loves great wealth.

In fact 2 Thessalonians 2 sums up this evil person and what he will be like very well.
2 Thessalonians 2:1-12

1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,

2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.

3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?

6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.

7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

5E What will the combination of the beast and the Harlot make? In other words who is the harlot riding?
I believe the Harlot is riding the dragon who is satan himself. As we will see from the following scriptures that this is the case.

Please take note of the colour of the dragon and the colour of the beast the Harlot is riding. They are both red and I believe that the beast is the dragon or the devil himself that this Harlot is riding.

In other words the Harlot is riding satan she is joined to him in an unholy, unclean marriage a unity of evil to wreak havoc upon the earth and to wage war against God and His saints those who believe in have the faith of Jesus and obey His commands this will be both Jewish and Gentile believers in Christ. They will also wage war against the people of Israel the non believers of Jesus and wage war against the Holy Covenant and the Holy things of God ie Jerusalem and the temple.
Revelation 12:3
3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
Revelation 17:3-15

3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:

5 And upon her forehead was a name written, Mystery, Babylon The Great, The Mother Of Harlots And Abominations Of The Earth.

6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.

7 And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.

8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.

10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.

11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.

12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.

13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.

14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

Looking at these scriptures given above you can safely say that the Harlot is the religious economic system that controls the world. For in Revelation there is a description of two beasts.
Revelation 13:1-4, 11-18

17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

The second beast has the appearance of a lamb but speaks like a dragon which shows the true nature of the harlot and the beast she is riding.

That in all appearances this religious leader aka false prophet seems gentle and harmless like a lamb. Yet he has the soul and nature of the devil himself in other words the dragon the devil speaks through this person.

One such religious leader that currently has this demeanor of a lamb a harmless person gentle, meek and mild.

Yet when he speaks he speaks like a dragon the devil himself with some of the things he comes out with concerning Jesus or people being born homosexual.

Or that it is okay for all religions to worship God in their own way for we serve the same god. Yes they do serve the same god. For it is the god of this world they do serve but they don't serve the true God of the bible the Holy righteous One who is the God of Israel.

The person I am referring to here is Pope Francis of course he comes across as a lamb but he is like the dragon. More on this in the first point in Part 2E on the Harlot and the Beast.

As I wrote above the Harlot is riding the red dragon who we can see from Revelation 12 that this dragon is none other than the devil himself. So the harlot the religious, economic system is riding a beast of political and military power.

The two combined will control the people of the world that being the sea of people as described in Revelation 17.
Revelation 17:1-2, 15

2 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:

2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.

And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues

To control all of these people a number of people have to be killed off especially those who are bible believing Christians from the nations and Messianic believers from Israel and those who live in the nations. These people know who these evil beast/s are and will speak out against them.

God will have other witnesses too to speak out against this evil duo the two prophets in Jerusalem, the 144,000 from the 12 tribes of Israel, an angel from heaven and others.

Though the false prophet the false lamb that speaks like a dragon will war against the saints because they won't bow down and worship the image of the beast that he will create. Nor take the mark they will be taken captive and will be put to death.

The Lord tells his people in Revelation 13 that those who take them captive will likewise be taken captive and those who put them to death by the sword will likewise be put to death by the sword and I believe the sword that kills them will be that sword that comes from the mouth of Jesus at His return. They are told here is the lesson of the patience of the saints
Revelation 13:10
10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

The will try to wage war against the true Lamb of God but won't prevail against Him.
Revelation 17:14
14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.
Revelation 19:11-16, 19-21

11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.

13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, King Of Kings, And Lord Of Lords.
19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.

20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

So this second beast aka false messiah or antichrist of Revelation 13: is the military, political power that will rule the world with an iron fist a total tyrant worse than Hitler or Idi Amin or Pol Pot or even Chairman Mao. Though we are seeing leaders today rising up who want total power to be president for life like with the president in China or Putin gaining power for the fourth time in Russia.

This is just the foretaste of what is to come when the false messiah comes to power to bring in a false middle east peace with Israel and the remaining Arab nations. Jerusalem will be the bargaining chip and the Jews will be allowed to build the third temple and have their sacrifices and temple services. That is until the political, military beast takes it into his head to invade Israel, and Jerusalem and set himself up in the temple to be worshiped as God.

By this time the devil will be kicked out of heaven no more to go before the throne of God to accuse the brethren there. He comes down to the earth in a rage to wage war against the saints of God and Israel.
Revelation 12:7-17

7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.

9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.

14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.

16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.

17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

We know that in Revelation 11 it is stated that two woes are passed this occurs after the death of the two witnesses killed by the beast who comes up from the bottomless pit. This is the end of the first part of Daniel's 70th week the end of the false period of peace.

Also the 7th trumpet is sounded and heaven proclaims that the kingdoms of God and of His Christ has come and that God will judge the nations.

In a way Revelation 12 is the bridge between Revelation 11 and Revelation 13. For this chapter introduces how satan is cast out of heaven and this leads into Revelation 13 when the two beasts appear who take over control of the whole earth.

This would be exactly at the halfway point of the 70th week of Daniel the midway point when the peace covenant is broken between the false messiah and Jerusalem.
Revelation 11:1-19

1 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.

2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.

3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.

4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.

5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.

6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.

7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

9 And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.

10 And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.

11 And after three days and an half the spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.

12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.

13 And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.

14 The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.

15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

16 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,

17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.

18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

19 And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.

This third woe is declared in Revelation 12. In my earlier posts on this series on the shofar(trumpet)/ vial judgments. I wrote what the two woes were that took place but completely missed out on writing what the third woe was.

I mistakenly thought that this woe was the wrath of God upon the inhabitants of the earth. No it isn't it is the devil coming down to the earth in a great rage as you can see from this verse. This is the third woe. Yes the wrath of God will be upon the earth for it will be upon the kingdom of the beast and those who follow him. God will be pouring His righteous indignation upon satan who will be ruling the earth through the beast.

I felt to put this in to correct my oversight in saying what the third woe is in my earlier posts.
Revelation 12:12
12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

This verse proclaims a woe upon the inhabitants of the earth and the sea.

The woe that is proclaimed in this verse is that satan is now cast out of heaven along with his angels and he can no longer go before the throne of God to accuse the saints the brethren of the Lord.

Before I go on further about this people mistakenly think that satan has been totally kicked out of heaven. For when Michael warred with satan before God created man and satan desired to rule in heaven see Isaiah 14 and Ezekiel 28 about how he wanted to rule heaven, take over God's throne and how he was cast out. He was thrown out of heaven but he still had access to come before the Lord God as did the other fallen angels though some were bound in chains as Jude 1:6 speaks of. Also Michael contended with satan over the body of Moses Jude 1:9.

Other fallen angels could appear before God that is why there is a mention of a lying spirit being put into the mouths of the prophets in 1 Kings 22 to deceive Ahab to go up to battle to be killed see 1 Kings 22 and also satan could appear before God to accuse Job to him in Job chapters 1 and 2.

Just something to think about up until the time in Revelation 12 when he is kicked out of heaven. Satan can still come before God and accuse the brethren to His face see also Zechariah 3 too.

Now in Revelation 12 satan and his angels are finally thrown out of heaven by Michael and his angels who war with him one last war and he is thrown out of heaven for good never more to return there to appear before God's throne. This is still to come it is in the not too distant future for it will happen during the 70th week of Daniel satan being kicked totally out of heaven never more to return there.

For heaven is barred to him it is a closed door for God will now begin to judge the kingdoms of the world who are under his satan's and Babylon's control. God will allow him to rule and have power on the earth so that He can judge the earth with His righteous judgment.

Hence the proclamation at the end of Revelation 11 when the seventh trumpet is sounded that the kingdoms of the world have become the kingdoms of God and of His Christ because in the next vision John sees Revelation 12, he sees satan thrown out of heaven and this event leads into the devil having authority over the earth and his waging war against the saints.

Listen if the Pre Tribulation rapture people are right this would be when the Lord will take His people home to be with Him so that they wouldn't have to face this awful time on the earth. There is no mention of the saints being caught up to be with Jesus in these chapters of Revelation dealing with the beast and his rule on the earth.

The seventh trumpet has nothing to do with the saints being caught up to be with Jesus. That is the eighth trumpet / shofar which will be blown at the appearing of Jesus for His own at the end after the armies come up against Jerusalem.

This is the Jubilee / resurrection trumpet that will be sounded on the Day of Atonement. For the dead will be raised resurrected at the sound of this shofar and the sound of the Lord's shout as He descends from heaven and those who are alive will be caught up to be with Him forever.

In the passages on this last trumpet and this trumpet will be the last one though there is no number given for this trumpet. Why people think it is the seventh trumpet I don't know but it is tradition and because people don't read the word properly.

All of us are guilty of not reading the scriptures properly or read them through the lens of what we have been taught to believe. I too m guilty of this myself that is why I missed the third woe being spoken of in Revelation 12 it is there in plain sight but I still missed it.

That is why we need the Holy Spirit to teach us the word and to open our eyes to the truths that are hidden there within the pages to open our minds to see and understand the scriptures.

Jesus did this with His disciples in Luke 24:44-49 to help them understand what the scriptures said about His death and resurrection and 1 John 2:27 tells us we have the anointing to understand the word which is the Holy Spirit you can look up these verses yourselves to see what I mean.

Getting back to what I am saying concerning the seventh trumpet. People just presume it is the seventh trumpet but when that trumpet is sounded there is no mention of the people of Jesus being caught up to be with Him.

It is when He comes out of heaven that this will take place Revelation 19, Matthew 24:29-31, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 the trumpet that sounds is the one that sounds as He comes out of heaven this is the Jubilee trumpet /shofar, that is sounded on the Day of Atonement Leviticus 25:17.

This Jubilee trumpet / shofar is a stand alone trumpet /shofar it is not part of the trumpets that are given to the seven angels to sound Revelation 8:1-6. This one is sounded by itself on the Day of Atonement it is not part of the Sabbath Day connected to the blasting of Shofars at the beginning of the Seventh month ie the Day of Shofars/ trumpets Leviticus 23:23-25.

To remind you I will put the verses from Leviticus and Matthew as well as 1 Thessalonians 4 about how the shofar / trumpet is sounded at the physical appearing of Jesus.
Leviticus 25:8-10

8 And thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be unto thee forty and nine years.

9 Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land.

10 And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.

Matthew 24:29-31
29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

1 Thessalonians 4:13-18

13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.

14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.

15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.

16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

As I have dealt with this in my other posts on this series so won't say anything more here.

Also look at the passages in the following chapters from Revelation 13-19 it talks about the saints being very much on the earth and being warred against by satan through the beast. If they were taken up to heaven why would these passages mention about satan warring against the saints and his being allowed to do so?

That is why in Revelation 16 Jesus warns His people not to be found naked for His coming is going to be sudden like a thief breaking into a house. You don't know when it will take place but take place it will. So He is saying keep your garments on and don't be found naked. Revelation 16:15
15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

Getting back to the enemy being kicked out of heaven, not only is he kicked out of heaven no longer to go before the throne of God, he is come down to the earth in a great wrath because he knows that his time is short. That is he knows that the Lord Jesus will soon come out of heaven to earth to save and redeem His own including Jerusalem.

So the devil will come down to the earth to bring about as much damage as he can and take captive as many people through deception, lying signs and wonders as he can and kill as many people as he can. His aim is to persecute Israel the woman who gave birth to the manchild and to persecute her children those who believe in Jesus both Jew and Gentile and who are obedient to His commands.

While this woe deals with the wrath of satan it also deals with the wrath of God upon satan's evil kingdom.

Satan will be full of rage against God's people and he will be busily destroying and killing off the saints he won't get them all for God will protect some to be alive at His return and for them to call for His return from among the Jewish people.

Satan will not have it all his own way for Revelation 14-19 speaks of God's wrath being poured out upon satan's evil kingdom and those who follow him and His cup of wrath being given to Babylon too. I have dealt with this in great detail of God's wrath being poured out upon the enemy's kingdom and those who worship him in Part C of this series about the connection between the third woe and the vials of God's wrath.

So those who belong to God will be under satan's wrath but not God's wrath ie judgments upon satan they will be protected or will be taken to heaven if killed. This will end in the appearing of the Lord Jesus Christ who will wage war against satan and those who follow him.

So when satan is thrown out of heaven he will take total possession of the false messiah to rule the earth through him. This will be when the beast comes up against Israel and Jerusalem. This man will be a beast indeed for satan will take complete possession of him.

For the devil will be ruling the earth from the temple through this man, who will be proclaiming himself to be god and would demand that the whole earth will worship him as god.

The religious beast the false prophet will be controlling the world on his behalf.  He will be the beast's mouth piece and will relay his messages to the people on the earth making them think that god is speaking through the false prophet and doing great signs through him even causing fire to come from heaven in the sight of the people but these will be lying signs and wonders.

He will control the earth by making every one whose name is not in the book of the lamb take his mark out of worshipful allegiance to him.

For taking the mark is an act of worship to the false messiah and no one can buy or sell without this mark it is a form of political, and economical control of who has the right to live on the earth. Without the mark under this evil system no one will survive. They will have to rely upon this evil system to survive, to buy food, to do business and to travel.

Those whose name is in the Lamb's book of Life will have the Lord to protect and provide for them just like He did for the children of Israel, when He took them into the wilderness. He provided food and water for them. God also took care of Elijah and Elisha as well during times of famine by providing food for them. Those who belong to the Lord need to put their trust in Him to look after them.

The ones who take the mark are those whose names are not in the Lamb's book of life. Yet many in the apostate church today think they are saved and they will be the ones who will take the mark because their leaders it will be okay to do so.   I have put a link to an article on this further down the page.

They tell them that God will forgive them and they will still enter into His kingdom. They are lying to them in telling them this. These people will take the mark and will end up going to hell because they think their leaders are telling them the truth and they think they are saved. This is a test to sort out the true believers from the false ones.

For the true believers will not take the mark and they will be willing to be persecuted for their faith in Jesus while the false believers will take the mark for they don't trust God and they don't know Him.
Revelation 13:7
7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

They are living for the temporal world system and trying to build a false kingdom. Whereas the true believers are looking for the kingdom to come which will come at the appearing of Jesus in His kingly glory at the end of the age. They are encouraged to have patience.
Revelation 13:8
8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
Revelation 14:9-12

9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,

10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:

11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

They will also be looked after by the Lord for He will take them into the wilderness. The ones He will take into the wilderness will be those who He wants to keep alive to look after His Israeli people and any Gentile Christians who are on the run. While others will be martyred for their faith in Jesus.

For clues on this look at the letters John writes in Revelation 2 & 3 to the church of Smyrna and Philadelphia. Those who are of the church of Smyrna will undergo imprisonment and death. Those of Philadelphia will escape the hour of trial that will come upon the earth.
Revelation 2:8-11

And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;

9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.

10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

Revelation 3:7-13

7 And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;

8 I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.

9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.

10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

13 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

That is why I believe that God will raise up people around the world to look after the Israeli people who will be on the run from the beast as well as the Gentiles who believe in Jesus.

For some of these Gentile Christians as well as secular people who love Israel and her people will be used by God to hide His people during this terrible time upon the earth.

They will be like Joseph providing food, water, clothing, and medical help to those seeking shelter. These things will be stored up during the time of the false peace before the Great Tribulation begins.

God will give people a window of three and half years to prepare for this time to get things in readiness for when they are needed. God will speak to those who will be called to do this,

He will raise up people to go around the world with the anointing and wisdom to do this special task to get everything ready and put into place to raise up a network of people.

He will raise up people to store things, to hide His people in safe places out of harm's way and He will raise up people to transport the people of Israel to the safe places. This will be the eagle's wings of Revelation 12.

Plus there will be other things He will have people to do or prepare for that will come together like a jigsaw puzzle.  The pieces will fall into place.

He will speak to people in different ways and open up opportunities for them to meet with others to arrange these things. Plus like in the time of Noah He will bring the necessary food, water and medicines, clothing etc in miraculous ways to those who He will raise up around the world to store these things in secret.

For those who do not have the mark will not be able to buy or sell or get any food, clothing and medicines unless they are on the beast's system and have the mark to prove it.

That is why it is very important that God will use this brief window of three and half years to get these things ready. He will need people who are trustworthy and people of integrity to do this for the lives of His people will be at stake.

Just like Joseph had the call of God on his life and the anointing to do this work from God to save his family and Egypt with the countries around her. He had wisdom what to do in storing food and how to distribute it.

Also just like Joseph had seven years to prepare for the great famine that would come upon Egypt. So that chiefly he can save his family as well as Egypt and the nations around her.

I have written about Joseph and why he is so important and how he is like Jesus. You can read those posts to get an idea abut how the time of the Great Tribulation is going to be like Joseph preserving the House of Israel during the terrible time of famine.

This is why we need to be available in the three and half years of the peace period leading up to this time to prepare for preserving the House of Israel the ones God brings to us to help.

For this will be a test as well as a sifting of those who belong to God as Gentile Christians as well as secular nations to see who will enter into the kingdom God will be testing people to see who will be sheep or goat nations by their willingness or otherwise to help His brethren during this time. This is what Matthew 25:31-46 is all about.
Matthew 25:31-46

31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:

32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:

33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:

36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?

38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?

39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?

40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:

43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.

44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?

45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.

46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

Yes God will raise up those to help His people but not all will be faithful some may end up betraying them or those helping them to save their skins.

Remember that Jesus states in Matthew 24 that the love of many will grow cold and people will betray each other, friends and family. This will be the time when this will take place.

Also some people may pretend to be Jewish or a Christian to spy on those who are helping these people so that they can hand them over to the authorities.
Matthew 24:9-13

9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.

10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Luke 21:12-19

12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.

13 And it shall turn to you for a testimony.

14 Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer:

15 For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.

16 And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death.

17 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake.

18 But there shall not an hair of your head perish.

19 In your patience possess ye your souls.

Matthew 16:24-28

24 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

25 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.

26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

27 For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.

28 Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.

Luke 17:33

33 Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.

This task will be dangerous and risky to those who are called to do it but if they are faithful and don't love their lives but are willing to die for their faith in Jesus to protect those under their care they will gain the higher life the kingdom of God. They will preserve their lives in Him.

Yea God will take care of His own by providing for them and protecting them in supernatural miraculous ways like He did with the children of Israel when He took them into the wilderness from Egypt on eagles wings.
Revelation 12:14
14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
Exodus 19:3-6

3 And Moses went up unto God, and the Lord called unto him out of the mountain, saying, Thus shalt thou say to the house of Jacob, and tell the children of Israel;

4 Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself.

5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:

6 And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.

Deuteronomy 32:9-14

9 For the Lord's portion is his people; Jacob is the lot of his inheritance.

10 He found him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye.

11 As an eagle stirreth up her nest, fluttereth over her young, spreadeth abroad her wings, taketh them, beareth them on her wings:

12 So the Lord alone did lead him, and there was no strange god with him.

13 He made him ride on the high places of the earth, that he might eat the increase of the fields; and he made him to suck honey out of the rock, and oil out of the flinty rock;

14 Butter of kine, and milk of sheep, with fat of lambs, and rams of the breed of Bashan, and goats, with the fat of kidneys of wheat; and thou didst drink the pure blood of the grape.

The harlot is riding the dragon who is the devil as we have noted in Revelation 18 that she trades in slaves and the souls of men. This trading in the souls of men through trade is in fact people selling their souls out for the love of mammon they love money and serve money more than God. They are rich in the riches of the world but are poor towards God. The prosperity doctrine also is part of people selling their souls to the devil due to greed.

They are not just selling their souls to serve the Harlot they are selling their souls in reality to serve satan he owns their souls.

The only way they can escape is to give their lives to Jesus but by time the Great Tribulation comes with the statue made in honour of the beast that was wounded and then comes alive. The people are coerced into taking the mark of this beast so that they can buy and sell it will be too late to turn to Jesus once they have the mark for they will be dammed to burn in the Lake of fire by then.
Revelation 14:9-12

9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,

11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

Isaiah 66:22-24

22 For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the Lord, so shall your seed and your name remain.

23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord.

24 And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.

The people are taking satan's mark yet many in the false NAR churches are being lulled into deep sleep by being told by their leaders it is okay to take the mark. For it is the mark of God they are told. No it isn't it is the mark of satan not God. Don't believe your leaders who tell you to take this evil thing.

The Harlot rules the kingdoms along with the beast who is possessed by the dragon. She trades in all sorts of material thing along with the souls of men as I have mentioned above. She rules the earth she sits as a queen.
Revelation 17:17-18

17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.

18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.

Revelation 18:7
7 How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.

Another thing when Jesus was tempted in the wilderness satan tried to make Jesus bow down and worship him in exchange of bowing down to worship satan. Satan will give Jesus the kingdoms of the world.
Matthew 4:8-11

8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;

9 And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.

10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

11 Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.

Luke 4:5-8

5 And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.

6 And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.

7 If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.

8 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

Of course Jesus told satan where to get off and told him soundly that it is only God one should worship and besides satan is lying. For he knows that God has sovereignty over all of the earth including these kingdoms.

They are only satan's control as long as God allows him to have it. Satan failed to make Jesus worship him in exchange for the world's kingdoms but he is winning over men and women on the earth and taking them captive for the sake of a brief season of power or wealth.

However one day the kingdoms of all the earth will become God's outright without satan having any influence over them because God will have destroyed his control over the kingdoms and the Harlot will be judged and destroyed through the wine of the wrath of God.
Revelation 11:15
15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
Revelation 16:19
19 And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

Satan was trying to make God through His Son worship him in that temptation but God cannot be tempted not even the Son.

Satan thought that he could get back at God by making his Son worship him and thereby failing in his task of bringing salvation to man and thereby bringing division in the Godhead by having the Son give into the tempter and worshiping the creation rather than the Creator His Father.

Of course satan failed in this attempt to tempt Jesus and he was sent packing as I wrote above.

While on the earth Jesus was tested, He learnt obedience through what He suffered but He never gave into temptation for God is beyond temptation. He never gave into the temptation though He was tempted in every way. He passed the temptations and now He is our high priest in heaven able to come to the rescue of those who are tempted.
James 1:13
13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:
Hebrews 5:5-10

5 So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, to day have I begotten thee.

6 As he saith also in another place, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.

7 Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared;

8 Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered;

9 And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;

10 Called of God an high priest after the order of Melchisedec.

Hebrews 2:9-18

9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.

10 For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

16 For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.

17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.

18 For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.

1 John 2:1-2

1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:

2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

Hebrews 7:21-28

21 (For those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath by him that said unto him, The Lord sware and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec:)

22 By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament.

23 And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death:

24 But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood.

25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

26 For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;

27 Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he did once, when he offered up himself.

28 For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore.

Hebrews 9:22-28

22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.

23 It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.

24 For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us:

25 Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others;

26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.

27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

Another thought was satan trying to get Jesus married to the Harlot to be part of her evil system? Well he failed in his attempts and one day soon he will be sent into the bottomless pit for a thousand years while Jesus rules the earth. After the white throne judgment he will be cast into the lake of fire to join the false prophet and the beast the false messiah and all of those who are the enemies of God who have already been cast into the Lake of Fire.

In regards the political leader that will rule the earth, the Jews will be deceived by him in the beginning because they the Jews are looking for a man a messiah like King David to rule over them and save them from their enemies.

So this beast that will make a false peace treaty between Israel and the remaining arab nations and perhaps other nations of the world. This man will appear to be like King David with military and political power.

As I have written in other posts they are not interested yet at this point in time in a Messiah who came to die for them to save them from their sins as an atonement. So that they can live forever with God. They are only interested in the temporary temporal kingdom of the world not the heavenly spiritual eternal kingdom that will last forever.

One more thing I will say about the Harlot and the beast she is sitting on. The seven heads of the beast are seven mountains upon which she is sitting.

This makes me think of what the NAR teaches about the seven mountains or seven spheres of authority. That being of education, government / military, religion, entertainment/arts, media, family, sport, business or market place.

For this teaching makes me think of the harlot and the beast and I will go more into this in point 1E in Part 2E on the Harlot and the Beast

In looking at this point 1E in the next part we will see how all of these things are starting to come together at grassroots level and will eventually morph into the One World Religious and political system combined.
