Part Four Section B  The times of the Great Tribulation and the in importance of Jerusalem during these times as seen in Matthew 24:15-28

Jesus is still a sign today that is spoken against by the Jewish people and the nations before His second coming.

• The list below was taken from the Messianic Prophecy Bible email to me on 21 April 2014.
• The Jews of today do not believe that Jesus is the Messiah, for the Messiah they are waiting and looking for is a political leader a human leader from the House of David one who is descended directly from King David.  
• They are not looking for a man that is both God and man for they do not believe that God can become a human being to become part of His creation.  
• As God He came in a human body (a body that was prepared for Him) and in this form He did not only live among humanity who is made in His image He  also lived among His Israeli/ Hebrew people who are the people of His inheritance.
• After this list is some references given in the Messianic Prophecy Bible newsletter showing how Jesus did meet these requirements for Him to be the Messiah.  
• So you can see that the Jewish people today are still waiting for their messiah to come and the one who will turn up to be received by them before Jesus comes.  That this person will be more than what they bargained for.

What Will the Mashiach(Messiah) Do?

According to Jewish traditions and beliefs, the Messiah will come after a time of war and suffering (Ezekiel 38:16), and at that time, there are several things that the genuine Messiah must accomplish:

1. The Messiah will bring the Jews home to Israel and restore Jerusalem, bringing about their spiritual and political redemption (Isaiah 11:11–12; Jeremiah 23:8; 30:3; Hosea 3:4–5; Zechariah 8:12–14; Ezekiel 37:23).

2. The Messiah will rule from Jerusalem, which He will make the center of world government for Jews as well as Gentiles (Isaiah 2:2–4; 11:10; 42:1).

3. The Messiah will rebuild the Holy Temple and re-establish Temple worship and sacrifices (Jeremiah 33:18; Ezekiel 44:15).

4. The Messiah will restore Jewish law as the rule of the Land and establish a religious court system (Jeremiah 33:15).

5. The Messiah will bring peace to Israel and the world (Isaiah 11:6–11).

Most Jewish people do not believe that Yeshua (Jesus) is the Messiah because He did not fulfill these expectations. 

In addition, a Savior who is both human and Divine and who dies for our sins is a foreign concept in traditional Judaism.  Therefore, many believe that considering Yeshua to be the Messiah is unacceptable.  Yet, many Jewish people still look to mere men to fulfill the Messianic role.

The following is a list of just a few of the prophecies that point to Yeshua as Messiah and disqualify Rabbi Schneerson and other false messiahs. 
⦁He will be born to a virgin and will be called God With Us (Immanu-El) (Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:23)
⦁He will be born in Beit-Lechem (House of Bread—Bethlehem) (Micah 5:2; Matthew 2:1)
⦁He will be despised and rejected by His own people (Isaiah 53:3; John 1:11; John 5:43)
⦁He will suffer terribly (Isaiah 52:14)
⦁He will be pierced and wounded for our sins (Isaiah 53:5; Psalm 22:16; Luke 23:33)
⦁He will take upon Himself the punishment that we all deserve (Isaiah 53:5; 1 Peter 2:24)
⦁He will not open His mouth in His own defense (Isaiah 53:7; Matthew 27:12–14)
⦁He will die a premature death (Isaiah 53:8,12; Luke 23:46)
⦁He will die with the wicked but be buried with the rich (Isaiah 53:9; Matthew 27:57–60)
⦁He will be raised from death to life (Psalm 16:10; Acts 2:29–32; Matthew 28:5–6)
⦁He will sit on the throne of His father, David, ruling forever (Isaiah 9:6–7; Luke 1:30–33)
All of these prophecies except the last one have already been fulfilled in the true Messiah, Yeshua. (It will be fulfilled at His return and was promised at His birth Luke 1:30-33 Jenny’s thoughts)

• Jesus is still a sign very much spoken against today not just by the people of Israel but by all of the world who are turning more and more against Him and the gospel.
• One example of how the world is turning from Christ and this is coming through the church.  Some people are moving Christianity from its sure foundations and reinventing a new religion this I believe will be the groundwork of the One World Religion.  
   This shows how far along the apostasy of the church has gone and how close to the revealing of the son of perdition has come.

• The world is turning against Christ through its going after things to do with the occult such as searching for answers through astrology, going back to the old gods of the pagan religions etc.
• I will speak more on these things under the heading beware of false Christs and in Part 6 the Days of Noah and Lot.

Now to the body of this post to do with the times of the Great Tribulation and Jerusalem.

Matthew 24:15-28
When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
25 Behold, I have told you before.
26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.
27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.

• People have too often tried to fit the verses from Matthew 24 into the destruction of the temple and the fall of Jerusalem by the Roman armies in both AD 70 and AD 135. 
•  This concept is seem more clearly in Luke 21, I will be covering the verses of Luke 21:20-24 that correspond to Matthew 24:15-28 in depth in section C
• I get the sense from the passages in Matthew 24 and Luke 21 that what takes place is to do with the actual second coming of Jesus.
• The devil has used this confusion of having these verses taken out of their proper context to bring much false teaching and heresy into the church concerning the second coming of Jesus and the importance of Jerusalem as to being a very important sign of the nearness of His coming.
• Also the devil is deceiving people into not reading their bibles by saying through the modern day false teachers we don't need to know what the bible says concerning prophecy.  I will deal with this later in this piece.
• I will put the verses into the following headings and write my thoughts under each heading.

1. Abomination of Desolation, 
2. Great Tribulation,  
3. Beware of false Christs, 

1 Abomination of Desolation
Matthew 24:15-18
When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.

I will put the verses from Daniel that make reference to this.
Daniel 9:24-27
 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.

26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Daniel 11:31

And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate.

Daniel 12:11

And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.

 I believe these verses apply to the end of the age before Jesus comes back.  I don't believe that the Romans made a covenant with the Jews.  Nor did they have a man sit in the Holy of Holies the sanctuary of strength making himself out to be God to be worshiped as God.  Neither did they set up a statue of a man pretending to be God when they destroyed the temple and then sixty odd years later the city of Jerusalem.

This will be done by the man of perdition when he comes to Jerusalem to set himself up in the temple as God to be worshiped as God.

2 Thessalonians 2:3-4

Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

The events that will lead into Daniel's 70th week that will bring about the Abomination of Desolation 

Yes there will be another temple a third temple will be built or allowed to be built again.  This will be done when the false messiah will arise after the war which will lead into the time of Daniel's 70th week.  This war will be the war between the Jews and Arabs World War III and this war is almost upon us now.  

This war that will lead into Daniel's 70th week is sometimes known as the Psalm 83 war and I have given articles in Part Two of my series on the Signs of the Times; on the rise of certain military powers in the Middle East aided and abetted by a belligerent power in the Asia Pacific region that belligerent power being North Korea.  

I gave several articles on how this world war III will be on two fronts one in the Middle East.

The other front this war be on will be with North Korea.  This war will more than likely begin in the Asia Pacific region for the sole reason is to keep people's eyes off what will be happening in the Middle East.  This war in the Asia Pacific region will keep the military might of the US so stretched with the war with North Korea that they won't be able to help Israel in her hour of need.  

However God will protect Israel during this time for He has sent His angels out to be there to protect her when this war starts.  Though some people may be killed by the powers that be that want to wipe out the Jews.  They will not be able to do so.  So when it is apparent that the war is going against them, those involved with bringing in a New World Order they will sue for peace thus bringing in the false peace covenant of Daniel 9:27.

Interesting in Isaiah 28 the Jews in Jerusalem make a covenant with death could this false peace covenant of Daniel 9:27 be the covenant with death that this passage speaks about?
Isaiah 28:14-22

Wherefore hear the word of the Lord, ye scornful men, that rule this people which is in Jerusalem.

15 Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:

16 Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.

17 Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place.

18 And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it.

19 From the time that it goeth forth it shall take you: for morning by morning shall it pass over, by day and by night: and it shall be a vexation only to understand the report.

20 For the bed is shorter than that a man can stretch himself on it: and the covering narrower than that he can wrap himself in it.

21 For the Lord shall rise up as in mount Perazim, he shall be wroth as in the valley of Gibeon, that he may do his work, his strange work; and bring to pass his act, his strange act.

22 Now therefore be ye not mockers, lest your bands be made strong: for I have heard from the Lord God of hosts a consumption, even determined upon the whole earth.

This is what we must be prepared for, for this war is coming closer by the day.  Yet most people are asleep and don't know how late the hour is.

God is moving things into place in readiness for these huge events to take place on the earth.  I know for the Lord gave me a very brief vision of this on Sunday 07 October 2017 when I was sitting at the kitchen table I had just finished breakfast.

The vision I had it was a brief vision and it was of God Himself and His angels in heaven gathered around a table with a huge map of the world on it and they were looking at the map and discussing certain things that were to take place.  God was moving things around on the map moving them into place.  

 I only saw some things He was doing not all I only saw what He allowed me to see.  If you may ask what about the bush fires in California I had the sense something was happening over in the West Coast but didn't know what was happening God was drawing my attention to the states of the US on the East Coast that were being affected by the Hurricanes.  This is not to say that the fires were not also on the map that they were looking at they possibly were but I didn't see them.

 He was moving the hurricanes that were to affect the parts of America in accordance with His will, he was also moving military things into position armies mainly to do with North Korea and what is happening in the Middle East with Syria, Israel and those countries connected to the war in Syria.  I just had that sense that was what He was doing like a general does when he is planning certain tactics in a war he has his war map with troops on it and makes plans of where to place them.

In this case God was doing this with the weather it is a weapon for He is in charge of creation and He does use creation as a weapon from time to time to bring judgment or to fight against Israel's enemies. 

I feel in this case it was to do with judgment and He was bringing armies of the world into place in readiness for this war.  God is sovereign and He is in control of what goes on in the world and His will, will be done and He is moving things about on the earth to fulfill what is written in heaven concerning them.

Then I was talking to a friend in Australia that night on the phone and he mentioned a vision he had the week before and this affirmed to me that what I had seen was of the Lord we had two different visions but they had the same meaning. God is on the war path and He is bringing events together to bring in Daniel's final week of years.

As to the angels being sent out to protect Israel as I said above I was speaking to a friend on the phone the other day and he said he had a vision of huge numbers of warrior angels being sent out from heaven. 

 I said to him they were being sent in readiness for this war against Israel and North Korea starting a war.  I believe they are being sent to protect Israel from all of the war weaponry that the enemy has arrayed against Israel through her Arab neighbours supplied through Iran, and North Korea and possibly Russia and China as well.  

I also believe that God will have these angels encamp around those in the nations to protect them from harm when this war breaks out in the Asia Pacific area through North Korea.  That those who believe in Jesus be they Jew or Gentile who have faith in Him will be protected by these mighty warrior angels.

 It almost brings me to tears thinking of God's great protection upon His own and we as a family have known of His protection through natural disasters, earthquakes and a strong wind storm.  

So I have confidence God will protect us in New Zealand from harm when war does break out in our neck of the woods and God will protect those in Australia who are His as well for North Korea will go to war against Australia mainly due to her being allied with the US and having a military base there.

God will also protect those in the US and other lands who are His too.

They are even warning people in Hawaii what to do in an event of an attack by North Korea.

The two wars are linked as North Korea has supplied arms to Iran and possibly been shipping them through Egypt as well.  They don't care who they supply weapons to as long as they get money for them and if those they supply the weapons to are against America the better as far as North Korea is concerned.

People this is getting serious please prepare yourselves as best you can in God for what is about to take place on the earth shortly the drumbeats of war are getting louder and it is getting too late for a peaceable solution now.  

War is coming and it is God's will for this to take place so that the prophesied last week of years will take place for the birth of the Kingdom of heaven to come through Christ's return to earth.

After all God said He will not bring something to be birthed and close up the womb so it won't be birthed.  God is doing this to allow the birthing of His kingdom of heaven for the people of Jerusalem to birth the man child from heaven.  
Isaiah 66:6-10

A voice of noise from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of the Lord that rendereth recompence to his enemies.

7 Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of a man child.

8 Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.

9 Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth? saith the Lord: shall I cause to bring forth, and shut the womb? saith thy God.

10 Rejoice ye with Jerusalem, and be glad with her, all ye that love her: rejoice for joy with her, all ye that mourn for her:

More on this in another post.  Jesus is coming not in a thousand years time but very soon but first must come the Great Tribulation.

All of these things are leading up to the coming last week of the Old Testament known as the 70th week of Daniel.  I know I have gone off onto a little side track but felt to add this in to give a background to the lead up of the Abomination of Desolation appearing in the Temple.

The peace covenant and the building of the Third Temple

The Romans did destroy the temple but when Jesus spoke of the Abomination of desolation He was speaking as though the temple was still standing though He prophesied that it will be pulled down and destroyed by the Romans.

This covenant will be made between a man pretending to bring peace.  The Jews don't believe that Jesus is the Messiah and as I wrote at the beginning of this post with web links that the Jews today don't see Him in this light and speak against Him still.  So He is still a sign today to be spoken against.

The messiah they are looking for will bring in a false peace through a peace covenant of some sort after this war.  This man will allow them to rebuild the temple and start the sacrifices again among many other things.  They the Jews are looking for a political figure a military messiah who will have great power a person like King David but they are not looking for a messiah to save people from sins that is not on their radar.

So a third temple will be built as I mentioned in Part One on my end time series blog posts re this that they have everything in readiness to go into the temple and the priests are being trained up to carry out the sacrifices.

By the time the temple is built the Dome of the Rock will be destroyed and the temple will stand where the other two temples stood before.  Satan is not interested in sitting in the Dome of the Rock.  To be worshiped as God, no he wants to sit in the place that is the holy of holies and rightfully belongs to God to be worshipped in.    He wants to sit in the Jewish Temple.  In order for him to do this a third temple has to be built.

In Revelation 11 John is told to measure the sanctuary but to leave out the outer court for this court is not to be included as Jerusalem is to be trampled down for three and half years by the feet of the Gentiles. In John being told to measure the sanctuary and to count those worshiping in it indicates that a temple is standing.  

As well the two witnesses stand in Jerusalem testifying of what is to come under the power of the Holy Spirit. 

Revelation 11:1-4

 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.

2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.

3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.

4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.

John is seeing into the future it is not the fall of Jerusalem at the hands of the Romans but the trampling of Jerusalem under the feet of the Gentiles at the end of the age before the return of Christ.  

There was never two witnesses standing in Jerusalem doing the things that Revelation 11 speaks about them doing before the fall of the second temple.  If there was it would have been recorded in one of the epistles of the apostles.  

It is not picture language these two witnesses are real and they will come forth at their appointed time to do so to pronounce judgments upon the world and to warm of the Lord's Day of Vengeance that is at hand culminating in the return of Christ.

Abomination of Desolation 

The false prophet will cause a image of the beast that was dead and came back to life to be made for people to worship it and those who don't worship it they will be killed.

Revelation 13:1-18

And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.

6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.

7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

9 If any man have an ear, let him hear.

10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,

14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

It is more than likely this image will be huge it will be large enough to be seem for miles around outside the city of Jerusalem itself.  Maybe it could be large like the image that Nebuchadnezzar built of himself to be worshiped in Daniel 2 and 3.

I will take the verses from chapter three of Daniel as the second chapter is to do with Nebuchadnezzar's dream.  

Daniel 3:1-8

 Nebuchadnezzar the king made an image of gold, whose height was threescore cubits, and the breadth thereof six cubits: he set it up in the plain of Dura, in the province of Babylon.

2 Then Nebuchadnezzar the king sent to gather together the princes, the governors, and the captains, the judges, the treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and all the rulers of the provinces, to come to the dedication of the image which Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up.

3 Then the princes, the governors, and captains, the judges, the treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and all the rulers of the provinces, were gathered together unto the dedication of the image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up; and they stood before the image that Nebuchadnezzar had set up.

4 Then an herald cried aloud, To you it is commanded, O people, nations, and languages,

5 That at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king hath set up:

6 And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth shall the same hour be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace.

7 Therefore at that time, when all the people heard the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and all kinds of musick, all the people, the nations, and the languages, fell down and worshipped the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up.

8 Wherefore at that time certain Chaldeans came near, and accused the Jews.

In this chapter the Jews were accused of not worshiping the statue but when the antichrist comes it will be both the God fearing Jews and Christians who will be accused of not worshiping the statue.  

Maybe the antichrist will copy what Nebuchadnezzar did to make people worship his image.  I checked out the height of the statue he it was ninety feet high and nine feet wide.  

So when the image of the false christ is set up in the temple not necessarily in the holy of holies or inside the temple but he will have it set up in the courtyard where the sacrifices once took place but he would have them stopped by then.  

The false prophet acting on his behalf would set up this hideous statue of the antichrist to be worshiped in the courtyard where the sacrifices once took place.  Also if this statue is the height of the one that Nebuchadnezzar had set up it would be huge indeed or even bigger perhaps and people would certainly see it for miles.  

So no wonder Jesus said when you see this evil thing go up in the temple courtyard flee for your lives.  

By the way the temple would have been considered holy to be called the holy place.  When the temple would be built it would be originally dedicated to God.  There would be sacrifices done in accordance with the Laws God gave to Moses and to the Jews it would be holy, even in Revelation 11 there is a sense too from heaven it is regarded as holy.  So it would be a holy place for the first three and half years of the seven year covenant.

That is it would be a holy place until the antichrist makes his move comes to Jerusalem, kills the two witnesses, and stops the sacrifices half way through the covenant of peace.  

He then sets himself up in the holy of holies which is the sanctuary of strength as this is where the Ark of the Covenant would be and the Ark is known as God's strength.  
Psalm 78:54-72 see xref 1 Samuel chapters 3-7

And he brought them to the border of his sanctuary, even to this mountain, which his right hand had purchased.

55 He cast out the heathen also before them, and divided them an inheritance by line, and made the tribes of Israel to dwell in their tents.

56 Yet they tempted and provoked the most high God, and kept not his testimonies:

57 But turned back, and dealt unfaithfully like their fathers: they were turned aside like a deceitful bow.

58 For they provoked him to anger with their high places, and moved him to jealousy with their graven images.

59 When God heard this, he was wroth, and greatly abhorred Israel:

60 So that he forsook the tabernacle of Shiloh, the tent which he placed among men;

61 And delivered his strength into captivity, and his glory into the enemy's hand.

62 He gave his people over also unto the sword; and was wroth with his inheritance.

63 The fire consumed their young men; and their maidens were not given to marriage.

64 Their priests fell by the sword; and their widows made no lamentation.

65 Then the Lord awaked as one out of sleep, and like a mighty man that shouteth by reason of wine.

66 And he smote his enemies in the hinder parts: he put them to a perpetual reproach.

67 Moreover he refused the tabernacle of Joseph, and chose not the tribe of Ephraim:

68 But chose the tribe of Judah, the mount Zion which he loved.

69 And he built his sanctuary like high palaces, like the earth which he hath established for ever.

71 From following the ewes great with young he brought him to feed Jacob his people, and Israel his inheritance.

72 So he fed them according to the integrity of his heart; and guided them by the skilfulness of his hands.

Psalm 132:8
Arise, O Lord, into thy rest; thou, and the ark of thy strength.
1 Samuel 4:1-22

And the word of Samuel came to all Israel. Now Israel went out against the Philistines to battle, and pitched beside Ebenezer: and the Philistines pitched in Aphek.

2 And the Philistines put themselves in array against Israel: and when they joined battle, Israel was smitten before the Philistines: and they slew of the army in the field about four thousand men.

3 And when the people were come into the camp, the elders of Israel said, Wherefore hath the Lord smitten us to day before the Philistines? Let us fetch the ark of the covenant of the Lord out of Shiloh unto us, that, when it cometh among us, it may save us out of the hand of our enemies.

4 So the people sent to Shiloh, that they might bring from thence the ark of the covenant of the Lord of hosts, which dwelleth between the cherubims: and the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

6 And when the Philistines heard the noise of the shout, they said, What meaneth the noise of this great shout in the camp of the Hebrews? And they understood that the ark of the Lord was come into the camp.

8 Woe unto us! who shall deliver us out of the hand of these mighty Gods? these are the Gods that smote the Egyptians with all the plagues in the wilderness.

9 Be strong and quit yourselves like men, O ye Philistines, that ye be not servants unto the Hebrews, as they have been to you: quit yourselves like men, and fight.

10 And the Philistines fought, and Israel was smitten, and they fled every man into his tent: and there was a very great slaughter; for there fell of Israel thirty thousand footmen.

11 And the ark of God was taken; and the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were slain.

12 And there ran a man of Benjamin out of the army, and came to Shiloh the same day with his clothes rent, and with earth upon his head.

13 And when he came, lo, Eli sat upon a seat by the wayside watching: for his heart trembled for the ark of God. And when the man came into the city, and told it, all the city cried out.

14 And when Eli heard the noise of the crying, he said, What meaneth the noise of this tumult? And the man came in hastily, and told Eli.

15 Now Eli was ninety and eight years old; and his eyes were dim, that he could not see.

16 And the man said unto Eli, I am he that came out of the army, and I fled to day out of the army. And he said, What is there done, my son?

17 And the messenger answered and said, Israel is fled before the Philistines, and there hath been also a great slaughter among the people, and thy two sons also, Hophni and Phinehas, are dead, and the ark of God is taken.

18 And it came to pass, when he made mention of the ark of God, that he fell from off the seat backward by the side of the gate, and his neck brake, and he died: for he was an old man, and heavy. And he had judged Israel forty years.

19 And his daughter in law, Phinehas' wife, was with child, near to be delivered: and when she heard the tidings that the ark of God was taken, and that her father in law and her husband were dead, she bowed herself and travailed; for her pains came upon her.

20 And about the time of her death the women that stood by her said unto her, Fear not; for thou hast born a son. But she answered not, neither did she regard it.

21 And she named the child Ichabod, saying, The glo ry is departed from Israel: because the ark of God was taken, and because of her father in law and her husband.

22 And she said, The glory is departed from Israel: for the ark of God is taken.

This inner sanctuary is where the Ark of the Covenant will be placed again in the rebuilt third temple.  This Ark  is where the presence of the Lord dwells above the wings of the cherubim. 

Or so the Jews would believe the presence of God dwells not believing at this stage still that God's son Jesus is the Ark of the New Covenant and He is enthroned with God in heaven above the wings of the Cherubim of the Ark of the Covenant which is heaven's throne.  It is only when the Jews come to realize that this false messiah means them harm will they call for Jesus to come and save them.

This inner sanctuary is where the false messiah has no business to be.  Yet he comes boldly into this place to set himself up to be worshiped as God and to deceive people into worshiping him as God.

He puts up a huge statue of himself or rather his sidekick the false prophet will do this.  He the false prophet will have this statue set up in the courtyard where the sacrifices took place.  So where the statue is to be placed would be in the temple courtyard a holy place where this abomimable statue have no business of being placed. 

Perhaps too they might use music to alert people to worship this image like King Nebuchadnezzar did and maybe light as well a sort of light and sound show to get people's attention to bow down to this thing.  It also may appear around the world in a projected image of some kind maybe through satellite or through the smart technology such as holograms or robots.

 Around the world a projected image of the statue in Jerusalem may appear in designated areas, for people to fall down and worship it.  Or as i said it may appear on people's smart technology wherever they are to make them worship it, whether out and about or in their own homes.

So that if they don't worship it they will be killed by some modern technological means too as technology is so advanced today nowhere is safe from prying eyes.

 Even when we think our TVs or phones / computers or other smart technology is switched off it is not it is still watching spying on us and recording what we are saying. 

It is proven that people are listening in on and recording conversations through our computers / phones and storing stuff without our knowledge on a data base will this be held against people?

 I daresay the recorded conversations or photos /videos they will keep on their data bases these things will primarily be held against Bible believing Christians.

With whom they will make war with and kill for they will be speaking against the beast and his false image and they will not worship it nor take the mark.

That is why Jesus said when you see this image then flee for your lives don't even go into your houses or come into the city from the fields but to flee to the hills.  To pray that your flight won't be in winter or on the sabbath day.

It would be hard for women who are pregnant or nursing babies to flee in the winter to find food for their babies and to live rough in the hills and caves it will be hard if you are about to give birth or nursing babes in arms due to the cold of winter.  Also if it is on the sabbath no one will be allowed to travel or leave the city and today they are keeping the sabbath no one is allowed to work or do anything.

Things that God considers to be an abomination

Another thing things that are an abomination to God and they are connected is sexual immorality see Leviticus 18 especially that of homosexuality.  For it breaks the command that God gave to mankind when He created them that of being fruitful and multiplying and filling the earth.  Same sex people cannot do this except by adoption or surregacy.

Jesus did say the world will be like the days of Noah and Lot before His return what He meant was that it will be totally given over to depravity and violence and rebellion against God of all kinds.

Idolatry is another abomination to God when the Israelites were about to enter into the Promised Land God warned them not to worship or take idols into their homes lest they become an abomination like them.

Deuteronomy 7:25-26

The graven images of their gods shall ye burn with fire: thou shalt not desire the silver or gold that is on them, nor take it unto thee, lest thou be snared therin: for it is an abomination to the Lord thy God.

26 Neither shalt thou bring an abomination into thine house, lest thou be a cursed thing like it: but thou shalt utterly detest it, and thou shalt utterly abhor it; for it is a cursed thing.

Behind every idol is a demon, idolatry involves sexual immorality and animal as well as human sacrifice especially sacrifice of children into the fires this was a form of contraception of unwanted babies after birth.  It was also to appease their gods and to get good crops.  God did not want the Israelites to be involved in this abominable practices.

Deuteronomy 32:16-17

They provoked him to jealousy with strange gods, with abominations provoked they him to anger.

17 They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not.

1 Corinthians 10:20

But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.

As I wrote in the part on the birth pangs increase about  how Balaam tells Balak how to cause the Israelites to sin and thereby come out from God's protection and bring them under their control.  

When they fell for the trick this caused God's wrath to come down upon them and God also had Israel go to war against Balak and killing him and Balaam reaped the whirlwind of God's wrath by being killed as well.  See Part Three re Balak and Balaam.

Even in Exodus when the people fell into idolatry while waiting for Moses to come down from the mountain.  Aaron made a golden calf and they rose up and went into wanton worship of this idol even becoming naked.  Moses to punish them ground down the idol and threw the ground down dust of it into the water and made them drink it plus God killed a number of them on that day.

Exodus 32:7-28

And the Lord said unto Moses, Go, get thee down; for thy people, which thou broughtest out of the land of Egypt, have corrupted themselves:

8 They have turned aside quickly out of the way which I commanded them: they have made them a molten calf, and have worshipped it, and have sacrificed thereunto, and said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which have brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.

9 And the Lord said unto Moses, I have seen this people, and, behold, it is a stiffnecked people:

10 Now therefore let me alone, that my wrath may wax hot against them, and that I may consume them: and I will make of thee a great nation.

11 And Moses besought the Lord his God, and said, Lord, why doth thy wrath wax hot against thy people, which thou hast brought forth out of the land of Egypt with great power, and with a mighty hand?

12 Wherefore should the Egyptians speak, and say, For mischief did he bring them out, to slay them in the mountains, and to consume them from the face of the earth? Turn from thy fierce wrath, and repent of this evil against thy people.

So idolatry comes with a high price as Paul warns in Galatians it is a work of the flesh that leads to death.

Galatians 5:16-26

This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,

20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,

21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Rise of idolatry in the world today leading to the making of the image of the beast which will become the abomination of desolation

In today's world people are turning more and more to idolatry, they are killing their children through abortions and now babies born at full term they want to murder.  Are we any different to the pagan nations of the Old Testament days or when Jesus walked the earth?  

Even though this is an older article written a few years ago but more and more this evil stuff will be pushed upon society.  This was touted in Germany leading up to the second world war, society is morally bankrupt with no regard for human life or for God Himself.

I don't know who these experts are who wrote the below article in the medical journals but they are pure evil. They are playing God and God will hold them accountable for what they want to do to babies mostly those who are disabled.

Or are we becoming more like when people were so full of evil imaginations like in the days of Noah and Lot and I say yes to both we are becoming more and more like what these depraved people were like before the flood.  As well as in the days of Lot and during the times of the Old Testament prophets and the times of Christ when Rome ruled the earth.

So when the antichrist rises to power he will cause the old pagan religions with a paganized version of Christianity to become joined together and to become an official world religion which will combine politics as it will be a political religious regime.  This regime will be based in the Third Temple in Jerusalem.

It will be like it would have been when God was worshipped in Israel in the different temple eras but instead of Yahweh being worshipped it will be the devil in the form of a man.  Yet he will fool people into thinking that they are worshiping the true God of the bible except for one thing he will be totally evil and he will have an image made of himself.

This is violation of the first commandment not to have any other gods before God and not to make any image of Him in any shape or form.

Exodus 20:2-5

I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.

3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.

5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

In fact this man will be a wicked shepherd he is called the idol shepherd in Zechariah 11 King James Version.

Zechariah 11:15-17

And the Lord said unto me, Take unto thee yet the instruments of a foolish shepherd.

16 For, lo, I will raise up a shepherd in the land, which shall not visit those that be cut off, neither shall seek the young one, nor heal that that is broken, nor feed that that standeth still: but he shall eat the flesh of the fat, and tear their claws in pieces.

17 Woe to the idol shepherd that leaveth the flock! the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm shall be clean dried up, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened.

As you can see from the web link given at the beginning of this post on the changing face of Christianity that evil people are forcing Christianity into morphing /migrating to a new religion how close we are to this false evil religion being formed.  It is almost frightening.  It will be frightening if we don't know who the real God of the bible is and it is to Him we must look and find our hiding place in Him.

I will include some verses from the Psalms about God being our hiding place in times of trouble.

Psalm 71:1-3

 In You, O Lord, do I put my trust and confidently take refuge; let me never be put to shame or confusion!

2 Deliver me in Your righteousness and cause me to escape; bow down Your ear to me and save me!

3 Be to me a rock of refuge in which to dwell, and a sheltering stronghold to which I may continually resort, which You have appointed to save me, for You are my Rock and my Fortress.

Psalm 91:1-4

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

2 I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

Psalm 27:1-14

The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

2 When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.

3 Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.

4 One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple.

5 For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.

6 And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the Lord.

13 I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

14 Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord

The people by this time will be so far gone into idolatry that they will be willing to take a mark on their hand or forehead as an act of allegiance / worship to this false god, thereby daming themselves to hell.

Revelation 14:9-11

And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,

10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:

11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

Before I go into my next point I will put in here a very interesting article from Prophecy News watch stating how we could be the last generation before Jesus returns.

While the author focuses on the reason for the mark being mainly economical.  I see it for control of the earth's resources re food and water as stated in these points.  

As well as giving allegiance to the beast looking to this man under the control of satan for their care and provision instead of Almighty God which will anger God greatly and cause those who take the mark to be cast into hell.

By the time of the period of the Great Tribulation comes upon the earth I believe that the earth's population will be greatly reduced due to wars and disasters and persecutions of different people groups mainly Christians and Jews and this will enable this person greater ease to control people on the whole earth.

This leads me to my next point the Great Tribulation.

2  Great Tribulation

Matthew 24:21-22
21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

When Jesus starts speaking about the abomination of desolation standing where it ought not to be it is like what He says next concerning the times before His appearing picks up in intensity.

From the time of the appearance of this evil thing it is as though it kick starts the time of the Great Tribulation.  

In that the birth pangs of the coming kingdom of heaven reach their height just before the appearance of the King of Glory Jesus Himself.

This period of time will be the worst time in human history as Jesus says there will never be another time like it on the earth.  Nor has been up until this time.

 It will sort of be like all the worst times in mankind's history combined like the destruction of Jerusalem by the Babylonians, and the Romans.  

The dispersion and persecution of the Jewish people under both the Babylonians and the Romans, the crusades, the persecution of them and Christian people during the inquisitions the persecution of the Jews and other peopletwo world wars and the holocaust all combined to make up this time of the Great Tribulation.

It would be horrific time and to make matters worse food and water will be scarce.  That is food and water that is clean enough to eat and drink which hasn't been contaminated through nuclear war or through disasters such as floods, earthquakes, volcanic upheavals etc.

These disasters would have come upon the earth leading up to the time of the 70th week of Daniel through the four horsemen going forth in Revelation and through the judgments during the first three and half years of the false peace treaty.  
Revelation 6;1-8

 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.

2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

3 And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.

4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

5 And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.

6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

7 And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.

8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

I believe the last horseman has gone forth as today we have wars killing with the sword or through modern weapons of war or terrorism. 

 We have famines in many places and it will increase through world wide disasters of all kinds.  Death is happening with great regularity through car accidents, freak accidents like a tree branch falling on someone or walls collapsing on people, increase in suicides, drug overdoses, cancer, or any other form death may come by.  

Also death by beasts of the earth has increased in different ways.  Animals that normally are afraid of people are attacking them or coming into their homes looking for food and attacking people, bears in the US or Canada, snakes coming into homes in Australia some have eaten family pets or attacked small children.  Foxes coming into homes in London, animals in captivity have killed people in zoos etc.  

This is not normal it is something that has happened only over the last decade or so and this is God's judgment coming upon the earth.

You must remember that John is writing from God and heaven's perspective, he is seeing what is going on in heaven at this point in time. 

 He is giving us the truth of how things will be and why they are happening to show us that God is in control and He is bringing these judgments upon the earth not man or satan but it is God Almighty Himself doing this.  Jesus is breaking the seals on the scroll and when these things happen in heaven they manifest on the earth.

Though when they happen on the earth man will try and explain it away by calling it climate change or man harming the environment or some other such thing.  That we must cut down the use of fossil fuels or try and save the planet by getting rid of too many people on the planet or whatever else man may deem it necessary to save the planet.

God will judge the worship of the earth and the gods that people will worship in these times.  When the true prophets that God will raise up in His two witnesses, the 144,000 and any others God may raise up at this time tell people to repent and be saved before it is too late.  When they speak about God judging the earth they will be shouted down or killed by those they are warning because they don't want to hear the truth or be made accountable for their rebellion against God.

A lot of these people will be from the false church before and when it becomes the one world church (religion made up of all the world's religions) 

These judgments will begin with the four horsemen going forth then the will be through the trumpet judgments of Revelation chapters 7-10.

The trumpet judgments will finish at the end of the three and half years of testifying of God's Holy Spirit through His two witnesses in Jerusalem.  
Revelation 11:3-6

And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.

4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.

5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.

6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.

After they have been killed and caught up to heaven then will come the period of the Great Tribulation and the vial judgments of God upon the enemy's kingdom which is headquartered in Jerusalem by then.
Revelation 11:7-19

And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

9 And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.

10 And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.

11 And after three days and an half the spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.

12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.

13 And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.

14 The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.

15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

16 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,

17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.

18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

19 And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.

Satan's kingdom is established with people worshiping the beast and taking his mark Revelation 12-14.

Revelation 15-16 speaks of God's judgments increasing in strength with the vials of His wrath being poured out on the earth ending with the cup of His wrath given to Babylon to drink.

In order to control the food and water as well as to make sure people are giving allegiance to the false messiah the beast.  His false prophet will make people take a mark to enable them to buy and sell food, water and other necessities of life.

I will be writing more about how this will affect the nations in Part 6 of this series and will be putting in references from Revelation and other books of the bible concerning the nations.

This will affect people of walks of life in the world and in particular in Israel.

How will this terrible time affect the people in Israel?
For a start it will affect the religious Jews like the Orthodox and Ultra Orthodox and the Messianic Jews the priests who served in the temple. If these people are God fearing and honor His word they will not want to bow themselves down to any image to worship it knowing that the first three commandments of the Ten Commandments forbid it and God is opposed to idolatry of any kind.

I know some of the Orthodox and Ultra Orthodox Jews may be all for setting up the beast in the temple thinking that he is the Messiah that they have been waiting for.  However once he shows his true colours of what his true intentions are they will flee for their lives if they are not killed first.  

Some will still stick with him and help in putting their country men and women to death, especially those who follow Jesus and are obedient to His commands.

As I wrote in the first point on the Abomination of Desolation Jesus said that when this is seen standing where it ought not to be, that you should flee.

In other words when this evil statue is raised p anyone who values their lives and does believe in Jesus they should flee to the hills get out of Jerusalem and it's surrounds as fast as you can.  

Jesus warns people living at this time don't even bother going back to get your belongings if you are outside the city or to come down into your house just get going with just the clothes on your backs.  By doing this you will save your lives even if you will lose your belongings.

He did say pray that when these things take place that it won't be in winter for the sake of women who are expecting or nursing babies for it would be very hard and dangerous for them and pray it won't be on the sabbath for if it is they will not be able to leave the city or get on transport to take them away from harm.

Also God says in Zechariah 13 that two thirds of the nation of Israel will perish will this be because some of these people will be following the beast and God judges them.   God will also allow this to happen to refine those who will make up the remnant and who will be His priests in His kingdom when Jesus comes back to Jerusalem.
Zechariah 13:8-9

And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.

9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The Lord is my God.

 Or would it be likely this scenario that the beast wants to make an end of any Jew or is opposed to him or any Jew or is a believer in the Messiah or just to try and complete finish off what Hitler started during World War II in trying to rid the earth of Jews altogether.  

He will have bucklies in doing this for God will not allow His people to be wiped off the face of the earth.  He will make sure there is a remnant left to be His witnesses on the earth.

Also Israel is a very high tech nation which will make it easy for the false messiah to spy on people to monitor what they are doing to make it hard to move about.  

Yet in spite of all of this God will take care of those who will be His true remnant some may even escape out of Israel before the borders are closed and it is hard to leave the land.  God will have some flee to other nations to be hidden within those nations for the duration of the Great Tribulation.

This has been covered at the end of Part 3 Part 5 the section dealing with the gospel going into all of the earth.

Some may hide in Israel in caves or the wilderness.

God is allowing the time of the Great Tribulation to come upon the earth to test all human kind but mainly it is to deal with His Jewish people the actual descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

He wants to use this time to bring these people to the end of themselves to break their wanting to be like the nations and their idolatrous ways.  

To deal with the descendants of the ones who rejected His Son and who are guilty of putting a price on His head in blood money.  

These ones who wanted to destroy Him by having Him hung on a tree through handing Him over to the Romans to be crucified to become a curse.  For it says cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.  

Deuteronomy 21:22-23 

 And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and he be to be put to death, and thou hang him on a tree:

23 His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God;) that thy land be not defiled, which the Lord thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.

Galatians 3:13

 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

God wants to humble these people and to break their power hold over those under them.

In the following passage from Deuteronomy 32 God is saying what He will do to His people because of their turning away from Him to serve idols.  

How He will break them down until they have no power left to defend themselves and this will be the case at the end of the age.  There will be none left to defend them and even their own military might can't save them.  When all looks lost God Himself will fight for them against their enemies.

Deuteronomy 32:15-43

But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: thou art waxen fat, thou art grown thick, thou art covered with fatness; then he forsook God which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation.

16 They provoked him to jealousy with strange gods, with abominations provoked they him to anger.

17 They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not.

18 Of the Rock that begat thee thou art unmindful, and hast forgotten God that formed thee.

19 And when the Lord saw it, he abhorred them, because of the provoking of his sons, and of his daughters.

20 And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: for they are a very froward generation, children in whom is no faith.

21 They have moved me to jealousy with that which is not God; they have provoked me to anger with their vanities: and I will move them to jealousy with those which are not a people; I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation.

22 For a fire is kindled in mine anger, and shall burn unto the lowest hell, and shall consume the earth with her increase, and set on fire the foundations of the mountains.

23 I will heap mischiefs upon them; I will spend mine arrows upon them.

24 They shall be burnt with hunger, and devoured with burning heat, and with bitter destruction: I will also send the teeth of beasts upon them, with the poison of serpents of the dust.

25 The sword without, and terror within, shall destroy both the young man and the virgin, the suckling also with the man of gray hairs.

26 I said, I would scatter them into corners, I would make the remembrance of them to cease from among men:

27 Were it not that I feared the wrath of the enemy, lest their adversaries should behave themselves strangely, and lest they should say, Our hand is high, and the Lord hath not done all this.

28 For they are a nation void of counsel, neither is there any understanding in them.

29 O that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would consider their latter end!

30 How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them, and the Lord had shut them up?

31 For their rock is not as our Rock, even our enemies themselves being judges.

32 For their vine is of the vine of Sodom, and of the fields of Gomorrah: their grapes are grapes of gall, their clusters are bitter:

33 Their wine is the poison of dragons, and the cruel venom of asps.

34 Is not this laid up in store with me, and sealed up among my treasures?

35 To me belongeth vengeance and recompence; their foot shall slide in due time: for the day of their calamity is at hand, and the things that shall come upon them make haste.

36 For the Lord shall judge his people, and repent himself for his servants, when he seeth that their power is gone, and there is none shut up, or left.

37 And he shall say, Where are their gods, their rock in whom they trusted,

38 Which did eat the fat of their sacrifices, and drank the wine of their drink offerings? let them rise up and help you, and be your protection.

39 See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand.

40 For I lift up my hand to heaven, and say, I live for ever.

41 If I whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to mine enemies, and will reward them that hate me.

42 I will make mine arrows drunk with blood, and my sword shall devour flesh; and that with the blood of the slain and of the captives, from the beginning of revenges upon the enemy.

43 Rejoice, O ye nations, with his people: for he will avenge the blood of his servants, and will render vengeance to his adversaries, and will be merciful unto his land, and to his people.

Daniel 12:7

 And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.

He wants them to acknowledge their guilt and cause them to cry out to Him to save them and to say blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord. 

This will only happen when Israel and Jerusalem look as though the end is near.  That there is no one left to save them because the armies of the world have come up against Jerusalem and they have invaded her with the houses being looted and the women raped 

Zechariah 14:1-2. 

Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.

2 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.

That there is no friend or ally left to turn to for help for everyone is against them even their so called Christian friends have turned against her.  Even her own military might won't be enough to protect her from the world's armies for they will be too many to fight against. They will be so many they will look like locusts covering the land.

Joel 2:1-32

Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the Lord cometh, for it is nigh at hand;

2 A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.

3 A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.

4 The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run.

5 Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array.

6 Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness.

7 They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks:

8 Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded.

9 They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief.

10 The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:

11 And the Lord shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the Lord is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?

12 Therefore also now, saith the Lord, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning:

13 And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the Lord your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.

14 Who knoweth if he will return and repent, and leave a blessing behind him; even a meat offering and a drink offering unto the Lord your God?

15 Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly:

16 Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children, and those that suck the breasts: let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet.

17 Let the priests, the ministers of the Lord, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O Lord, and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their God?

18 Then will the Lord be jealous for his land, and pity his people.

19 Yea, the Lord will answer and say unto his people, Behold, I will send you corn, and wine, and oil, and ye shall be satisfied therewith: and I will no more make you a reproach among the heathen:

20 But I will remove far off from you the northern army, and will drive him into a land barren and desolate, with his face toward the east sea, and his hinder part toward the utmost sea, and his stink shall come up, and his ill savour shall come up, because he hath done great things.

21 Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the Lord will do great things.

22 Be not afraid, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig tree and the vine do yield their strength.

23 Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.

24 And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with wine and oil.

25 And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.

26 And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.

27 And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the Lord your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed.

28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

29 And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.

30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.

31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the Lord come.

32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.

So with their backs literally to the wall they will have no one else to call upon but Jesus who is called salvation in Hebrew but to call Yeshua come save us.

To understand how severe this will be for Jerusalem.  I will be looking at in Section C at the verses from Luke 21:20-24 that fit in with the verses from Matthew 24:15-28 describing what it will be like for Jerusalem before Jesus comes in the clouds to save her and all of Israel.

Days being shortened for the elect's sake

Matthew 24:22

And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

Jesus also states that unless the days are shortened no one will be able to survive but for the elect's sake those who believe in Him the days will be shortened.

In other words the time will be so horrific with mass killings in every place or people being taken prisoner / and killed in modern day versions of the concentration camps that Hitler used during the Holocaust.  

I know there are such places in America with guillotines to behead people those who stand against what the Illuminati, the Masons, Jesuits and others who want to bring in the New World Order.

Just do your own research on this I had bookmarked a You Tube clip about inside a FEMA camp in Houston Texas after Hurricane Harvey.  I was going to put that clip in to my blog but it was pulled by You Tube no longer available.  Some people are saying that FEMA camps are only conspiracy no truth in them.  

I beg to differ I believe that they are real and will be used  in the war leading up to the 70th week of Daniel to rid the earth of those who are opposed to the New World Order and as well they will be used during the time of the Great Tribulation as well.  

These places are set up to rid the world of the Bible believing Christians and any others who stand in their way of gaining control over the earth.

They are already attacking the Christians and then they will attack the Jewish people.  Once they will be in power it will be one big blood bath across the whole world.  That is why Jesus states it will be so bad that unless the days are shortened no flesh will survive.

Those who belong to Jesus will be crying out day and night for the Lord to avenge those who have been martyred for their faith and Jesus in His parable of the unjust judge and the widow tells those who are alive at this time to pray and faint not for God will avenge His people.
Revelation 6:9-11

And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:

10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?

11 And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellow servants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

Luke 18:1-8

And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

2 Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man:

3 And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary.

4 And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man;

5 Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.

6 And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith.

7 And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?

8 I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?

I am not saying this to frighten those who are reading this blog but I am writing this to make you aware of how late the hour is.  So that when you are faced with the situation do you renounce Jesus in order to save your earthly life or do you stand true to Him and be prepared to let go of this life to gain the higher life in Him.

Jesus speaks about this time and time again we must be prepared to lose our earthly life to gain the higher life to take up the cross and follow Him to death if need be which is becoming more of a reality day by day and especially during the time of the Great Tribulation.
Luke 9:23-26

And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.

24 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.

25 For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?

26 For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels.

Hebrews 12:1-4

Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.

4 Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.

Now is the time to get to know the Lord, His word and to press into Him when these days are upon us it will be too late.

I believe that God is starting to shorten the days by the huge mega quakes that have taken place in different places on the earth over the last two decades.  So God may send more mega quakes with Tsunamis to shorten the length of days so that for the sake of the elect time will be made short or else no one will be left alive on the earth.

Luke 21 speaks about the roaring of the waves and men's hearts failing them because of this.  I believe that this could be referring to tsunamis for they do cause the waves to roar as they come up upon the shores taking everything in their paths.

Of course these things are occurring before Jesus comes back they are starting to happen now and will steadily increase in strength and magnitude before His return.
Luke 21:25-26

And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;

26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

It states in Isaiah that the earth will swing like a drunk man.
Isaiah 24:19-20

The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly.

20 The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.

Time is indeed getting short and things are moving quickly to the events that will lead to the last week of years.  Which includes the rise of false christs and false prophets.

This leads me to my next point.
3   Beware of false Christs
Matthew 24:23-26
Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
25 Behold, I have told you before.
26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.

I will also place here verses from Luke 17 about the kingdom of heaven not coming with great showy signs.
Luke 17:20-24

 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:

21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

22 And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it.

23 And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them.

24 For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.

Jesus warns His disciples not to be taken in by false christs and prophets not to go looking for them.

1. Jesus gives stern warnings about not being deceived by false Christs and false prophets.  This is a recurrent theme throughout His discourse of the signs of the end and His coming
2. Before He goes onto tell about how things will be at His actual appearing and what it will be like.  He warns His disciples again not to be taken in by false Christs and false prophets.  
3. He adds another layer to this He tells them not to be taken in by their lying signs and wonders not to go running after them if they tell them that the Christ is in a desert place or in a hidden secret room. 
4. That you have to go looking for this so called christ.  That you have to go out into a wilderness or to some hidden chamber to see him.  
5. He tells them firmly if they tell you that Christ is here or there or in the wilderness or secret room to believe it not.  
6. He tells them not to believe it for in a few verses further down in this passage He makes it clear how He will appear openly and everyone will see Him.  He will not come skulking in a secret way that only a few will know about it.  He will come in such a way the whole world will see it.
7. I wonder if cryptically Jesus was saying don't go up to Jerusalem at this time for Jerusalem is in a desert place it is in a dry wilderness.  
8. Also He could be saying don't go up to the temple for the Holy of Holies is a secret hidden room within the temple that only the High Priest goes into once a year on the Day of Atonement.
9. The antichrist will hijack this room and will set himself up in this place as god to be worshiped and he will cause a huge statue of himself to be put in the outer courtyard of the temple to be worshiped where once the daily sacrifices took place.  
10. He would stop these sacrifices because they will be offered up to the true God of Israel and he the devil doesn't want sacrifices to be made to anyone else or worship to be made to anyone else but himself.  I have covered this in the part on the abomination of desolation.
11. So Jesus could be saying to those who will be alive when these things take place don't go to Jerusalem don't go to the temple for this person who is in the inner room of the temple in Jerusalem is not the true God but is an imposter.
12. Jesus will come openly like the lightning flashes in the sky.  I will speak more in this in section five about the coming of Jesus. 
13.  I was going to put this section last in my series on the end times but decided to stay with the flow of verses in Matthew 24.  The final two sections in my seven part series on the end times will be about what the times will be like the days of Noah and Lot before the return of Jesus and how can we prepare ourselves spiritually for His return to be awake and alert not to be caught napping.
14. In the passage in Luke Jesus is stating that the kingdom of God is not something that will come with observation like through great showy signs and wonders.
15. He states that the kingdom is within us. 
16.  Meaning that Christ is dwelling by His Spirit within the hearts of those who believe in Him and they are part of His invisible kingdom.  This will be the case of how it will be until He brings the kingdom in at His physical appearing.
17. Again He warns His disciples not to go chasing after the kingdom of God if people say to them lo it is here or there.  Not to go running off to seek after the kingdom if it is in some other place on the earth.

How does this apply today?

It applies today because Paul in 2 Thessalonians 2 warns about a great apostasy that will take place among believers before the appearance of the son of perdition and this will be before Jesus comes back.

2 Thessalonians 2:2-3

That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.

3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

This apostasy will cause people to be disobedient to the gospel and will cause them to go heaping to themselves teachers that will tickle itching ears.

2 Timothy 4:1-4

I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;

2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.

3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Peter tells us in 2 Peter 2 that these people will make merchandise o the believers if they follow them and they will lead them astray to follow other christs (false christs).

2 Peter 2:1-3, 17-23

But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.

3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

 These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.

18 For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.

19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.

20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.

21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.

22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

That they will turn against the One who died for them and they will be hard to win back to the truth of salvation.

Hebrews 6:4-8

For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,

5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,

6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

7 For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:

8 But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.

Hebrews 10:26-31

 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:

29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.

31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

I have dealt with this in depth in the section of the false prophets.  I have added the scriptures to refresh your memories.

This is serious, Jesus tells us not to go running after the kingdom if people say it is here or there or not to believe people if they say that christ is out in the wilderness /desert or he is in a secret hidden room that only a select few know about. 

 Or to go after some great prophet who is in a wilderness or secret room.  Jesus did say even the very elect will be deceived by these things if possible.

It is easy to be deceived by people especially if they do some sort of amazing stuff and call it miracles but in actual fact it is smoke and mirrors or clever magic tricks.  

Or if they seem to prophesy accurately about things in people's lives that only they know.  These so called prophets are not speaking prophetically through the Holy Spirit of God who is the Spirit of truth but these prophets are speaking with the help of a familiar spirit.  

These people do not teach from the word of God the scriptures for their teaching is off as it comes from doctrines of demons.  

Such teaching will lead people to follow other christs or gods of eastern mysticism through Contemplative prayer or New Age ideologies, that is being pushed from a lot of pulpits today in the Emerging church.

People being taken in by false revivals /moves of God.

This is happening today people have been taken in by lying signs and wonders that are little more than cheap parlour tricks, smoke and mirrors. 

 Or they have been blindly rushing off to the latest so called move of God that is happening around the globe in some well known places or not so well known places.  

That they go off  to these false revivals thinking that God is limited to one place and that you must be there to get the anointing or catch the spirit like you catch a cold.  That if you don't go you are missing out or if you speak in warning against these things you are a Pharisee or are quenching the spirit.

That you see people rush off to the latest so called revival wherever it may be. This was true in the 1990s for there were so called revivals during this decade that thousands if not millions either went to them or watched them on TV and were influenced by a false spirit through their being there, seeing it on TV or by people taking this stuff back to their churches and infecting people in them with this false unclean spirit masquerading as the Holy Spirit.

These revivals has led to the rise of many false prophets and false apostles since the decade of the 1990s or in other words the rise of false christs. 

For these people preach another christ and another gospel in readiness for the big daddy of the them all the Antichrist.

The coverage was thorough, sure to mention that Bethel is part of the New Apostolic Reformation, (though Hensley-Clancy called it New Apostolic Christianity) before shifting to the new name they wish to go by: the Independent Network Charismatic, or INC. Chris Rosebrough reported earlier that the NAR was attempting to shed the term coined by the late C. Peter Wagner and adopt this new moniker. That’s a change we might have to get used to.

It is monster's INC for the thing that is being created through this movement is a monster the bible rightly calls it the beast.  Don't be taken in by the seven mountain mandate either that is part of the seven heads of the beast that is spiritually gobbling up the Christian world today bringing it under its hideous control.

The rise of the beast of Revelation 13 
Upon which the harlot rides which is taking captive the whole world.  This beast is rising up through the many false christ, false apostles and false prophets that have come into power through the NAR movement or as it is now known as the INC movement.

The church that is riding this beast is the harlot Babylon the One World religion and the beast is the devil himself.

When you read these passages from Revelation you will see that the beast the woman rides on is red has many heads and that when you compare the verses you will see that the beast is none other than the dragon or the devil.  

This beast eats up people, it tramples on them and spits them out the other end after destroying them.  It is pure evil and many people have been taken in by it and have sold their souls to it thinking that they have served God. Just read Revelation 18 to see how far reaching this evil system is and why God has to destroy it before He can bring His righteous kingdom to earth through His Son.

Revelation 12:3
And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.

Revelation 13:1-9

 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.

6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.

This beast of Revelation is the same beast as seen by Daniel in Daniel 7. Although the beast in Revelation 13 seems to be a combination of the four beasts seen by Daniel in his vision.  I believe they are one and the same beast but the beast of Revelation 13 is a more powerful beast being made up of the other beasts to form the one beast.  This evil beast is the devil himself or will be in the end when he takes over the body of the antichrist to rule the world through him.
Daniel 7:1-28

In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters.

2 Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea.

3 And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.

4 The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it.

5 And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh.

19 Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass; which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet;

23 Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.

24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.

25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

26 But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end.

27 And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.

28 Hitherto is the end of the matter. As for me Daniel, my cogitations much troubled me, and my countenance changed in me: but I kept the matter in my heart.

I believe this beast is a spiritual beast and it is being formed today through movements like the Word of Faith, the New Apostolic Reformation now INC which has its links to Rome to the Vatican to be exact.  I have already mentioned this connection between the NAR movement with Rome in my other posts.

Through the false apostles and prophets they are taking captive nearly every man,  woman and child on the earth those who go to church at least.  They are forming networks all over the globe which is like a huge spider's web of deceit.  

They are false christs taking people captive in readiness to have the whole world taken captive and under the control of the false christ the antichrist when he arises to rule the earth for his brief hour of darkness.

To have this kind of control these movements get people's details through their being part of these networks by being under the false apostles and false prophets.  If they want to be involved in any of the organisations or movements that these false apostles and false prophets are involved with they must register to be part of them.  

Which means that they have to give their personal details such as name, date of birth, contact details and if they buy goods from their online stores they will have their financial credit card details. 

 All of this personal information will be entered into the one huge data base of the NAR that is in Colorado under their prayer network database and it wouldn't surprise me if all of this global data is then uploaded into the huge database of the Vatican or other New World Order data banks to be used against people to take them captive during the Great Tribulation.

This beast is steadily destroying the Protestant church through ecumunical unity with Rome the Vatican today.  The Vatican is getting all faiths aligned with the apostate church  with the sole purpose to form the bedrock upon which the One World Religion will be built.

Protestantism: ‘You are saved by grace’. Catholicism: ‘There can be no absolute assurance of salvation’.

It is interesting after writing about the connection between Rome and the NAR in my different posts, I came across this article  today 22 October 2017 affirming that I am right in making this connection.

God is indeed showing me that this evil beast of Revelation is gaining ground around the world today and the One World Religion is not far off either.

These apostles and prophets of the NAR now INC are just mirror images of what the singular false apostle and prophet will be like.  In other words the antichrist will be the apostle and the side kick that he will have will be his prophet or mouth piece.  He will speak the prophet will relay his message and do lying signs and wonders to deceive the masses.

These underlings of the future false apostle (antichrist) and his false prophet are preparing the world for this devil when he comes on the scene, pretending to be the messiah saviour of the world.  He will pretend to have  answers for the world's problems to bring about a false peace that won't last.

There are people within the church today trying to bring about peace and are praying for peace and trying to save the planet being caught up with saving the environment movement which in reality is nature worship.  This is not biblical and this is not what the second coming of Jesus it is all about. 

Let me remind you what the scriptures say about those who speak falsely about peace when God doesn't speak about peace.

Jeremiah gives strong warnings about false prophets who prophesy lies in the Lord's name and many false prophets in the NAR / INC movement are doing just that today.  

They prophesy falsely about peace, and wealth coming to the church and spewing forth many lies in the name of the Lord to send people to sleep.

These false prophets also live sinful lives just like the false prophets were doing in Jeremiah's day.

They also go on about the false dreams and visions they supposedly have from the Lord and God speaks very strongly how He feels about this in the passage from Jeremiah 23.
Jeremiah 23:9-32

Mine heart within me is broken because of the prophets; all my bones shake; I am like a drunken man, and like a man whom wine hath overcome, because of the Lord, and because of the words of his holiness.

10 For the land is full of adulterers; for because of swearing the land mourneth; the pleasant places of the wilderness are dried up, and their course is evil, and their force is not right.

11 For both prophet and priest are profane; yea, in my house have I found their wickedness, saith the Lord.

12 Wherefore their way shall be unto them as slippery ways in the darkness: they shall be driven on, and fall therein: for I will bring evil upon them, even the year of their visitation, saith the Lord.

13 And I have seen folly in the prophets of Samaria; they prophesied in Baal, and caused my people Israel to err.

14 I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem an horrible thing: they commit adultery, and walk in lies: they strengthen also the hands of evildoers, that none doth return from his wickedness; they are all of them unto me as Sodom, and the inhabitants thereof as Gomorrah.

17 They say still unto them that despise me, The Lord hath said, Ye shall have peace; and they say unto every one that walketh after the imagination of his own heart, No evil shall come upon you.

The scriptures speak clearly about God's judgments coming upon the world before the coming of Christ and how much of the world will be destroyed through these judgments of God.

 I need to remind people reading this blog that Jesus is called the apostle of our faith and so the antichrist will want to take the title of apostle of our faith too to be like Jesus in all things except the ability to save people.   
Hebrews 3:1
Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;

So these false apostles and  false prophets that are in the world today controlling many churches are doing Rome's dirty work to bring all people back under her control or in reality the control of Babylon for it is the same spirit that is over the Vatican as was over Babylon.

They are wanting to bring a false unity between Rome and the Protestants but it is not true Protestants or Christians who are joining with this false unity.  

It is the false brethren of the NAR movement that is joining with Rome in this to take all the world captive to bring them under the antichrist false messiah when he appears.  

Even a messianic Jew is involved in this mess.  Unfortunately a lot of Jews who convert to what they think is Christianity are in fact converting to the Catholic church.  They don't realize they have joined a deadly cult that is not Christian nor a true reflection of the true followers of Christ or Christ Himself.

The people holding this up coming conference will try to make out that they are being obedient to the prayer Jesus prayed in John 17 about unity but this is not the unity Jesus is talking about.  He is talking about truth being sanctified in the truth which is the scriptures and these people are opposed to the truth and the scriptures.  

They say it is not about doctrine but about spiritual unity, I have news for them it is about doctrine for Jesus taught doctrine the doctrines of His Father which is the Law and the Prophets, how to live justly and show mercy.  To live from the heart the things of God.  
Matthew 7:28-29

And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine:

These people do a false gospel of works but works without the truth of the scriptures is a waste of time and cannot save anyone.  They don't get to the heart of the matter that man is a sinner and can only be saved through the work Jesus did on the cross in other words faith in Christ alone can save us not a myriad of works based on manmade traditions that usurp who Christ is and His word.

I will put in some articles to show you the connection between this ecumunical unity and Jerusalem.

There is a movement called Empowered21 that wants to bring about a second Pentecost on the earth.  

So a few years ago in 2015 Empowered21 had a meeting in Jerusalem on the Day of Pentecost. They were trying to bring about another Pentecost like the original Day of Pentecost after Jesus ascended to heaven.  They want to bring in a copy of the one that happened 2,000 years ago in Jerusalem, when the true Holy Spirit came upon the believers of Christ.

Some of leaders in this movement are the same ones that are to be the speakers at this conference in Kansas City.

And this is what God says in Revelation 18 will happen to the whore who had taken the world captive.  

These people caught up in this false unity that will morph into the One World Religion of the antichrist will be caught up in the cross hairs of God's wrath.  

Unless they wake up to what is going on and get out before God does pour out His righteous indignation upon this evil system.

These people in these churches controlled by the false apostles and false prophets, don't like talking about the cross or salvation or the blood of Jesus and they hate especially any talk about Jesus coming physically back to earth to rule from Jerusalem.

I know this for a fact for I have had spoken to some people from Vineyard wanting to pray for me as they were doing praying for people on the streets of the town I live in.  

I wouldn't let them pray for me but spoke to them about the time of the Great Tribulation that is coming on the earth from what Jesus says in Matthew 24.

At first they were interested but when I spoke about Israel and how God hasn't given up on her and Jesus is coming back to Jerusalem at the end of the age.  They grew a bit hostile to what I was saying so I know they are of another spirit not of the true Holy Spirit of God.

I wouldn't let them pray for me when I had another encounter with some Vineyard people on the streets of the town I live in a year or so ago. 

I thought that they were doing some sort of survey on the street these people as they had clipboards.  I went over to speak to them then when they asked me if I wanted prayer I said no thanks I have a relationship with Jesus and I am fine.  As I stepped back from the person speaking to me I felt like something slimy had let go of me.  If I had let them pray for me I would have come under another spirit and it wouldn't have been the Holy Spirit who is pure and holy.

So don't let these people pray for you don't read their books I have read some of the books put out by their false prophets by the names of James Goll, Cindy Jacobs, Dutch Sheets, John Bevere they are all part of the INC that was once NAR.  I have since thrown away their lying books and I now stick with the bible.  Can't trust what people write from the so called Christian media or are sold in bookstores now.

So when the bible states that they ship wreck people's faith through their lies I know for I have been there too.  I have to keep coming to God to renew my walk with Him on a daily basis and to cling onto what He says in the bible that is the only source of truth about who God is and about salvation and the end of the age and how Jesus will come back and where He will come back to.

I will now finish off this segment with some more articles from Prophecy news watch about how the apostasy is growing around the world and with a parable Jesus gave in Luke 19 about how some wicked people didn't want a certain man to be king over them.  I will show how this can apply to the people in Jesus's day and how it applies today through the church.  

So please take heed to the warnings Jesus gives about not believing people when they tell you that the kingdom of God is in a certain place or God is doing a new thing here or there and you must be part of it or be there to get the presence or touch from God.

Don't believe them if they say if you don't go you will miss out on the new thing God is doing on the earth.  It is a lie from the pit of hell.  They are using bullying tactics to pressure you into going along with them.  To force you to come under the same lying spirit they are under to rebel against God Himself in doing so.

Don't believe people if they tell you that Jesus is in the desert or a hidden room, don't be taken in by their lying signs and wonders or false prophecies of a great end time revival and transfer of wealth to the churches it isn't going to happen.  

Don't believe them if they tell you that the church is going to become Christ incarnate like He was in Mary's womb before He was born.  Don't buy into the lying New Order of the Latter Rain Dominion Now stuff.  Don't buy into their telling you that they the church has to take over the world before Christ can come back that is a big fat lie from hell and not found in the bible period.

Another thing don't go to any conferences that these people run to promote a false unity for yoou will end up joining in with that which is an abomination to God and end up being part of the One World Religion.  Don't go to their prophecy conferences either.
2 John 1:7-11

For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

• Read the articles given in this segment above and weep for those caught up in this deception tremble and be afraid for this evil scourge will gain more and more followers and power across the earth, as satan takes more people captive in his web of evil lies.
• Cling onto the word of God rely on His strength to stand and not your own for it won't be enough to withstand the enemy.  We can only stand in the full armour of God and in His might and power through the Holy Spirit and knowledge of His word.

I will put in here a parable Jesus spoke in Luke 19 that is a sober warning to all of us.  Jesus spoke this parable because those who were His disciples and the crowds who followed along with Him were expecting the Kingdom of God to come in their time.

Jesus was speaking about Himself in this parable that He is the one going on a journey to get a kingdom.   Which He did He is now in heaven, He has accomplished the work that Father sent Him to earth to do.  Now He is waiting to come back to Jerusalem from heaven so that He can bring the kingdom He has inherited to earth from heaven at the time appointed for it to come.

Jesus never said He was not going to rule on earth, He is going to rule but only after all of the things spoken of in the prophets are fulfilled.  Which they will be shortly, Jesus is a king and He is going to rule on the earth one day.  The sooner we get our heads around this fact the better.

In this parable Jesus said there were some who sent after the person going to get a kingdom that they didn't want this man to rule over them.  

Luke 19:45-48

And he went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold therein, and them that bought;

46 Saying unto them, It is written, My house is the house of prayer: but ye have made it a den of thieves.

47 And he taught daily in the temple. But the chief priests and the scribes and the chief of the people sought to destroy him,

48 And could not find what they might do: for all the people were very attentive to hear him.

Who were these people who are the enemies of Christ in the parable?  They were those from the religious and tribal leaders who wanted to destroy Him in Israel at the time He was on earth.

 Alas today these enemies of Christ are also from within the church and both sets of people don't want Jesus to rule over them.  

Jesus deals with these enemies by having them killed this is serious stuff.  This is what will happen to those enemies who didn't want Him to be king over them.  This parable applies for today as well as for the time He walked the earth.

Please note in the parable Jesus says the nobleman does come back having received the kingdom.  

So this will happen Jesus will return having received the kingdom of heaven as His own and part of that kingdom of heaven is the land of Israel with the city of Jerusalem as its chief city.  Jerusalem is to be an eternal city and Israel an eternal land it is part of the Kingdom of Heaven.

Here is the parable.

Luke 19:11-27

And as they heard these things, he added and spake a parable, because he was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they thought that the kingdom of God should immediately appear.

12 He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return.

13 And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.

14 But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us.

15 And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading.

16 Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained ten pounds.

17 And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities.

18 And the second came, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained five pounds.

19 And he said likewise to him, Be thou also over five cities.

20 And another came, saying, Lord, behold, here is thy pound, which I have kept laid up in a napkin:

21 For I feared thee, because thou art an austere man: thou takest up that thou layedst not down, and reapest that thou didst not sow.

22 And he saith unto him, Out of thine own mouth will I judge thee, thou wicked servant. Thou knewest that I was an austere man, taking up that I laid not down, and reaping that I did not sow:

23 Wherefore then gavest not thou my money into the bank, that at my coming I might have required mine own with usury?

24 And he said unto them that stood by, Take from him the pound, and give it to him that hath ten pounds.

25 (And they said unto him, Lord, he hath ten pounds.)

26 For I say unto you, That unto every one which hath shall be given; and from him that hath not, even that he hath shall be taken away from him.

27 But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.

Jesus is coming back with His rewards and recompense, He will reward those who have been faithful to Him and He will recompense His enemies by slaying them and casting them into the Lake of Fire.

 So think carefully whose side do you want to be on?  

Isaiah 62:11-12

 Behold, the Lord hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.

12 And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the Lord: and thou shalt be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken.

Isaiah 66:22-24

For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the Lord, so shall your seed and your name remain.

23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord.

24 And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.

Revelation 22:11-16

He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

Choose this day life or death.  Do you want to choose life by following and believing in God the Father through Jesus Christ the God of Israel?  Or do you want to choose death by following Baal the devil lord of Babylon?

So take seriously the scriptures for they are life and truth and food for our spirit.  Jesus is the bread from Heaven He is the word of God made flesh believe in Him and live.  

He is able to give eternal life to whomever He wills those who believe in Him that is the condition to receive eternal life, He is the eternal God who is a life giving Spirit.

 It is better to be on His side and to have eternal life to live forever with Him than to throw it all away in this life and regret our rebellion against God the Father and rejection of His Son's atoning death on the cross.   His offer of forgiveness for sins and His giving to us His life and righteousness in exchange for our filthy rags of self righteousness. 

 It will be terrible to spend eternity in the Lake of fire regretting not making the right decision when you were living on the earth, to choose life in Christ and to throw away that gift of salvation God offers to all.

Simply because you believed the lies of the wolves in sheep's clothing, false prophets and false teachers who led you astray through their false promises of freedom and lies of eternal life for all who don't believe in the Bible.   

This is known as universalism that says all people can be saved even those who don't know Christ or don't believe in Him from other world religions.  There is only one way to God the Father and that is through His Son Jesus.

John 14:6

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

 As you can see from the articles I have give above from Prophecy Newswatch and other web sites how the churches are turning away from Christ and are opening their doors to wolves in sheep's clothing who are preaching another christ and another gospel.   Which is giving rise to many false christs being on the earth before Jesus comes back.

I know that this segment has been lengthy but it is important for you dear reader to see how late the hour is and how far advanced the apostasy is.  This is a warning to you not be caught up with every wind of doctrine or fad that is blowing in the churches today. 

 Not to accept every lying word the false prophets speak or the false apostles nor come under their influence or the influence of the spirit that is over them nor go to their conferences, read their books or watch their dvds, net links of their sermons, conferences especially if they are connected to the Vatican and are pushing ecumunical unity

I know this has been mostly on the gentile church but it does have a connection to Israel as will be seen in Part 6 on the days of Noah and Lot.  

How the apostasy will affect the church with it becoming the foundation of the One World church which in turn will cause the nations to turn against Israel.
