Message
to all watchmen and women to keep watch the hour grows late
Introduction
I am writing this blog specifically to those
who are called to be watchmen and women of the Lord who are watching world
events and are standing on the walls of Jerusalem in prayer.
I was going to write this blog from a spiritual
perspective in regards to the terrorist attack that took place in Australia on
14 December on the first day of Hanukkah at Bondi Beach.
I will write about this in my next blog, and I
will also include articles about how things are changing across the globe.
Instead, I will write this blog as an
encouragement and a reminder to those who are watchmen and women to keep on
doing what you have been called to do be watchmen and women and to be watchers
on the walls of Jerusalem for those who are called to pray for Israel,
Jerusalem and the Middle East.
It is easy to be discouraged and want to give
up as it is a lonely call and not many people understand this call nor do they
appreciate what you do.
Yet the Lord Jesus who is our chief watchman
sees what is being done in your service for him to sound the alarm to warm
people to tell them to keep awake and alert for the Lord’s return and to not be
taken in by false teaching or prophecies or whatever else He lays on your heart
to warn people about.
Hebrews 6:9-20
9 But, beloved, we are persuaded better things
of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak.
10 For God is not unrighteous to
forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in
that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.
11 And we desire
that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope
unto the end:
12 That ye be not
slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the
promises.
13 For when God
made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by
himself,
14 Saying, Surely blessing I will
bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee.
15 And so, after
he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.
16 For men verily swear by the
greater: and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife.
17 Wherein God, willing more
abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel,
confirmed it by an oath:
18 That by two
immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a
strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set
before us:
19 Which hope we have as an
anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within
the veil;
20 Whither the
forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after
the order of Melchisedec.
I will add other encouraging scriptures here.
Isaiah 41:10
10 Fear thou not;
for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee;
yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my
righteousness.
Isaiah 43:1-3
1 But now thus saith the Lord that created
thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear
not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.
2 When thou passest through the
waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow
thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither
shall the flame kindle upon thee.
3 For I am the Lord thy God, the
Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom,
Ethiopia and Seba for thee.
John 14:1-3, 27
1 Let not your
heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2 In my Father's house are many
mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for
you.
3 And if I go and prepare a place
for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there
ye may be also.
27 Peace I leave with you, my
peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your
heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
John 15:16
16 Ye have not
chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring
forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of
the Father in my name, he may give it you.
John 16:33
33 These things I have spoken
unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have
tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
Romans 8:16-18, 23-39
16 The Spirit
itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
17 And if children, then heirs;
heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him,
that we may be also glorified together.
18 For I reckon that the
sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory
which shall be revealed in us.
23 And not only they, but
ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves
groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our
body.
24 For we are saved by hope: but
hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?
25 But if we hope for that we see
not, then do we with patience wait for it.
26 Likewise the Spirit also
helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought:
but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be
uttered.
27 And he that searcheth the
hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession
for the saints according to the will of God.
28 And we know that all things
work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called
according to his purpose.
29 For whom he did foreknow, he
also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be
the firstborn among many brethren.
30 Moreover whom he did
predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified:
and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
31 What shall we then say to
these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
32 He that spared not his own
Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely
give us all things?
33 Who shall lay any thing to the
charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.
34 Who is he that condemneth? It
is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right
hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
35 Who shall separate us from the
love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or
nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36 As it is written, For thy sake
we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
37 Nay, in all these things we
are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
38 For I am persuaded, that
neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things
present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any
other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in
Christ Jesus our Lord.
Ephesians 6:10-18
10 Finally, my brethren, be
strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of
God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against
flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers
of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the
whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and
having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your
loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the
preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield
of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the
wicked.
17 And take the helmet of
salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Praying always with all prayer
and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance
and supplication for all saints;
Philippians 4:6-8. 13, 19
6 Be careful for nothing; but in
every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be
made known unto God.
7 And the peace of God, which
passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ
Jesus.
8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever
things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just,
whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are
of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on
these things.
13 I can do all things through
Christ which strengtheneth me.
19 But my God shall supply all
your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Hebrews 13:1-22
1 Let brotherly love continue.
2 Be not forgetful
to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
3 Remember them that are in
bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves
also in the body.
4 Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed
undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.
5 Let your
conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye
have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
6 So that we may boldly say, The
Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
7 Remember them
which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose
faith follow, considering the end of their conversation.
8 Jesus Christ
the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.
9 Be not carried
about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart
be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that
have been occupied therein.
10 We have an altar, whereof they
have no right to eat which serve the tabernacle.
11 For the bodies of those
beasts, whose blood is brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin,
are burned without the camp.
12 Wherefore Jesus also, that he
might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.
13 Let us go forth therefore unto
him without the camp, bearing his reproach.
14 For here have we no continuing
city, but we seek one to come.
15 By him therefore let us offer
the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips
giving thanks to his name.
16 But to do good and to
communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
17 Obey them that have the rule
over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that
must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that
is unprofitable for you.
18 Pray for us: for we trust we have a good
conscience, in all things willing to live honestly.
19 But I beseech you the rather to do this,
that I may be restored to you the sooner.
20 Now the God
of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd
of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,
21 Make you perfect in every good
work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight,
through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
22 And I beseech you, brethren,
suffer the word of exhortation: for I have written a letter unto you in few
words.
Also at the end of the blog I will add
scriptures about enduring to the end and the blessings for those who are
overcomers
I feel to write to remind those who are called
to be watchmen and women about some very important things that can be forgotten
and you may need to be reminded about.
Some important reminders.
1 God is reminding His watchmen
and women and the church to stay awake.
Matthew 24:42-51
42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour
your Lord doth come.
43 But know this, that if the goodman of the
house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and
would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
44 Therefore be ye
also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
45 Who then is a faithful and
wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them
meat in due season?
46 Blessed is that
servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
47 Verily I say unto you, That he
shall make him ruler over all his goods.
48 But and if that evil servant shall say in
his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;
49 And shall begin to smite his fellow
servants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;
50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day
when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,
51 And shall cut him asunder and appoint him
his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Mark 13:33-37
33 Take ye heed,
watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.
34 For the Son of Man is as a man
taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants,
and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch.
35 Watch ye therefore: for ye
know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at
the cockcrowing, or in the morning:
36 Lest coming suddenly he find
you sleeping.
37 And what I say unto you I say
unto all, Watch.
Luke 12:35-48
35 Let your loins
be girded about, and your lights burning;
36 And ye yourselves like unto
men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when
he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him immediately.
37 Blessed are those servants,
whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that
he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth
and serve them.
38 And if he shall come in the
second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those
servants.
39 And this know, that if the
goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have
watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through.
40 Be ye
therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not.
41 Then Peter said unto him, Lord, speakest
thou this parable unto us, or even to all?
42 And the Lord
said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make
ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season?
43 Blessed is that servant, whom
his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
44 Of a truth I say unto you,
that he will make him ruler over all that he hath.
45 But and if that servant say in his heart, My
lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens,
and to eat and drink, and to be drunken;
46 The lord of that servant will come in a day
when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut
him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers.
47 And that servant, which knew his lord's
will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be
beaten with many stripes.
48 But he that knew not, and did commit things
worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and
to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.
Luke 21:36
36 Watch ye therefore, and pray
always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall
come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
God is warning the church to wake up and to be
ready for these things begin to increase more and more upon the earth to be
ready and to be awake.
As watchmen and women, we are not
to be sleeping but to be able to give a warning and to call people to
repentance, to prepare hiding places for the Jews and for believers for when
the Great Tribulation comes upon the earth in the not too distance future. The night is coming when no man can work.
We don’t know the exact hour or
day the Lord Jesus will return but that doesn’t give us an excuse as watchmen
and women to slack off or to go to sleep or mistreat our fellow believers. We must stay awake and be vigilant in the
calling of being watch people that Jesus has called us to. After all He is the chief watchman and we
answer to Him.
Be sensitive to the Leading of the Holy Spirit
to prepare hiding places
Those who belong to the Lord need to have
hiding places prepared for them to go into and to shut the door until God’s
wrath against the kingdom of the beast is passed.
Nations will be judged by how they have helped
the brethren of the Lord Jesus or didn’t help them.
A reminder that as much as they did or didn’t
do things to help the least of the Lord’s brethren or helped them, they did it
or didn’t do it unto Him
Isaiah 26:20-21
20 Come, my
people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide
thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.
21 For, behold, the Lord cometh
out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the
earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.
Matthew 25:31-46
31 When the Son
of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he
sit upon the throne of his glory:
32 And before him shall be
gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a
shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
33 And he shall set the sheep on
his right hand, but the goats on the left.
34 Then shall the King say unto
them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom
prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I
was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye
visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
37 Then shall the righteous
answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or
thirsty, and gave thee drink?
38 When saw we thee a stranger,
and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
39 Or when saw we thee sick, or
in prison, and came unto thee?
40 And the King shall answer and
say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of
the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
41 Then shall he say also unto
them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire,
prepared for the devil and his angels:
42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no
meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in:
naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
44 Then shall they also answer
him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or
naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
45 Then shall he answer them,
saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of
these, ye did it not to me.
46 And these shall go away into
everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.
2 A reminder that
Israel is the fig tree putting forth its leaves showing that summer is near
Jesus spoke about Israel being the fig tree
putting forth her leaves.
Matthew 24:32-33
32 Now learn a parable of the fig
tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that
summer is nigh:
33 So likewise ye, when ye shall
see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
Mark 13:28-29
28 Now learn a parable of the fig
tree; When her branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that
summer is near:
29 So ye in like manner, when ye
shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even at the doors.
Luke 21:29-32
29 And he spake
to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees;
30 When they now shoot forth, ye
see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand.
31 So likewise ye, when ye see
these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.
32 Verily I say unto you, This
generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled.
Seeing how Jesus spoke about Israel in this way
we need to pay attention to what He says concerning Israel being the fig tree.
In one verse it says that He is meaning Jesus
is at the door that shows late the hour is.
Israel is the key player in the
world events leading up to the return of Jesus and when Jerusalem is surrounded
and invaded by the nations that is when the
people will briefly go into exile again to those nations who will help them.
That is why hiding places must be
prepared to help save a remnant of the people of Israel for Jesus to bring them
forth from the nations to which they will flee.
Or they will flee to the mountains when the abomination of desolation
will stand where it ought not to be in the rebuilt Third Temple.
Zechariah 14:1-2
1 Behold, the
day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.
2 For I will gather all nations
against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses
rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into
captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
Matthew 24:15-29
15 When ye
therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the
prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
16 Then let them which be in
Judaea flee into the mountains:
17 Let him which is on the
housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
18 Neither let him which is in
the field return back to take his clothes.
19 And woe unto them that are
with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
20 But pray ye that your flight
be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
21 For then shall be great
tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no,
nor ever shall be.
22 And except those days should
be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those
days shall be shortened.
23 Then if any man shall say unto
you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
24 For there shall arise false
Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch
that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
25 Behold, I have told you
before.
26 Wherefore if they shall say
unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the
secret chambers; believe it not.
27 For as the lightning cometh
out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of
the Son of man be.
28 For wheresoever the carcase
is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
2 Thessalonians 2:1-12
1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming
of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
2 That ye be not
soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by
letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
3 Let no man deceive you by any
means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and
that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
4 Who opposeth and exalteth
himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God
sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with
you, I told you these things?
6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he
might be revealed in his time.
7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already
work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
8 And then shall
that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his
mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
9 Even him, whose coming is after
the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10 And with all deceivableness of
unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the
truth, that they might be saved.
11 And for this
cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned
who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
After Jesus has separated the sheep from the
goat nations in Matthew 25, There will be 70 sheep nations who will go with Him
into His kingdom.
Why 70 nations?
There will be 70 nations because 70 people went
with Jacob of his household down to Egypt.
Genesis 46:1-37
1 And Israel took his journey
with all that he had, and came to Beersheba, and offered sacrifices unto the
God of his father Isaac.
2 And God spake unto Israel in
the visions of the night, and said, Jacob, Jacob. And he said, Here am I.
3 And he said, I am God, the God
of thy father: fear not to go down into Egypt; for I will there make of thee a
great nation:
4 I will go down with thee into
Egypt; and I will also surely bring thee up again: and Joseph shall put his
hand upon thine eyes.
5 And Jacob rose up from
Beersheba: and the sons of Israel carried Jacob their father, and their little
ones, and their wives, in the wagons which Pharaoh had sent to carry him.
6 And they took their cattle, and their goods,
which they had gotten in the land of Canaan, and came into Egypt, Jacob, and
all his seed with him:
7 His sons, and his
sons' sons with him, his daughters, and his sons' daughters, and all his seed
brought he with him into Egypt.
8 And these are the names of the children of
Israel, which came into Egypt, Jacob and his sons: Reuben, Jacob's firstborn.
9 And the sons of Reuben; Hanoch, and Phallu,
and Hezron, and Carmi.
10 And the sons of Simeon; Jemuel, and Jamin,
and Ohad, and Jachin, and Zohar, and Shaul the son of a Canaanitish woman.
11 And the sons of Levi; Gershon, Kohath, and
Merari.
12 And the sons of Judah; Er, and Onan, and
Shelah, and Pharez, and Zarah: but Er and Onan died in the land of Canaan. And the sons of Pharez were Hezron and Hamul.
13 And the sons of Issachar; Tola, and Phuvah,
and Job, and Shimron.
14 And the sons of Zebulun; Sered, and Elon,
and Jahleel.
15 These be the
sons of Leah, which she bare unto Jacob in Padanaram, with his daughter Dinah:
all the souls of his sons and his daughters were thirty and three.
16 And the sons of Gad; Ziphion, and Haggi,
Shuni, and Ezbon, Eri, and Arodi, and Areli.
17 And the sons of Asher; Jimnah, and Ishuah,
and Isui, and Beriah, and Serah their sister: and the sons of Beriah; Heber,
and Malchiel.
18 These are the
sons of Zilpah, whom Laban gave to Leah his daughter, and these she bare unto
Jacob, even sixteen souls.
19 The sons of
Rachel Jacob's wife; Joseph, and Benjamin.
20 And unto Joseph in the land of
Egypt were born Manasseh and Ephraim, which Asenath the daughter of Potipherah
priest of On bare unto him.
21 And the sons of
Benjamin were Belah, and Becher, and Ashbel, Gera, and Naaman, Ehi, and Rosh,
Muppim, and Huppim, and Ard.
22 These are the sons of Rachel,
which were born to Jacob: all the souls were fourteen.
23 And the sons of Dan; Hushim.
24 And the sons of Naphtali; Jahzeel, and Guni,
and Jezer, and Shillem.
25 These are the
sons of Bilhah, which Laban gave unto Rachel his daughter, and she bare these
unto Jacob: all the souls were seven.
26 All the souls
that came with Jacob into Egypt, which came out of his loins, besides Jacob's
sons' wives, all the souls were threescore and six;
27 And the sons of Joseph, which
were born him in Egypt, were two souls: all the souls of the house of Jacob,
which came into Egypt, were threescore and ten.
Moses spoke of 70 nations in his song
concerning Israel and God dividing the nations in Deuteronomy
Deuteronomy 32:8-9 x ref Genesis 46:1-37 given
above
8 When the Most High divided to
the nations their inheritance, when he separated the sons of Adam, he set the
bounds of the people according to the number of the children of Israel.
9 For the Lord's portion is his
people; Jacob is the lot of his inheritance.
God will raise up a standard when the enemy
comes in like a flood and all of Israel the remnant that will make up all of
Israel will be saved and the kings and leading people will bring the Jewish
people home.
Isaiah 11:1-16
1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the
stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:
2 And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon
him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might,
the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord;
3 And shall make him of quick understanding in
the fear of the Lord: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes,
neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:
4 But with righteousness shall he judge the
poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the
earth: with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay
the wicked.
5 And righteousness shall be the girdle of his
loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins.
6 The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and
the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and
the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.
7 And the cow and the bear shall feed; their
young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
8 And the sucking child shall play on the hole
of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den.
9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my
holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the
waters cover the sea.
10 And in that day there shall be
a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the
Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious.
11 And it shall
come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second
time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria,
and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from
Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.
12 And he shall
set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel,
and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.
13 The envy also
of Ephraim shall depart, and the adversaries of Judah shall be cut off: Ephraim
shall not envy Judah, and Judah shall not vex Ephraim.
14 But they shall fly upon the
shoulders of the Philistines toward the west; they shall spoil them of the east
together: they shall lay their hand upon Edom and Moab; and the children of
Ammon shall obey them.
15 And the Lord shall utterly
destroy the tongue of the Egyptian sea; and with his mighty wind shall he shake
his hand over the river, and shall smite it in the seven streams, and make men
go over dryshod.
16 And there shall be an highway
for the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria; like as it
was to Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt.
Isaiah 59:13-21
13 In transgressing and lying against the Lord,
and departing away from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and
uttering from the heart words of falsehood.
14 And judgment is turned away backward, and
justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot
enter.
15 Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth
from evil maketh himself a prey: and the Lord saw it, and it displeased him
that there was no judgment.
16 And he saw that there was no man, and
wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation
unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him.
17 For he put on righteousness as a
breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the
garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloak.
18 According to their deeds, accordingly he
will repay, fury to his adversaries, recompence to his enemies; to the islands
he will repay recompence.
19 So shall they fear the name of
the Lord from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the
enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a
standard against him.
20 And the Redeemer shall come to
Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith the Lord.
21 As for me, this is my covenant
with them, saith the Lord; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I
have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth
of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed's seed, saith the Lord, from
henceforth and for ever.
Romans 11:25-27
25 For I would not, brethren,
that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own
conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of
the Gentiles be come in.
26 And so all Israel shall be
saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall
turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
27 For this is my covenant unto
them, when I shall take away their sins.
Isaiah 49:14-23
14 But Zion said, The Lord hath
forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me.
15 Can a woman forget her sucking
child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they
may forget, yet will I not forget thee.
16 Behold, I have graven thee
upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.
17 Thy children shall make haste;
thy destroyers and they that made thee waste shall go forth of thee.
18 Lift up thine eyes round
about, and behold: all these gather themselves together, and come to thee. As I
live, saith the Lord, thou shalt surely clothe thee with them all, as with an
ornament, and bind them on thee, as a bride doeth.
19 For thy waste and thy desolate
places, and the land of thy destruction, shall even now be too narrow by reason
of the inhabitants, and they that swallowed thee up shall be far away.
20 The children which thou shalt
have, after thou hast lost the other, shall say again in thine ears, The place
is too strait for me: give place to me that I may dwell.
21 Then shalt
thou say in thine heart, Who hath begotten me these, seeing I have lost my
children, and am desolate, a captive, and removing to and fro? and who hath
brought up these? Behold, I was left alone; these, where had they been?
22 Thus saith the Lord God,
Behold, I will lift up mine hand to the Gentiles, and set up my standard to the
people: and they shall bring thy sons in their arms, and thy daughters shall be
carried upon their shoulders.
23 And kings shall be thy nursing fathers, and their queens thy nursing mothers: they shall bow down to thee with their face toward the earth, and lick up the dust of thy feet; and thou shalt know that I am the Lord: for they shall not be ashamed that wait for me.
Isaiah 60:1-22
1 Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the
glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.
2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the
earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and
his glory shall be seen upon thee.
3 And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and
kings to the brightness of thy rising.
4 Lift up thine
eyes round about, and see: all they gather themselves together, they come to
thee: thy sons shall come from far, and thy daughters shall be nursed at thy
side.
5 Then thou shalt see, and flow together, and
thine heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall
be converted unto thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee.
6 The multitude of camels shall cover thee, the
dromedaries of Midian and Ephah; all they from Sheba shall come: they shall
bring gold and incense; and they shall shew forth the praises of the Lord.
7 All the flocks of Kedar shall be gathered
together unto thee, the rams of Nebaioth shall minister unto thee: they shall
come up with acceptance on mine altar, and I will glorify the house of my
glory.
8 Who are these that fly as a cloud, and as the
doves to their windows?
9 Surely the
isles shall wait for me, and the ships of Tarshish first, to bring thy sons
from far, their silver and their gold with them, unto the name of the Lord thy
God, and to the Holy One of Israel, because he hath glorified thee.
10 And the sons of strangers shall build up thy
walls, and their kings shall minister unto thee: for in my wrath I smote thee, but in my favour have I had mercy on thee.
11 Therefore thy gates shall be open
continually; they shall not be shut day nor night; that men may bring unto thee
the forces of the Gentiles, and that their kings may be brought.
12 For the
nation and kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish; yea, those nations
shall be utterly wasted.
13 The glory of
Lebanon shall come unto thee, the fir tree, the pine tree, and the box
together, to beautify the place of my sanctuary; and I will make the place of
my feet glorious.
14 The sons also of them that afflicted thee
shall come bending unto thee; and all they that despised thee shall bow
themselves down at the soles of thy feet; and
they shall call thee; The city of the Lord, The Zion of the Holy One of Israel.
15 Whereas thou has been forsaken and hated, so
that no man went through thee, I will make thee an eternal excellency, a joy of
many generations.
16 Thou shalt also suck the milk of the
Gentiles, and shalt suck the breast of kings: and
thou shalt know that I the Lord am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One
of Jacob.
17 For brass I will bring gold, and for iron I
will bring silver, and for wood brass, and for stones iron: I will also make
thy officers peace, and thine exactors righteousness.
18 Violence
shall no more be heard in thy land, wasting nor destruction within thy borders;
but thou shalt call thy walls Salvation, and thy gates Praise.
19 The sun shall
be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light
unto thee: but the Lord shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God
thy glory.
20 Thy sun shall
no more go down; neither shall thy moon withdraw itself: for the Lord shall be
thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended.
21 Thy people
also shall be all righteous: they shall inherit the land for ever, the branch
of my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified.
22 A little one shall become a
thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the Lord will hasten it in his
time.
Not one of them will be left in the nations but
will return to the land God gave to them the people of His heritage in the land
of His inheritance.
(1) The Land belongs to the Lord
Leviticus 25:23
23 The land shall not be sold
into perpetual ownership, for the land is Mine; you are [only] strangers and
temporary residents with Me
(2) Israel is the tribe of His
inheritance.-
Jeremiah
10:16.
16 The Portion of Jacob [the true
God on Whom Israel has a claim] is not like these, for He is the Fashioner and
Maker of all things, and Israel is the tribe of His inheritance--the Lord of
hosts is His name.
(3) Judah is the tribe of His
portion this is the tribe into which His Son Jesus is born into.
Zechariah 2:12
12 And the Lord shall inherit
Judah as His portion in the holy land and shall again choose Jerusalem.
(4) The giving of the covenant of the land of
Canaan to the Patriarchs and the people of Israel
(the
Patriarchs were also God’s prophets)
1 Chronicles 16:13-22
13 O you offspring of [Abraham and] of Israel
His servants, you children of Jacob, His chosen ones!
14 He is the Lord our God; His
judgments are in all the earth.
15 Be mindful of His covenant
forever, the promise which He commanded and established to a thousand
generations,
16 The covenant which He made
with Abraham, and His sworn promise to Isaac.
17 He confirmed it as a statute
to Jacob, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant,
18 Saying, To you I will give the
land of Canaan, the measured portion of your possession and inheritance
19 When they were but few, even a
very few, and only temporary residents and strangers in it,
20 When they went from nation to
nation, and from one kingdom to another people,
21 He allowed no man to do them
wrong; yes, He reproved kings for their sakes,
22 Saying, Touch not My anointed,
and do My prophets no harm.
Deuteronomy 32:9
9 For the Lord's
portion is his people; Jacob is the lot of his inheritance.
Jeremiah 30:1-10
1 The word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord,
saying,
2 Thus speaketh the Lord God of Israel, saying,
Write thee all the words that I have spoken unto thee in a book.
3 For, lo, the
days come, saith the Lord, that I will bring again the captivity of my people
Israel and Judah, saith the Lord: and I will cause them to return to the land
that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.
4 And these are the words that the Lord spake
concerning Israel and concerning Judah.
5 For thus saith the Lord; We have heard a
voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace.
6 Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth
travail with child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins,
as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness?
7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is
like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble, but he shall be saved out of
it.
8 For it shall come to pass in that day, saith
the Lord of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst
thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him:
9 But they shall
serve the Lord their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.
10 Therefore
fear thou not, O my servant Jacob, saith the Lord; neither be dismayed, O
Israel: for, lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of
their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet,
and none shall make him afraid.
Ezekiel 47:13-23
13 Thus saith
the Lord God; This shall be the border, whereby ye shall inherit the land
according to the twelve tribes of Israel: Joseph shall have two portions.
14 And ye shall inherit it, one
as well as another: concerning the which I lifted up mine hand to give it unto
your fathers: and this land shall fall unto you for inheritance.
15 And this shall be the border of the land
toward the north side, from the great sea, the way of Hethlon, as men go to
Zedad;
16 Hamath, Berothah, Sibraim, which is between
the border of Damascus and the border of Hamath; Hazarhatticon, which is by the
coast of Hauran.
17 And the border from the sea shall be
Hazarenan, the border of Damascus, and the north northward, and the border of
Hamath. And this is the north side.
18 And the east side ye shall measure from
Hauran, and from Damascus, and from Gilead, and from the land of Israel by
Jordan, from the border unto the east sea. And this is the east side.
19 And the south side southward, from Tamar
even to the waters of strife in Kadesh, the river to the great sea. And this is
the south side southward.
20 The west side also shall be the great sea
from the border, till a man come over against Hamath. This is the west side.
21 So shall ye
divide this land unto you according to the tribes of Israel.
22 And it shall come to pass,
that ye shall divide it by lot for an inheritance unto you, and to the
strangers that sojourn among you, which shall beget children among you: and
they shall be unto you as born in the country among the children of Israel; they
shall have inheritance with you among the tribes of Israel.
23 And it shall
come to pass, that in what tribe the stranger sojourneth, there shall ye give
him his inheritance, saith the Lord God.
So that Jesus can rule over the House of Jacob
from the throne of David in their own land in their tribal inheritance.
Luke 1:31-33
31 And listen! You will become
pregnant and will give birth to a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus.
32 He
will be great (eminent) and will be called the Son of the Most High; and the
Lord God will give to Him the throne of His forefather David,
33 And He will reign over the
house of Jacob throughout the ages; and of His reign there will be no end.
Psalm 2:6-12
6 Yet have I set my king upon my
holy hill of Zion.
7 I will declare the decree: the
Lord hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
8 Ask of me, and I shall give
thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth
for thy possession.
9 Thou shalt break them with a
rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.
10 Be wise now therefore, O ye
kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.
11 Serve the Lord with fear, and
rejoice with trembling.
12 Kiss the Son, lest he be
angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little.
Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.
3 Reminder that those of us who
belong to Christ must first be loyal to Him as our king
God wants me to remind you who are believers
that our loyalty must be to Him first and foremost.
That we are called to take up our cross and
follow Jesus and when called upon to confess Him before all men if we don’t and
deny Him. He will deny us.
Matthew 16:24-28
24 Then said Jesus
unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and
take up his cross, and follow me.
25 For whosoever
will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake
shall find it.
26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain
the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange
for his soul?
27 For the Son of
man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall
reward every man according to his works.
28 Verily I say unto you, There be some
standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man
coming in his kingdom.
Mark 8:34-38
34 And when he had
called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them,
Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and
follow me.
35 For whosoever will save his
life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the
gospel's, the same shall save it.
36 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall
gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?
37 Or what shall a man give in exchange for his
soul?
38 Whosoever
therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful
generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the
glory of his Father with the holy angels.
Luke 9:23-27
23 And he said to them all, If
any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily,
and follow me.
24 For whosoever will save his life shall lose
it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.
25 For what is a
man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?
26 For whosoever
shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed,
when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy
angels.
27 But I tell you of a truth, there be some
standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the kingdom of
God.
Luke 14:25-35
25 And there went great multitudes with him:
and he turned, and said unto them,
26 If any man come to me, and
hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and
sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.
27 And whosoever doth not bear
his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.
28 For which of you, intending to build a
tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have
sufficient to finish it?
29 Lest haply, after he hath laid the
foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him,
30 Saying, This man began to build, and was not
able to finish.
31 Or what king, going to make war against
another king, sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he be able with
ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand?
32 Or else, while the other is yet a great way
off, he sendeth an ambassage, and desireth conditions of peace.
33 So likewise,
whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my
disciple.
34 Salt is good: but if the salt
have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be seasoned?
35 It is neither fit for the
land, nor yet for the dunghill; but men cast it out. He that hath ears to hear,
let him hear.
We must be willing to go against the laws of
the land if they forbid us to share the gospel in any shape or form.
Remember what Peter said to the priests when
they told the disciples not to speak in the name of Jesus.
Acts 4:13-21
13 Now when they saw the boldness
of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men,
they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with
Jesus.
14 And beholding the man which was healed
standing with them, they could say nothing against it.
15 But when they had commanded them to go aside
out of the council, they conferred among themselves,
16 Saying, What shall we do to these men? for
that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is manifest to all them
that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot deny it.
17 But that it
spread no further among the people, let us straitly threaten them, that they
speak henceforth to no man in this name.
18 And they called them, and
commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus.
19 But Peter and
John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to
hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye.
20 For we cannot but speak the
things which we have seen and heard.
21 So when they had further threatened them,
they let them go, finding nothing how they might punish them, because of the
people: for all men glorified God for that which was done.
Acts 5:12-33
12 And by the hands of the apostles were many
signs and wonders wrought among the people; (and they were all with one accord
in Solomon's porch.
13 And of the rest durst no man join himself to
them: but the people magnified them.
14 And believers were the more added to the
Lord, multitudes both of men and women.)
15 Insomuch that they brought forth the sick
into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the
shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them.
16 There came also a multitude out of the
cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were
vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one.
17 Then the high priest rose up, and all they
that were with him, (which is the sect of the Sadducees,) and were filled with
indignation,
18 And laid their hands on the apostles, and
put them in the common prison.
19 But the angel
of the Lord by night opened the prison doors, and brought them forth, and said,
20 Go, stand and speak in the
temple to the people all the words of this life.
21 And when they heard that,
they entered into the temple early in the morning, and taught. But the high
priest came, and they that were with him, and called the council together, and
all the senate of the children of Israel, and sent to the prison to have them
brought.
22 But when the officers came,
and found them not in the prison, they returned and told,
23 Saying, The prison truly found
we shut with all safety, and the keepers standing without before the doors: but
when we had opened, we found no man within.
24 Now when the high priest and
the captain of the temple and the chief priests heard these things, they
doubted of them whereunto this would grow.
25 Then came one and told them, saying, Behold,
the men whom ye put in prison are standing in the temple, and teaching the
people.
26 Then went the captain with the officers, and
brought them without violence: for they feared the people, lest they should
have been stoned.
27 And when they
had brought them, they set them before the council: and the high priest asked
them,
28 Saying, Did not we straitly
command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have
filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man's blood upon
us.
29 Then Peter
and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.
30 The God of
our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree.
31 Him hath God exalted with his
right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and
forgiveness of sins.
32 And we are his witnesses of
these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that
obey him.
33 When they heard
that, they were cut to the heart, and took counsel to slay them.
We are to obey God more than man to speak about the life of Jesus, His death and resurrection.
4 A reminder that Jesus is the
final covenant that God gave to Israel.
This covenant is a new and living way.
Matthew 26:26-29
26 And as they were
eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the
disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body.
27 And he took the cup, and gave
thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it;
28 For this is my blood of the
new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
29 But I say unto you, I will not drink
henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with
you in my Father's kingdom.
Luke 22:14-20
14 And when the hour was come, he sat down, and
the twelve apostles with him.
15 And he said unto them, With desire I have
desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer:
16 For I say unto you, I will not any more eat
thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God.
17 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and
said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves:
18 For I say unto you, I will not drink of the
fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come.
19 And he took
bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my
body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.
20 Likewise also the cup after
supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for
you.
Hebrews 8:7-13
7 For if that
first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for
the second.
8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a
new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:
9 Not according to the covenant that I made
with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of
the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded
them not, saith the Lord.
10 For this is the covenant that I will make
with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws
into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God,
and they shall be to me a people:
11 And they
shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying,
Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.
12 For I will be
merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I
remember no more.
13 In that he saith, A new
covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is
ready to vanish away.
Hebrews 9:11-28
11 But Christ
being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect
tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building;
12 Neither by the blood of goats
and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having
obtained eternal redemption for us.
13 For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and
the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of
the flesh:
14 How much more shall the blood
of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God,
purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
15 And for this cause he is the
mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of
the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called
might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
16 For where a testament is,
there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.
17 For a testament is of force
after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator
liveth.
18 Whereupon neither the first
testament was dedicated without blood.
19 For when Moses
had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the
blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and
sprinkled both the book, and all the people,
20 Saying, This is the blood of
the testament which God hath enjoined unto you.
21 Moreover he sprinkled with
blood both the tabernacle, and all the vessels of the ministry.
22 And almost
all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is
no remission.
23 It was therefore necessary that the patterns
of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices
than these.
24 For Christ is not entered into
the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into
heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us:
25 Nor yet that he should offer himself often,
as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of
others;
26 For then must he often have suffered since
the foundation of the world: but now once in the
end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.
27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die,
but after this the judgment:
28 So Christ was
once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he
appear the second time without sin unto salvation.
Hebrews 10:1-21
1 For the law having a shadow of good things to
come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices
which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.
2 For then would they not have ceased to be
offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more
conscience of sins.
3 But in those sacrifices there is a
remembrance again made of sins every year.
4 For it is not possible that the
blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.
5 Wherefore when he
cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but
a body hast thou prepared me:
6 In burnt offerings and
sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.
7 Then said I, Lo,
I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.
8 Above when he
said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou
wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;
9 Then said he, Lo, I come to
do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.
10 By the which
will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once
for all.
11 And every priest standeth daily ministering
and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
12 But this man, after he had
offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;
13 From henceforth expecting till his enemies
be made his footstool.
14 For by one
offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
15 Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to
us: for after that he had said before,
16 This is the
covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will
put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
17 And their sins and iniquities
will I remember no more.
18 Now where
remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.
19 Having
therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,
20 By a new and
living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say,
his flesh;
21 And having an
high priest over the house of God;
22 Let us draw
near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled
from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.
23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith
without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
As is seen in the scriptures above, Jesus is
literally the covenant that He became the sacrifice for sin, the redeemer of
Israel, Jerusalem and all humankind in that act of sacrifice that all the Old
Testament sacrifices were pointing to.
As well as being the fulfilment of the promise
of God to Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden that He will provide a way of
redemption.
Genesis 3:14-15
14 And the Lord God said unto the serpent,
Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every
beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all
the days of thy life:
15 And I will put
enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall
bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
5 A reminder that Jesus gave His life for sinners so that
we can exchange our sin filled lives for His so that through the power of His
Holy Spirit we can live eternally with Him.
Ephesians 1:3-14
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord
Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly
places in Christ:
4 According as he hath chosen us in him before
the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before
him in love:
5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of
children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his
will,
6 To the praise of the glory of his grace,
wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
7 In whom we
have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the
riches of his grace;
8 Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all
wisdom and prudence;
9 Having made known unto us the mystery of his
will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:
10 That in the
dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things
in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:
11 In whom also we have obtained
an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh
all things after the counsel of his own will:
12 That we should be to the praise of his
glory, who first trusted in Christ.
13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard
the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy
Spirit of promise,
14 Which is the earnest of our
inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise
of his glory.
Galatians 2:16-20
16 Knowing that a
man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ,
even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith
of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall
no flesh be justified.
17 But if, while we seek to be
justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is
therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid.
18 For if I build again the things which I
destroyed, I make myself a transgressor.
19 For I through the law am dead
to the law, that I might live unto God.
20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
If people reject this offer of salvation and
trample underfoot His covenant there is no further means for salvation but
judgment because people have scorned to only way of salvation.
Hebrews 6:4-8
4 For it is
impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly
gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
5 And have tasted the good word
of God, and the powers of the world to come,
6 If they shall fall away, to
renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of
God afresh, and put him to an open shame.
7 For the earth which drinketh in the rain that
cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is
dressed, receiveth blessing from God:
8 But that which
beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is
to be burned.
Hebrews 10:25-31
25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves
together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the
more, as ye see the day approaching.
26 For if we sin wilfully after
that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more
sacrifice for sins,
27 But a certain fearful looking
for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
28 He that despised Moses' law
died without mercy under two or three witnesses:
29 Of how much
sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden
under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant,
wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the
Spirit of grace?
30 For we know
him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the
Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
31 It is a fearful thing to fall
into the hands of the living God.
Hebrews 12:18-29
18 For ye are not come unto the mount that
might be touched, and that burned with fire, nor unto blackness, and darkness,
and tempest,
19 And the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of
words; which voice they that heard intreated that the word should not be spoken
to them any more:
20 (For they could not endure that which was
commanded, And if so much as a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned, or
thrust through with a dart:
21 And so terrible was the sight, that Moses
said, I exceedingly fear and quake:)
22 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto
the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable
company of angels,
23 To the general assembly and church of the
firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the
spirits of just men made perfect,
24 And to Jesus
the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh
better things than that of Abel.
25 See that ye refuse not him
that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth,
much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from
heaven:
26 Whose voice
then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake
not the earth only, but also heaven.
27 And this word, Yet once more,
signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are
made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.
28 Wherefore we receiving a
kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God
acceptably with reverence and godly fear:
29 For our God
is a consuming fire.
6 A reminder that we are all
called to be witnesses for Jeus to the Jew first then the Gentiles
Romans 1:16
16 For I am not
ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to
every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
I know people have gone to Israel to see the
truth of what took place, on the 7 October 2023, but we must be willing and
bold enough to share the gospel with the Jewish people about their Messiah.
No one is converting them to a particular
denomination of church, but they are calling them to repentance to turn to the
One who is both man and God their Messiah
Jesus the Messiah, who is of the Jewish brethren who has the right to sit on David’s throne to rule the House of David.
Deuteronomy 17:14-15
14 When thou art come unto the land which the
Lord thy God giveth thee, and shalt possess it, and shalt dwell therein, and
shalt say, I will set a king over me, like as all the nations that are about
me;
15 Thou shalt in any wise set him king over thee, whom the Lord thy God shall choose: one from among thy brethren shalt thou set king over thee: thou mayest not set a stranger over thee, which is not thy brother.
2 Samuel 7:8-16
8 Now therefore so shalt thou say unto my
servant David, Thus saith the Lord of hosts, I took thee from the sheepcote,
from following the sheep, to be ruler over my people, over Israel:
9 And I was with thee whithersoever thou
wentest, and have cut off all thine enemies out of thy sight, and have made
thee a great name, like unto the name of the great men that are in the earth.
10 Moreover I will appoint a place for my
people Israel, and will plant them, that they may dwell in a place of their
own, and move no more; neither shall the children of wickedness afflict them
any more, as beforetime,
11 And as since the time that I commanded
judges to be over my people Israel, and have caused thee to rest from all thine
enemies. Also the Lord telleth thee that he will
make thee an house.
12 And when thy days be
fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep with thy fathers, I will set up thy seed after
thee, which shall proceed out of thy bowels, and I will establish his kingdom.
13 He shall build an house for my name, and I
will stablish the throne of his kingdom for ever.
14 I will be his father, and he shall be my
son. If he commit iniquity, I will chasten him with the rod of men, and with
the stripes of the children of men:
15 But my mercy shall not depart away from him,
as I took it from Saul, whom I put away before thee.
16 And thine house
and thy kingdom shall be established for ever before thee: thy throne shall be
established for ever.
Psalm 2:1-12
1 Why do the heathen rage, and the people
imagine a vain thing?
2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and
the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed,
saying,
3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast
away their cords from us.
4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh:
the Lord shall have them in derision.
5 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath,
and vex them in his sore displeasure.
6 Yet have I set my
king upon my holy hill of Zion.
10 Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be
instructed, ye judges of the earth.
11 Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with
trembling.
12 Kiss the Son,
lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a
little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.
Jeremiah 23:5-6
5 Behold, the
days come, saith the Lord, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and
a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the
earth.
6 In his days Judah shall be
saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be
called, The Lord Our Righteousness.
Luke 1:28-38
26 And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was
sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,
27 To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was
Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary.
28 And the angel came in unto her, and said,
Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou
among women.
29 And when she saw him, she was troubled at
his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.
30 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary:
for thou hast found favour with God.
31 And, behold,
thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name
Jesus.
32 He shall be great, and shall
be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the
throne of his father David:
33 And he shall reign over the
house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.
34 Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall
this be, seeing I know not a man?
35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of
the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall
be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.
36 And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath
also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who
was called barren.
37 For with God
nothing shall be impossible.
38 And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the
Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.
He wants them to come to Him to find peace true
peace in Him that the world cannot give and find shelter in the Lord under His
wings.
John 14:27
27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto
you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled,
neither let it be afraid.
Psalm 91.1-16
1 He that dwelleth in the secret
place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the Lord, He is
my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
3 Surely he shall
deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
4 He shall cover thee with his
feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield
and buckler.
5 Thou shalt not be afraid for
the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
6 Nor for the pestilence that
walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
7 A thousand shall
fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come
nigh thee.
8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou
behold and see the reward of the wicked.
9 Because thou hast made the
Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
10 There shall no evil befall
thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
11 For he shall give his angels
charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
12 They shall bear thee up in
their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion
and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.
14 Because he hath set his love
upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath
known my name.
15 He shall call upon me, and I
will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour
him.
16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.
God is their only refugee the world will keep
persecuting them even in Israel the land but in God they will find that He is
their ever-present help and comfort in times of trouble.
Ezekiel 11:16-21
16 Therefore
say, Thus saith the Lord God; Although I have cast them far off among the
heathen, and although I have scattered them among the countries, yet will I be
to them as a little sanctuary in the countries where they shall come.
17 Therefore say, Thus saith the
Lord God; I will even gather you from the people, and assemble you out of the
countries where ye have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel.
18 And they shall come thither,
and they shall take away all the detestable things thereof and all the
abominations thereof from thence.
19 And I will give them one
heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart
out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh:
20 That they may walk in my
statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people,
and I will be their God.
21 But as for them whose heart walketh after the heart of their detestable things and their abominations, I will recompense their way upon their own heads, saith the Lord God.
The people of Israel need to hear words of
comfort and support, but they need to hear that Jesus is their Messiah.
That He is there waiting for them as
individuals and as a nation at the end of the time of the gentiles to come to
Him and call for Him to save them
He will come at their call and bring the age to
an end and to bring the kingdom of heaven to the earth at His return.
Isaiah 40:1-2
1 Comfort ye,
comfort ye my people, saith your God.
2 Speak ye comfortably to
Jerusalem, and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her
iniquity is pardoned: for she hath received of the Lord's hand double for all
her sins.
Isaiah 65:8-25
8 Thus saith the Lord, As the new wine is found
in the cluster, and one saith, Destroy it not; for a blessing is in it: so will I do for my servants' sakes, that I may not
destroy them all.
9 And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob,
and out of Judah an inheritor of my mountains: and mine elect shall inherit it,
and my servants shall dwell there.
10 And Sharon shall be a fold of flocks, and
the valley of Achor a place for the herds to lie down in, for my people that
have sought me.
11 But ye are they that forsake the Lord, that
forget my holy mountain, that prepare a table for that troop, and that furnish
the drink offering unto that number.
12 Therefore will I number you to the sword,
and ye shall all bow down to the slaughter: because when I called, ye did not
answer; when I spake, ye did not hear; but did evil before mine eyes, and did
choose that wherein I delighted not.
13 Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Behold,
my servants shall eat, but ye shall be hungry: behold, my servants shall drink,
but ye shall be thirsty: behold, my servants shall rejoice, but ye shall be
ashamed:
14 Behold, my servants shall sing for joy of
heart, but ye shall cry for sorrow of heart, and shall howl for vexation of
spirit.
15 And ye shall leave your name for a curse
unto my chosen: for the Lord God shall slay thee, and call his servants by
another name:
16 That he who
blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he
that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former
troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes.
17 For, behold, I create new
heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into
mind.
18 But be ye glad and rejoice for
ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and
her people a joy.
19 And I will rejoice in
Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more
heard in her, nor the voice of crying.
20 There shall be no more thence
an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child
shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall
be accursed.
21 And they shall build houses,
and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.
22 They shall not build, and
another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a
tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of
their hands.
23 They shall not labour in vain,
nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the Lord,
and their offspring with them.
24 And it shall come to pass,
that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will
hear.
25 The wolf and the lamb shall
feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be
the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain,
saith the Lord.
Yes it is good to stand with Israel but we must
stand with the God of Israel and His Son in these last days and call out a
warning that the time is running out and Jesus will return in the clouds in all
of His glory and when He does it will be too late for those who don’t know Him
both Jew and Gentile.
Times is running out to write
articles on the Internet.
I will place here an article to show how late
the hour is in regards to writing about how late the hour is and how we must
keep working for the night in coming.
We must keep sounding the alarm and warning
people to turn to Jesus to flee from the wrath that is coming through God’s
great judgments upon the earth.
This article is about how internet carriers
such as Google and Microsoft are trying to shut down anything to do with
Christianity, God and the Bible to stop anyone being able to read anything with
Christian content that has the real truth ie who speak / write about God and
His plan of salvation through His Son Jesus.
Gatekeeping Truth — Making it Disappear
We must keep on working and sounding the
warning to turn away from evil to life to turn to God for salvation in His Son.
If we don’t then God will require the blood of
these people from us for their blood will be on our hands.
Ezekiel 3:14-21
14 So the spirit lifted me up, and took me
away, and I went in bitterness, in the heat of my spirit; but the hand of the
Lord was strong upon me.
15 Then I came to them of the captivity at
Telabib, that dwelt by the river of Chebar, and I sat where they sat, and
remained there astonished among them seven days.
16 And it came to pass at the end of seven
days, that the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
17 Son of man, I
have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at
my mouth, and give them warning from me.
18 When I say unto
the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor
speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same
wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine
hand.
19 Yet if thou warn
the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he
shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.
20 Again, When a
righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay
a stumbling-block before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him
warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done
shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand.
21 Nevertheless if thou warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also thou hast delivered thy soul.
Ezekiel 33:1-9
1 Again the word of the Lord came unto me,
saying,
2 Son of man, speak to the children of thy
people, and say unto them, When I bring the sword
upon a land, if the people of the land take a man of their coasts, and set him
for their watchman:
3 If when he seeth the sword
come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the people;
4 Then whosoever heareth the
sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him
away, his blood shall be upon his own head.
5 He heard the sound of the
trumpet, and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh
warning shall deliver his soul.
6 But if the
watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not
warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken
away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand.
7 So thou, O son of
man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt
hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me.
8 When I say unto the wicked, O
wicked man, thou shalt surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked
from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will
I require at thine hand.
9 Nevertheless, if thou warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.

persevering and overcoming while awaiting the return of Jesus.
Matthew 24:4-13
4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take
heed that no man deceive you.
5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am
Christ; and shall deceive many.
6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of
wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but
the end is not yet.
7 For nation shall rise against nation, and
kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and
earthquakes, in divers places.
8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
9 Then shall they
deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of
all nations for my name's sake.
10 And then shall many be
offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
11 And many false prophets shall rise, and
shall deceive many.
12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love
of many shall wax cold.
13 But he that shall endure unto
the end, the same shall be saved.
Mark 13:5-13
5 And Jesus answering them began to say, Take
heed lest any man deceive you:
6 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am
Christ; and shall deceive many.
7 And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of
wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not
be yet.
8 For nation shall rise against nation, and
kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and
there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.
9 But take heed to yourselves: for they shall
deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye
shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against
them.
10 And the gospel must first be published among
all nations.
11 But when they shall lead you, and deliver
you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye
premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for
it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.
12 Now the brother shall betray the brother to
death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their
parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.
13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my
name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the
end, the same shall be saved.
Luke 21:8-19
8 And he said, Take heed that ye be not
deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time
draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.
9 But when ye shall hear of wars and
commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the
end is not by and by.
10 Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise
against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:
11 And great earthquakes shall be in divers
places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall
there be from heaven.
12 But before all these, they shall lay their
hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into
prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.
13 And it shall turn to you for a testimony.
14 Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to
meditate before what ye shall answer:
15 For I will give you a mouth and wisdom,
which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.
16 And ye shall be betrayed both by parents,
and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and
some of you shall they cause to be put to death.
17 And ye shall be hated of all
men for my name's sake.
18 But there shall not an hair of
your head perish.
19 In your patience possess ye
your souls.
James 1:2-4,12
2 My brethren,
count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
3 Knowing this, that the trying
of your faith worketh patience.
4 But let patience have her
perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
12 Blessed is the man that
endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life,
which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
Revelation 2:7, 10-11, 17, 25-29
7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the
Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of
the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.
10 Fear none of those things
which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison,
that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful
unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
11 He that hath an ear, let him
hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be
hurt of the second death.
17 He that hath an ear, let him
hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I
give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the
stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.
25 But that which ye have already
hold fast till I come.
26 And he that overcometh, and
keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:
27 And he shall rule them with a
rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even
as I received of my Father.
28 And I will give him the
morning star.
29 He that hath an ear, let him
hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
Revelation 3:5-6, 10-13, 20-21
5 He that
overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out
his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father,
and before his angels.
6 He that hath an ear, let him
hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
10 Because thou hast kept the
word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which
shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
11 Behold, I come quickly: hold
that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
12 Him that overcometh will I
make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will
write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is
new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write
upon him my new name.
13 He that hath an ear, let him
hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
21 To him that
overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame,
and am set down with my Father in his throne.
22 He that hath an ear, let him
hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
The next blog will be about the attack on the
Jewish people on the first day of Hanukkah 14 December 2025 at Bondi Beach seem
from God’s perspective, that is from a spiritual perspective.
God’s judgment will be coming upon the House of
God first then the world.
I write about this under the following three
headings:
- 1. It is
beginning with Israel His physical House of Faith ie His original chosen people
- 2. Judgement
will then affect the church His spiritual House of Faith His adopted grafted in
people from the nations.
- 3. Then
His judgment will fall upon the nations especially in the end the kingdom of
the Antichrist and who follow him.
I will include news items under each heading
about how things are changing upon the earth and impacting upon every are of
life.
