The coming Day of Christ and the trumpet and vial judgments of Revelation Part C The woes and the two witnesses.

The coming Day of Christ and the trumpet and vial judgments of Revelation

Part C  The woes and the two witnesses.
  1. The three woes where do they fit in?
  2. The two witnesses where do they fit in?
A brief overview of Part B
In my last post I wrote about the trumpet and vial judgments, I wrote about how the trumpet judgments possibly represented the Sabbath or Day of Trumpets and that in reality we should be calling it the Sabbath  Day of shofars.

That the sounding of the trumpets should read the sounding of the shofars as this is what the Jewish people would have been blowing on this Sabbath Day, the Sabbath Day on the first day of the seventh month.  Shofars are hollow ram's horns.

I wrote how this Sabbath Day was about the coming of the Day of Atonement, as it occurs ten days before the Day of Atonement.

It also is about the coming of the Great King.  Although when this special Sabbath Day was given by God in the Old Testament there is no explanation from God concerning this blowing of shofars.  Up until now it is a mystery of God.

It can only be understood in the light of the New Testament and the second coming of Christ, that this day of blowing of shofars is to do with both judgment and the second appearing of Christ as a king.  When He returns to the Mt of Olives to take up His kingdom on the earth.

In looking at how the second coming of Jesus is connected to the Day of Atonement.  Then it makes perfect sense that this Sabbath Day to do with the blowing of shofars would be celebrated in heaven as well as on the earth.

I also wrote about the trumpet and vial judgments how they appear to be similar but in fact are different.

So before I go any further in this post about the woes and the two witnesses.

I must amend what I wrote in my last blog calling the day of blowing of shofars a Feast day.  It is not a Feast Day it is a High Holy Sabbath Day in which the Israelites were to do no work and to offer up offerings to God by fire and to blow the shofars over their offerings.

I will write some more things about the trumpet and vial judgments which I didn't put in my last blog post.

Firstly the trumpet judgments are the result of the prayers of the saints.  I did mention this in the last post only briefly so I will mention it in more detail here.

The 24 elders have bowls or vials depending upon the translation which are full of odors(incense) which are the prayers of the saints.
Revelation 5:1-8
1 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.
And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?
And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.
And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.
And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.
And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.
And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.
And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.

These odors(incense) are the prayers of the saints that are gathered in these bowls / vials that they are holding. These are then passed onto the angel that is in charge of the altar of incense that is before the throne of the Lord.

This is then mixed with coals off the altar and is cast upon the earth.  This event happens when the seventh seal is opened on the scroll.
Revelation 8:1-6
1 And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.
And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets.
And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne.
And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel's hand.
And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake.
And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.

Before all of this takes place the four angels that are stationed at the four corners of the earth holding back the wind.

These angels are told to not harm the earth until the 144,000 from the twelve tribes of Israel are sealed with the seal of God.
Revelation 7:1-4
1 And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.
And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,
Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.

Then in the following chapter we see the seven angels before the throne of God are given seven shofars(trumpets).

Could four of the angels that sound the shofars be the four angels that have power to harm the earth.  That they are each given a shofar(trumpet) to blow that will impact upon the earth in some way as a form of judgment as a result of the prayers of the saints that are cast down unto the earth.

I will not put these four trumpet judgments again here but you can read them in Revelation 8 or review my last blog post to see if this could be the case.  Something to think about.

Likewise the vial judgments are also connected to the death of the saints and the prophets most likely the two witnesses who are prophets they are killed by the beast from the bottomless pit in Revelation 11.

These vial judgments or in some translations it reads bowls that these judgments are the plagues that God will bring upon the earth.

They the vials/ bowls are full of His wrath against the kingdom of the Beast and those who follow him for their treatment of the saints and the prophets.

There could be other prophets as well as the two witnesses but they are the key prophets God will be using before the beast sets up his unrighteous kingdom.

God during the time of the vial judgments will be avenging the murder of His saints, He will be avenging the blood that was shed by the beast and his cronies of His saints and the prophets.  He will do this by giving them blood to drink by turning the oceans and the waters into blood and also sending other plagues upon this evil kingdom.

This also incorporates the third woe.  More on this further down.

Next is something I only just noticed in writing up the last blog and this is what I noticed.

That angels have different roles we don't know even a fraction of what they do but I noticed in reading different chapters of Revelation it mentions that certain angels have authority over certain things.

I will also include the roles angels play from other books in the Old Testament.

So lets have a brief look at what some angels do.

Angels are to worship Christ and they are ministering spirits.
Hebrews 1:6-7
6 And again, when he bringeth in the first begotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.
And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.

Angels deliver messages on behalf of God to certain people.

Gabriel appears to be the chief angel to deliver messages on behalf of the Lord.
To Daniel
Daniel 9:20-23
20 And whiles I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the Lord my God for the holy mountain of my God;
21 Yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation.
22 And he informed me, and talked with me, and said, O Daniel, I am now come forth to give thee skill and understanding.
23 At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came forth, and I am come to shew thee; for thou art greatly beloved: therefore understand the matter, and consider the vision.

To Zacharias John the Baptist's father.
Luke 1:5-20
5 There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth.
And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.
And they had no child, because that Elisabeth was barren, and they both were now well stricken in years.
And it came to pass, that while he executed the priest's office before God in the order of his course,
According to the custom of the priest's office, his lot was to burn incense when he went into the temple of the Lord.
10 And the whole multitude of the people were praying without at the time of incense.
11 And there appeared unto him an angel of the Lord standing on the right side of the altar of incense.
12 And when Zacharias saw him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him.
13 But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John.
14 And thou shalt have joy and gladness; and many shall rejoice at his birth.
15 For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother's womb.
16 And many of the children of Israel shall he turn to the Lord their God.
17 And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.
18 And Zacharias said unto the angel, Whereby shall I know this? for I am an old man, and my wife well stricken in years.
19 And the angel answering said unto him, I am Gabriel, that stand in the presence of God; and am sent to speak unto thee, and to shew thee these glad tidings.
20 And, behold, thou shalt be dumb, and not able to speak, until the day that these things shall be performed, because thou believest not my words, which shall be fulfilled in their season.

To Mary who is to give birth to Jesus
Luke 1:26-38
26 And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,
27 To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary.
28 And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.
29 And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.
30 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.
31 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name Jesus.
32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:
33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.
34 Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?
35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.
36 And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren.
37 For with God nothing shall be impossible.
38 And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.

Michael is the Prince angel who is in the Prince of Israel, he is in charge of protecting Israel and her people.  He is a warrior angel from this description.

He fought the Princes of Persia ie he came to the aid of Gabriel so that he can deliver God's message to Daniel about what will happen to the Israeli people in the end times.
Daniel 10:4-14
4 And in the four and twentieth day of the first month, as I was by the side of the great river, which is Hiddekel;
Then I lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a certain man clothed in linen, whose loins were girded with fine gold of Uphaz:
His body also was like the beryl, and his face as the appearance of lightning, and his eyes as lamps of fire, and his arms and his feet like in colour to polished brass, and the voice of his words like the voice of a multitude.
And I Daniel alone saw the vision: for the men that were with me saw not the vision; but a great quaking fell upon them, so that they fled to hide themselves.
Therefore I was left alone, and saw this great vision, and there remained no strength in me: for my comeliness was turned in me into corruption, and I retained no strength.
Yet heard I the voice of his words: and when I heard the voice of his words, then was I in a deep sleep on my face, and my face toward the ground.
10 And, behold, an hand touched me, which set me upon my knees and upon the palms of my hands.
11 And he said unto me, O Daniel, a man greatly beloved, understand the words that I speak unto thee, and stand upright: for unto thee am I now sent. And when he had spoken this word unto me, I stood trembling.
12 Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.
13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.
14 Now I am come to make thee understand what shall befall thy people in the latter days: for yet the vision is for many days.

He also fought satan and his angels and cast them out of heaven.
Revelation 12:1-13
1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:
And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.
And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.
And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.
7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.

He will also stand up in the last days to defend Israel.
Daniel 12:1
1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

Of course there are numerous references to the Angel of the Lord in the Old Testament.

This Angel gave the Law to the Israelites and He went before them and the Israelites were warned to obey Him for God's name was in Him.

It is possible that this Angel could have been the Pre incarnate Christ before He came to earth as a human being ie in a human body that was prepared for Him.
Exodus 23:20-23
20 Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.
21 Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him.
22 But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries.
23 For mine Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off.
Exodus 32:34
32 Therefore now go, lead the people unto the place of which I have spoken unto thee: behold, mine Angel shall go before thee: nevertheless in the day when I visit I will visit their sin upon them.
Exodus 33:1-3
1 And the Lord said unto Moses, Depart, and go up hence, thou and the people which thou hast brought up out of the land of Egypt, unto the land which I sware unto Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, Unto thy seed will I give it:
And I will send an angel before thee; and I will drive out the Canaanite, the Amorite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite:
Unto a land flowing with milk and honey: for I will not go up in the midst of thee; for thou art a stiffnecked people: lest I consume thee in the way.
Hebrews 1:1-14
1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:
Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?
And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.
And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.
But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.
Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
10 And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands:
11 They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment;
12 And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail.
13 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
Hebrews 10:5-11
5 Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:
In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.
Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.
Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;
Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.
10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

Then in the book of Revelation.

We see that angels have different roles.
Angels that harm the earth.
Revelation 7:1-3
1 And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.
And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,
Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.

They have power over fire
Revelation 14:18
18 And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe.

They are in charge of water.  Or it could be just referring to the angel who had the vial of judgment that was poured out onto the waters.  That this angel that was speaking he may be of the waters as well in general.
Revelation 16:5
5 And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.

They are bound at the river Euphrates these are possibly fallen angels.
Revelation 9:13-16
13 And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,
14 Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.
15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.
16 And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.

They are involved in bringing God's judgments upon the earth either indirectly or directly which we have seen through the shofar(trumpet) and vial judgments in the last blog post.  So I will not go into this again.

I won't mention anything else about the angels I only touched the surface concerning them and there are other passages about them or the Angel of the Lord too numerous to go into.

Also this is not what this blog post is about I just wanted to put this in to show that angels do have different roles to play in God's heavenly kingdom as well as on the earth.

Now we will turn our attention to what I intend to write about in this blog post that is the woes and the two witnesses.

Part C
Part 1C  The three woes where do they fit in?
I will answer this question with other questions.  Then by answering these other question we will find out about the three woes and where they fit in.

So what are the three woes?
We know there are three woes because Revelation 8:13 states there are three woes.
Revelation 8:13
13 And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!

Here is an article about the three woes of Revelation.  This article gives an overview of what the woes are.
https://www.gotquestions.org/three-woes.html

What are the three woes of Revelation?

To answer what the woes are we need to see when they fit into the picture the events that are unfolding in Revelation.
Revelation 8:13
13 And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!

The first four shofars (trumpets) have sounded so they must come about with the sounding of the last three shofars(trumpets)

Where do they come into the picture?
The first woe comes at the sounding of the fifth shofar(trumpet).

What is this first woe?
To answer this I will need to put in the sounding of the fifth shofar(trumpet).
Revelation 9:1-11
1 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.
And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.
And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.
And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.
And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.
And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.
And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men.
And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.
And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle.
10 And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.
11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.

This woe is connected to the sounding of the fifth shofar(trumpet).

A star falls from heaven with a key that unlocks the bottomless pit out of which comes beings that are like locusts but they are not the normal kind of locust.  When the pit is opened so much smoke comes out of it that it darkens the sky and the sun.

They have power to sting in their tails like scorpions and they have a king over them that comes from the bottomless pit.  The name of this king is " Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon."

They are instructed not to harm the grass or anything that is green and growing but to sting men / those people who are not sealed with the seal of God who we saw sealed in Revelation 7.

They are instructed not to kill people but to sting / to torment people for five months their sting will be so painful that people will want to die because of the sting and the pain of it.  Yet they will not be able to die though they may seek death they will not be released from this torment through death.

How do we know it comes after the sounding of the fifth trumpet?
We know this because it is stated after the woe is passed in connection to the fifth shofar(trumpet).
Revelation 9:12
12 One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter.

So this second woe must come at the sounding of the sixth trumpet but before the seventh trumpet.

So what is the second woe?
To know what this woe is I will put in here the sounding of the sixth shofar(trumpet).
Revelation 9:13-21
13 And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,
14 Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.
15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.
16 And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.
17 And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.
18 By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.
19 For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt.
20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:
21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

The judgments are increasing in intensity as are the woes, they are steadily getting more severe and the number of people impacted are growing.

This time people are being killed not just being stung.  The number of people killed is a third of mankind.

They are killed by the number of horsemen that are released when the four angels are released that have been bound at the river Euphrates for such a time as they are released to kill a third part of mankind.

This supernatural army that these four angels are in control of is massive.  The number is mind blowing that they are in charge of.  John was very specific in writing this number down for that is the number he heard spoken.

In today's numbers this sum of 200 thousand, thousands will equal 200 million.  We are not looking at a human army but a army that a supernatural one at the control of the four angels that have been bound at the Euphrates river.

This army is not like any normal army from its description.  Though it may sound like modern day missiles it could even be the number of missiles or rockets.  So it could be a combination of a demonic army or the use of modern weaponry at the hands of those who will be fighting in this region of the world.  Which is Turkey, Syria and Iraq.

At this stage most people don't know what the army is or what it consists of we can only speculate but I much rather leave it for the Lord to reveal this army what it will be when it is time for them to come forth.

Suffice to say it will be an army and it is a fearsome army that will be used by God to bring judgment upon mankind.

The people are killed by smoke, fire and brimstone that issue from the mouths of these strange horses that have heads like lions.  They are also hurt by the tails of the horses that have heads on them like serpents so both the heads and the tails of these beasts can hurt and kill people.

The second woe is past before the sounding of the seventh shofar(trumpet).

We know this because it is announced that the second woe is past before the sounding of the seventh shofar(trumpet).

Please note this is not the shofar(trumpet) that is blown at the return of Jesus this is a seperate trumpet altogether.  These shofars are part of the Sabbath Day of the blowing of shofars before the Great Day of Atonement upon which day Jesus will return on.  The shofar that will raise the dead and summon His people will be blown on that day it is the Jubilee shofar more on this in Part D Jesus the Deliverer.

This seventh shofar(trumpet) while there is declaration in heaven after it is sounded about the kingdoms of the world have become the kingdoms of the Lord and of His Christ and they shall reign forever.

This is declaring that God's kingdom has come or will come after the final judgments have come upon the wicked kingdom of the beast through the vial judgments and upon Babylon the Great Harlot through the cup of God's wrath that will be given to her then the end will come at the appearing of Christ.

This is still to come but not yet.
Revelation 11:14-15
14 The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.
And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

What are their connection to the two witnesses?
It appears that these two woes that are in connection to the fifth and sixth shofars(trumpets) could possibly overlap occur at the time the two witnesses are on the earth.

Perhaps these judgments / woes could be the result of the two witnesses prayers or speaking forth these judgments under the authority of God.

That as they pray or speak forth the words of God during the three and half years they have to speak during this time they may pray a prayer that will cause the sounding of the fifth and sixth shofars(trumpets).

This is just a thought I had how these two shofars(trumpet) judgments which are in reality the two woes come about.

Also the beast from the bottomless pit comes up against the two witnesses and kills them.  Remember that this beast was released from the pit at the sounding of the fifth shofar(trumpet).

This is after three and half years as they have been speaking forth God's words for this period of time.   More on the two witnesses in my next point on the two witnesses.
Revelation 11:7
7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

So possibly this beast could be the one that will take over the body of the antichrist and when he invades Jerusalem with his army this crazed person will take on the two witnesses and kill them.

I have neglected to say what the third woe is.  The third woe is satan being kicked out of heaven which is stated in Revelation 12 in plain sight.
Revelation 12:8-12
Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

I have written about this in greater depth in my blog post on The coming Day of Christ and the trumpet and vial judgments of Revelation Part 1E  The Harlot and the Beast of Revelation.

This section is found about two thirds of the way down in the this post and I have highlighted this segment with a red heading.

So to find out more about the third woe you will need to read this blog post too.

In this post I have just dealt with God's wrath being poured out on the enemy's kingdom this is indeed connected to the third woe.  God judging satan's kingdom through the vial judgments of His righteous indignation against the beast and those who follow him.

Is the third woe connected to the vial judgments?
Yes I believe the third woe is connected to the vial judgments.  That these judgments in their entirety is the third woe.

I will list the judgments that are part of this woe.  This is judgment upon the antichrist's kingdom aka the beast.

Vial (plague) 1. Grievous sores that come upon those who have the mark of the beast and worship him.
Vial (plague) 2. Sea turns to blood.
Vial (plague) 3. Rivers and fountains of waters turn to blood
Vial (plague) 4. Sun scorches men with fire.
Vial (plague) 5.  The kingdom of the beast's kingdom his seat of authority was full of darkness.  Men gnawed their tongues due to the pain of their sores.
Vial (plague) 6.  The River Euphrates was dried up so that the kings of the East may pass over it.  Gathering of the world's armies to the battle of Armageddon.
This will be the final battle which will be the battle of the Great Day of the Lord God Almighty.  When Jesus will return to the earth to fight against the nations who will war against Jerusalem.
Vial (plague) 7.  After the final vial is poured out it is stated in heaven it is done.  The final plagues that affect mankind are the following.
The great city is broken into three parts by a huge earthquake, the cities of the world are destroyed, islands flee away, mountains disappear.  Finally a great hail falls upon mankind and the hail weighs a talent which equals 75 pounds in weight.

The final great judgment to come is the outpouring of the cup of the wrath of God upon Babylon.  This will be dealt with in greater depth in part E on Babylon and the Beast.

Now onto the next point to do with the two witnesses.

Part 2C The two witnesses where do they fit in?
I have already have gone into great depth on the two witnesses in other posts.

So I will put down in one place what I have written in these other posts about the two witnesses.

My first post on them was part of another post on the signs of the end times written in August through to December  2017.

The blog on the witnesses was written in Part 3 on the signs of the coming of the Lord.

I will put down the section and subheading of the post about the witnesses followed by what I wrote about them.

Part 3 Section 5 When the gospel is preached to the world the end will come

The section on them was under the subheading.
2  During the first three and half years of the seven year covenant of the nations with Jerusalem

a The two witnesses in Jerusalem
Revelation 11:1-14
1 And  there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel  stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the  altar, and them that worship therein.
2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.

And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall  prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days,  clothed in sackcloth.
4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks  standing before the God of the earth.
5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their  mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt  them, he must in this manner be killed.
6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days  of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to  blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they  will.
7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast  that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against  them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.
8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city,  which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our  Lord was crucified.

9 And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and  shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.
10 And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them,  and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because  these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.
11 And after three days and an half the spirit of life from God  entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great  fear fell upon them which saw them.
12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them,  Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud;  and their enemies beheld them.

13 And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the  tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of  men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and  gave glory to the God of heaven.
14 The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh  quickly.

These two witnesses will be filled with the Holy Spirit and they will be proclaiming the Lord's judgments against the earth they will be witnessing for the Lord Jesus.

Actually it will be Jesus Himself witnessing through them via His Holy Spirit, Jesus will be speaking in judgment against the whole earth beginning with Jerusalem and ending with the nations like in Jeremiah 25.  God has a controversy with the whole earth and Jesus will be speaking out what God has to say against the whole earth through these two witnesses.

They will be proclaiming the coming Day of the Lord's Vengeance His wrath against mankind while at the same time they will be calling Israel and the nations to repentance from their sins to turn to God to save them before it is too late.

They will not only be proclaiming all these things that God wants them to say as a testimony against the nations but they will emphasize their words by praying judgments upon the earth to show that God means business and He will carry out His just judgments.

  • They will be able to do this because God has given to them His authority to pray and proclaim God's judgments upon the earth to shut up rain, to cause drought and to give blood for the inhabitants to drink for their crimes against God and His people.  They had power to cause plagues to come upon the earth too.
  • Even in their death there is judgment.  For in the number of the days their bodies lay in the streets of Jerusalem with no one willing to bury them but were celebrating their deaths.
  • So too will God bring His final severe judgments the vial judgments upon the earth for three and half years after their death and subsequent resurrection.
  •  Each day and a half equals a year and half.
  • 3 and half days = 3 and half years of judgment.
  • 1 day = a year.
  • half a day = half a year.
  • There is a precedent in the Old Testament of this and that is found in Numbers in the account of when the Israelites were sent to spy out the land of Canaan for forty days and on their return ten spies gave a bad report of what they saw because they feared the people in the land when God told them not to fear them.
  •  Well God punished the Israelites by having them wander for forty years in the wilderness forty days equals forty years. You can read the full account in Numbers 13 & 14.
  •  I will only give the relevant verses from Numbers 14:26-38 to make my point that there is a correspondence to the number of days being a number of years in both Numbers and Revelation 11 for judgment.

Numbers 14:26-38

26 And the Lord spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,
27 How long shall I bear with this evil congregation, which murmur against me? I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against me.
28 Say unto them, As truly as I live, saith the Lord, as ye have spoken in mine ears, so will I do to you:
29 Your carcases shall fall in this wilderness; and all that were numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward which have murmured against me.
30 Doubtless ye shall not come into the land, concerning which I sware to make you dwell therein, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.
31 But your little ones, which ye said should be a prey, them will I bring in, and they shall know the land which ye have despised.
32 But as for you, your carcases, they shall fall in this wilderness.
33 And your children shall wander in the wilderness forty years, and bear your whoredoms, until your carcases be wasted in the wilderness.
34 After the number of the days in which ye searched the land, even forty days, each day for a year, shall ye bear your iniquities, even forty years, and ye shall know my breach of promise.
35 I the Lord have said, I will surely do it unto all this evil congregation, that are gathered together against me: in this wilderness they shall be consumed, and there they shall die.
36 And the men, which Moses sent to search the land, who returned, and made all the congregation to murmur against him, by bringing up a slander upon the land,
37 Even those men that did bring up the evil report upon the land, died by the plague before the Lord.
38 But Joshua the son of Nun, and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, which were of the men that went to search the land, lived still.

These witnesses voices will sound like war trumpets their voices will ring out like a loud trumpet or shofar just like the voice of Jesus sounded like a trumpet to John on the Isle of Patmos when He appeared to him.
Revelation 1:10-11
10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a  great voice, as of a trumpet,
11 Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What  thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which  are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and  unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto  Laodicea.

  • Their words will be like a sword going forth for the word of God  is like a sword and Jesus too had a sharp two edged sword going from His mouth in John's vision and Revelation of Jesus  Christ to the churches.
  • Jesus is the word of God so of course His words will be like a sword exposing the thoughts of men and likewise His two prophets will be speaking forth the Lord's words and exposing  their hearts before God.

This is a description of the Messiah who is Jesus.

Isaiah 11:1-5
1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a  Branch shall grow out of his roots:
2 And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom  and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of  knowledge and of the fear of the Lord;
3 And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord:  and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after  the hearing of his ears:
4 But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with  equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth: with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.
5 And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness  the girdle of his reins.
Revelation 1:12-16
12 And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I  saw seven golden candlesticks;
13 And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of  man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps  with a golden girdle.
14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and  his eyes were as a flame of fire;
15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and  his voice as the sound of many waters.
16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth  went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the  sun shineth in his strength.

I am only putting in verses to do with the  sword.

Revelation 2:12. 16
12 And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things  saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges;
16 Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight  against them with the sword of my mouth.
Revelation 19:11-16
11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat  upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth  judge and make war.
12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many  crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name i s called The Word of God.
14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white  horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he  should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron:  and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty  God.
16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, King Of  Kings, And Lord Of Lords.

In essence these two witnesses will be like a modern day Moses and Elijah in their ministry for they will be filled with the same Holy Spirit that moved these men of old.  For the Spirit of Jesus is the Spirit of testimony.  He is the faithful and true witness.
Revelation 3:14
14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
Revelation 19:10
10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See  thou do it not: I am thy fellow servant, and of thy brethren that  have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

The two witnesses will be speaking under the power of the Holy Spirit their words will be like the following;
A shofar
Isaiah 58:1
1 Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins.
A sword
Hosea 6:5
5 Therefore have I hewed them by the prophets; I have slain them by the words of my mouth: and thy judgments are as the light that goeth forth.
Hebrews 4:12
12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Fire and a hammer
Jeremiah 23:29
29 Is not my word like as a fire? saith the Lord; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?
Fire.
Revelation 11:5
5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed

  • A note on any man hurting the two prophets it may not just be harm through police or the military coming to arrest them.  This is what I used to think that if any man tried to harm/ hurt them by arresting them.   Though it is quite possible that the police and military will be sent to arrest or try to arrest these two prophets as well.  Or if they can't arrest them they will try and shoot them.  This is physical harm through this means.
  • Then the other day I began to think about this some more what if it meant through occult means ie through spiritual hurt that men attempt to hurt these two witnesses is what the scriptures may mean here as well.
  • I believe the Lord was giving me this insight as well.  So it could possibly be hurt coming upon the two witnesses through strong witches, wizards, warlocks coming against them.
  •  Or Jesuits versed in the dark arts, powerful masons, ultra orthodox Jews who know the cabala occult powers and even leaders of the NAR which is now part of the one world religion.
  • Their false apostles and false prophets under the power of an unclean spirit will try and come up against these two witnesses using their dark arts of casting spells against them and calling up demonic powers to try and silence them to stop them from doing God's work of bringing judgement upon the earth.
  • That their speaking forth God's words of judgements followed by actual deeds of judgments will anger all those on the earth including those whom God is speaking against through these witnesses and it could be those people groups I have named in the paragraphs above.
  • They could be withstanding these two prophets just like the two men withstood Moses when he was used of God to bring judgment upon Egypt.
2 Timothy 3:8
8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
  • So if anyone tries to hurt these two prophets God will protect the two prophets by allowing fire to come forth from their mouths to destroy their enemies who want to hurt them spiritually through satanic powers or by physically trying to come against them to arrest them or to shoot them.
  • No one will be able to hurt them while they are doing God's work for they have His protection to fulfill His work on the earth warning about the coming Day of God's Vengeance which is the Day of Christ.
  • The only time they will be harmed and satan will be allowed to put them to death, is when they have completed their testimony after the three and half years of their speaking forth God's words is up.
My next post on the witnesses is found under the following heading and subheading.

I was writing about why there is the final week of the Old Testament.  Then part way through this segment I write about the two witnesses.

How these witnesses will be used by God to speak forth the final mysteries of God before the vial judgments begin which are the wrath of God being poured out on the earth.

This blog post was written between two Red alert News flashes in March this year.

Part 1B
The transition that will move the earth through the final birthing of the kingdom into the millennial reign of Christ

Why is it necessary for God to have one more week of the Old Testament?
I believe the reason why God is allowing for one more week of the Old Testament to come into play is found in Daniel 9:24

Daniel 9:24
24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

It is interesting to see that God has determined seventy weeks for the people of Israel and the city of Jerusalem.

The reason being is to make an end to sins, transgression and to make reconciliation for iniquity to bring in everlasting righteousness.  This final statement is very interesting too to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the most Holy Place which would be the Holy of Holies in the Temple.

The sealing up of vision and prophecy I will deal with this further down when I write about the two witnesses.

To understand end times and the return of Jesus we need to look at how it relates to God's love for and plans for His people Israel and in particular how it relates to the tribe of Judah.

In the verse above God is saying He is giving Israel / Jerusalem seventy weeks and in that period of time He is going to bring about the end of sins, iniquity and in that time He will bring about reconciliation and everlasting righteousness.

How did He do this?  He did this by sending His Son Jesus to be the sin offering for all sins and iniquities and through Him will be reconciliation and everlasting righteousness.

However the people didn't recognize Him or the time of their visitation of which I have written of great length in other blog posts.  So will not go into this here.

The time of the first coming of Jesus would have been the 69th week but when Jesus died God put the 70th week on hold until the gospel went out into all of the world.

This final week of the Old Testament is very important and it must take place.  God needs to have things to go back to the way they were when Jesus first came to the earth that is with Jerusalem having a temple, with priests and sacrifices but also being under Roman
Babylonian rule through the Roman Catholic church.

In the end of days it will be through the Roman Catholic church and the other world religions which by the time of the Great Tribulation they will have all morphed into and have formed the one world religion.

Which by this time will be worshiping the beast and will have taken his evil mark of allegiance believing that he is the messiah or the cosmic christ.

A false prophet will be leading them into this evil form of worship that will be pagan to the core.

By the way the Roman Catholic Church is very pagan and full of idolatry through a lot of things that they endorse, one of which is Mary worship and it is brazen idolatry.

It is not the respect that should be given to Mary for having the honor of the one who was chosen to give birth to Jesus.  No it is more than this, in fact it is blatant worship of her (it is not really Mary they worship but a false version of her) in place of Jesus.  They are in fact worshiping her as the Queen of Heaven and this goes back to the ancient time of Babylon under Nimrod.

Where paganism is rife in the world and certain lifestyles being led that are not pleasing to God.  God needs to have this week come about so that He can humble his people as well as the city of Jerusalem, the nations who are opposed to Him and to Israel.

So in order for God to bring about His righteous Judgments He has to allow for one more week of the Old Testament to run so that He can do this with a free hand.  Yet it will be different too for there will be people who believe in His Son as their redeemer and will obtain favor and grace in finding salvation in Him.

While at the same time God will be pouring our His judgments on the earth these will be  the trumpet (shofar) judgments of Revelation.  Also the two witnesses will be speaking forth prophetically God's words against humankind and will be following this up with judgments.

When these two witnesses appear they will complete all the prophecies that God needed to say concerning what is to come and His coming judgments calling people to repentance and warning of the Day of Vengeance.  This will be completed when they are killed and taken up to heaven.

For when the two witnesses are put to death there will be no more prophecy.  This will fulfill what Daniel 9:24 says that vision and prophecy will be sealed up.  That after these two witnesses there will be no more need for vision and prophecy.

The mystery of God will be fulfilled through these last two prophets.  For Jesus will be prophesying the final words of prophecy that needs to be said through these two witnesses.

When I was reading through these chapters of Revelation the other week, God opened my eyes to something.  That in Revelation 10 after the seven thunders spoke and John was going to write what they said he was told not to write but to seal them up.  It could be that the two witnesses will be speaking forth what the thunders said.

Then it was said that time will be counted no more and after the seventh angel sounds then will the mystery of God be complete of which He has shown to His prophets.

Then I thought to myself when does the seventh angel sound.  So I went looking for that and lo and behold he sounds after the two witnesses are killed and are taken up to heaven.  Then I realised that they will be the ones to bring about the end of vision and prophecy.

That after they have ascended to heaven all of the mystery of God will be complete.

Revelation 10:1-7
1 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:
And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,
And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.
And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.
And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven,
And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:
7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
Revelation 11:3-19
3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.
And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.
These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.
7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.
And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.
And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.
15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
16 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,
17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.
18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
19 And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.

That is why things seem to change from Revelation chapter 12.  That  from then on God will bring about His final severe judgments on the earth which are the vial judgments.

This is when satan is finally kicked out of heaven and comes down to earth in a rage to war against the saints who belong to Christ and Israel herself.

This is when the beast comes into his own to rule the earth under the power and authority of satan and how he takes people captive.  That his false prophet does lying signs and wonders and causes people to take his mark of allegiance.  That between chapters 12 -19 things really get bad on the earth.  This is the time of the Great Tribulation.

There is another post I did write on the two witnesses and their role but as it is a bit long it is best for you to look it up for yourselves.  This post was about the seven year ministry of Jesus and this was posted in November last year.

It comes under this heading.  So please feel free to read what I wrote about the two witnesses under this heading in the posts I did on the signs of the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Part 5 section B  the seven year ministry of Jesus - the coming of the Son of Man after the Great Tribulation

This is the end of Part C.  My next post will be Part D

The gap between the two resurrections and the two judgments of Christ judging the living and the dead

The gap between the two resurrections and the two judgments of Christ judging the living and the dead I am writing this article on the gap...
