The Importance of the Temple to God Session Five The New Jerusalem the Tabernacle of God

The Importance of the Temple to God
Session Five The New Jerusalem the Tabernacle of God

New Heaven and New Earth New Jerusalem as the Tabernacle corporate worship.
Christ as the Temple in an individual body within the New Jerusalem.
Now coming to the New Heaven and the New Earth which is a continuation of the millennial kingdom after the White Throne judgment where the second resurrection takes place and death and hell along with the unrighteous dead are thrown into the Lake of Fire.
So in a way the millennial kingdom is a trial run a dress rehearsal for the New Heaven and earth of how things will be in the eternal kingdom of God.
This time the New Jerusalem is coming down from heaven dressed as a bride for her husband who is Jesus He is her bridegroom.
She is the Tabernacle the city of New Jerusalem is the Tabernacle in which both God the Father and the lamb dwell openly as her light and temple,
Jesus will be in His glorified body the Spirit of God in Him will be dwelling in the temple of His glorified resurrected body and Jerusalem the great and glorious city will be like a tent or tabernacle over them in which they shall be housed along with the people of God which make up the nation of Israel collectively this city of New Jerusalem will be the House of the Lord.
This city has gates that relate to the Old Testament and to the nation of Israel for they are named after the 12 Tribes of Israel with a great pearl and angel guarding each gate.
The twelve apostles who rule over the twelve tribes of Israel will have a foundation stone which is a precious stone named after them in this city this ties them in with the New Testament and Jesus is the chief corner stone of this city.
This is the city or temple / tabernacle that God is building from all believers who make lively stones of this city / tabernacle and the Lamb is their temple out in the open not hidden away in a building but He and His Father will be dwelling openly with His/ their people.
This is the place that has many mansions that Jesus speaks of in John 14:2-3 where He goes to prepare a place for us.
He is not speaking of heaven having a mansion in heaven only, no I believe He was speaking of making a permanent home for His people in the New Jerusalem where they will dwell openly as His people in this great city on the New Earth forever.
God will be dwelling or living with man tabernacling with man forever not in heaven but on the New Earth in the New Jerusalem this is His tabernacle this is His house this is where He wants to be with man forever not in heaven but on earth a new one that is without sin.
God has always wanted to dwell with man and to fellowship with him and He will do so when He creates a New Heaven and earth.
This is how much God loves His creation that is why Jesus came to die on the cross for us to save us from sin and from separation from God for eternity in hell then the Lake of Fire.
He wants us to dwell with Him forevermore in the New Jerusalem as His people to be a pillar in His temple never more to go out from it and to have the name of His God (Father) on them along with His new name and Jerusalem’s new name.
Also where God is that is heaven so heaven will move to earth the new earth and it will be the tabernacle of the New Jerusalem on the new earth. This is where God will dwell forevermore with His saved and redeemed people.
John 14:2-3
In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
Revelation 3:10-12
10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.
Revelation 7:13-17
13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?
14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
15 Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.
16 They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat.
17 For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.
Revelation 21:1-7, 9-27
And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
 And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.
10 And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,
11 Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;
12 And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
13 On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three gates.
14 And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
15 And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof.
16 And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.
17 And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.
18 And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass.
19 And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;
20 The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolyte; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.
21 And the twelve gates were twelve pearls: every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.
22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.
23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
26 And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.
27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.
Isaiah 54:5-14
5 For thy Maker is thine husband; the Lord of hosts is his name; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called.
6 For the Lord hath called thee as a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, and a wife of youth, when thou wast refused, saith thy God.
7 For a small moment have I forsaken thee; but with great mercies will I gather thee.
8 In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the Lord thy Redeemer.
9 For this is as the waters of Noah unto me: for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth; so have I sworn that I would not be wroth with thee, nor rebuke thee.
10 For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the Lord that hath mercy on thee.
11 O thou afflicted, tossed with tempest, and not comforted, behold, I will lay thy stones with fair colours, and lay thy foundations with sapphires.
12 And I will make thy windows of agates, and thy gates of carbuncles, and all thy borders of pleasant stones.
13 And all thy children shall be taught of the Lord; and great shall be the peace of thy children.
14 In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee.
Revelation 22:1-7, 12-17
1 And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
3 And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:
4 And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.
5 And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.
6 And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.
7 Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.
And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

Jerusalem is the Bride of Christ
The bride spoken of here is the New Jerusalem not the church for in Revelation 21 the holy city of New Jerusalem that comes down out of heaven is called the bride the Lamb’s wife.
God also calls Himself the husband of Israel/Jerusalem in Isaiah 54.
Though He was divorced from His people He will remarry them again and will dwell in the midst of them again, because a death had taken place.
That death being the death of His Son who is the Covenant of Peace that God makes with Israel which is mentioned in Isaiah 54.
God made peace with Jerusalem and Israel through the death of His Son who atoned for the nation of Israel with His life giving blood. For the life of the soul is in the blood the soul of Jesus was in His blood which is now on the Mercy Seat of the throne in heaven.
As already mentioned the New Jerusalem is the Tabernacle this is the House of many mansions that Jesus is preparing for His people, this is the place He will gather us to so that we can live with Him forever and He will dwell openly with His people.
The people that He bought from both Israel and the nations who make up a new race of people of the New Adam who is Christ and who comprise the New nation of Israel and a New City of Jerusalem which holds within itself the nation of Israel.  This nation and city are holy and eternal for God had redeemed them both through His Son.
Christ died for Israel we who belong to His body aka the church also belong to His House which is Israel we are grafted into Israel through Him.  This is the House of God this is the One Christ loved and gave His life up for the nation of Israel and the city of Jerusalem.
This is the Israel of God which is hidden in Christ as the New Covenant in heavenly places.
We can access the throne of Heaven through Christ and worship God in Spirit and truth in heaven’s Mt Zion.
Yet when Christ will come from heaven to earth to establish His kingdom on earth from Jerusalem this is the kingdom of God being restored to Israel.
This was dealt with in session 4 and other lessons on Christ being head of the church and ruling in the millennial kingdom on earth.  Natural Israel will one day become a spiritual nation and natural Jerusalem a spiritual city through Christ when He comes back to earth He has redeemed them and this truth will become a reality at His return.
The New Jerusalem will come from heaven to earth in the New Heaven and Earth as the Tabernacle of God she will be the embodiment of the land and people of Israel and all believers from the Old and New Testament eras both Jew and Gentile who will be the New Adam eternal people through the life of Christ sustaining them.
Believers from the Gentile nations along with the Israeli believers of Jesus are partakers of the Commonwealth of Israel the covenants and promises.
We are the temple He is building that will become the Tabernacle the New Jerusalem.
We are coheirs through Christ with the people of Israel when Christ comes back and rules on the earth.
We also are co heirs of being priests and kings unto God when Christ comes back and brings His rewards with Him.
We inherit with Him not ahead of Him, Christ is our inheritance.
We belong to the House of Israel not the world we are grafted into the native Olive Tree of Israel who is Christ He is also the vine of Israel.
This vine and olive tree originates in heaven through Christ and goes onto the earth through Jerusalem.
Israel and Jerusalem are eternal land and city because Christ poured out His life blood for them on the cross thus when they believe in Him the nation and city will be washed by the blood and the water which came from His side and they will be made clean and eternal.
The earthy city of Jerusalem will be joined with the heavenly Jerusalem through Christ.
It is a mystery only He knows and understands it is a marriage of God with His people, His land, and His city of Jerusalem and this marriage is consummated when God is again dwelling in the temple among His people being their God and they His people and He will be king over them and the kingdom of God will be centred in Israel in the city of Jerusalem.
In the New heavens and earth God will be dwelling in the Tabernacle of the New Jerusalem openly for there will be no sin any more.
We will all have glorified resurrected bodies and the life of the risen Christ who is a life giving Spirit will be the life that will sustain us throughout eternity in Him.  He is our life and life giver.
He is our God and King and He is our inheritance.  We will be new people in Him the New Race of Adam as mentioned above.
After Jesus has ruled for a thousand years He will hand the kingdom back to His Father so that God will be One and worshiped as One even by His Son who is God too but all worship belongs to the Father.
Scriptures
Isaiah 53:8 (Isaiah’s people are the people of Israel not Gentiles)
 8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.
John 11:49-53
49 And one of them, named Caiaphas, being the high priest that same year, said unto them, Ye know nothing at all,
50 Nor consider that it is expedient for us, that one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not.
51 And this spake he not of himself: but being high priest that year, he prophesied that Jesus should die for that nation;
52 And not for that nation only, but that also he should gather together in one the children of God that were scattered abroad.
53 Then from that day forth they took counsel together for to put him to death.
Ephesians 5:23-32
23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.
25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:
30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.
31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.
32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

Some personal observations concerning the word church replacing Israel / Jerusalem in the scriptures.
If you put Israel, Jerusalem, or  house meaning temple in place of the word church which is a mistranslation of the word ecclesia, or congregation/ assembly.
The word church is a Germanic word, this word church  means circle.
This word does not carry with it the continuity of the concept that God loves Israel and Jerusalem, that God is their redeemer and they were to be a holy people a holy House that God created through the Patriarchs renaming the last Patriarch Jacob Israel.
This word church is a false word it cuts off the Israeli people from their God.  Nor did Jesus use the word church this word is used only two times in Matthew’s gospel and Matthew a Jew would not have used this term it was unheard of during the time of Jesus and His apostles.
Check out these web links and you will see what I mean concerning the word church.

Origin of the Term Church

Ekklesia Series // When “Ekklesia” becomes “Church”

That the spirit in a lot of churches today is an unclean one and the Christ they follow is a false one it is more in line with the spirit of BAAL than the God of the bible.  As the root of most churches the Roman Catholic system the harlot system.
 Many churches who came about during the Reformation did not cut off all ties with mother Rome but kept a lot the traditions of Rome.
Also today a lot of the apostate churches have gone back to Mother Rome and have rejoined themselves to her.  Thereby they are under the same spirit as her.
 This includes many Protestant churches who have joined her through the false ecumunical unity which is not biblical but is opposed to God.  It is of the spirit of the antichrist.
They will join the harlot in riding the beast and will follow the false christ when he appears very soon.  This false messiah who will take falsely the name of Christ will be Islam's version of christ.  For Islam is the closest counterfeit to christianity and many churches now are following an evil thing called Chrislam which is a horrible marriage of Christianity and Islam.  The Pope in February thisbe year 2019 headed up a false peace covenant between the churches, the world religions and the chief of the religions he made the covenant with was Islam. This is the New World Religion that all religions will eventually bow the knee too including the world's leaders.
Even New Zealand is becoming more and more open to Islam for they are pushing this evil religion more and more through the media.  So much so people will accept it more and more and even become its followers.  This is the head of the beast that was wounded and people thought was dead.  It is coming alive and gaining more and more power as is socialism by the day see Revelation 13.
So it makes you wonder if the scriptures were doctored later on down the centuries to include a word that was not even known by the early followers and apostles of Jesus.
Also you have to wonder why our bibles have on maps of Israel before the time of Christ and at the time of Christ the word Palestine instead of Israel or Judea.  Who put these things there and why?
Why the hatred of anything to do with God’s own chosen race of people from whom we received both the bible and the Messiah.  Isn’t it arrogance on our part as gentiles to boast against the fallen off branches of the Olive Tree instead of praying for them to come to faith in their own God again through Christ.
Shouldn’t we be provoking them to jealousy through our walk in Christ to want to know Him too?  How dare we be so arrogant?  Christ died for Israel not a gentile body falsely called church under a counterfeit Christ who hates Israel and Jerusalem.  We need to search the scriptures and see that they speak of literal Israel and Jerusalem.
If we don’t belong to the House that God created called Israel from this House His Son came and this House is heaven based then you must ask yourself to which house do you belong and which Christ are you following?
We are grafted into Israel from the nations not Israel grafted into the nations we are taken from the wild olive tree and grafted into the native olive tree.  Not the other way around please read Romans chapters 9-11 concerning the things to do with Israel being the House of God.
You have to ask yourself when did Christ die for the church and how if the church didn’t exist before Pentecost then how did His dying on the cross be for the church.  Whereas if you say He died for Israel He died for Jerusalem for the people for whom the stroke was due then this would make sense.
Jesus wept over Jerusalem not the church. Israel and Jerusalem are the wife of God and Jesus is the bridegroom of Israel / Jerusalem this is more in line with scripture.
This is why the New Jerusalem is comprised of the tribes of Israel Old Testament and the apostles New Testament why Christ in His resurrected body which is His temple of His Holy Spirit and Father live in this Tabernacle openly with their redeemed people from Israel and the nations
1 Corinthians 15:21-28
21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.
22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.
24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.
26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.
28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.
Ephesians 2:11-24
11 Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;
12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:
13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
17 And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.
18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.
19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God; (Israel is the Household of God)
20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:
22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.
Ephesians 3:6,14-21 Whole family in heaven and earth named in Christ is Israel.
 6 That the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:
14 For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
15 Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;
17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
21 Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.

Israel and Jerusalem eternal nation and city
Isaiah 45:17-25
17 But Israel shall be saved in the Lord with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end.
18 For thus saith the Lord that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the Lord; and there is none else.
19 I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I said not unto the seed of Jacob, Seek ye me in vain: I the Lord speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.
20 Assemble yourselves and come; draw near together, ye that are escaped of the nations: they have no knowledge that set up the wood of their graven image, and pray unto a god that cannot save.
21 Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the Lord? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me.
22 Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.
23 I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.
24 Surely, shall one say, in the Lord have I righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.
25 In the Lord shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory.

Jesus the Glory of Israel
Luke 2:25-32
 25 And, behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel: and the Holy Ghost was upon him.
26 And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord's Christ.
27 And he came by the Spirit into the temple: and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him after the custom of the law,
28 Then took he him up in his arms, and blessed God, and said,
29 Lord, now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace, according to thy word:
30 For mine eyes have seen thy salvation,
31 Which thou hast prepared before the face of all people;
32 A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel.
Jesus is the One to whom all knees bow because He is God.
Philippians 2:6-11
6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Jerusalem eternal city
Isaiah 60:14-16
 14 The sons also of them that afflicted thee shall come bending unto thee; and all they that despised thee shall bow themselves down at the soles of thy feet; and they shall call thee; The city of the Lord, The Zion of the Holy One of Israel.
15 Whereas thou has been forsaken and hated, so that no man went through thee, I will make thee an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations.
16 Thou shalt also suck the milk of the Gentiles, and shalt suck the breast of kings: and thou shalt know that I the Lord am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.
Psalm 48:1-8
1 Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness.
2 Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.
3 God is known in her palaces for a refuge.
4 For, lo, the kings were assembled, they passed by together.
5 They saw it, and so they marvelled; they were troubled, and hasted away.
6 Fear took hold upon them there, and pain, as of a woman in travail.
7 Thou breakest the ships of Tarshish with an east wind.
8 As we have heard, so have we seen in the city of the Lord of hosts, in the city of our God: God will establish it for ever. Selah.

The gap between the two resurrections and the two judgments of Christ judging the living and the dead

  The gap between the two resurrections and the two judgments of Christ judging the living and the dead I am writing this article on the gap...
